All My Sons Moving & Storage

The only complaints I have for my Pensacola move. Charged $75 for a roll of shrink wrap. I should have been given what was left on the roll. Buy your on shrink wrap and tape prior to move. The lead mover did not use a face mask or attempt social distancing.

This company is very professional and works hard. We had large furniture to be carried up 2 flights of stairs and they did it with a smile. Had to remind them to take a break so they didn t hurt themselves although they wouldn t listen .

The company that moved us inter-state to our storage unit, were terrible. some furniture was broken, others scratched and nicked. I called All My Sons to move the contents of the storage unit to our house. From my first contact with them, to the end of the move, it was all positive. The movers were so careful with our items, even wrapping things the lousy company didn't bother to do. The movers were great guys and very professional. If we ever need moving again, this is the only company I'll call.

This company has hidden charges that will shock you when it comes time to pay. The guys were great but I had a brand new adjustable bed that was somehow damaged during the move and had been out of commission since August. There has been no settlement at this time.

I was quoted a price of $100 per hour, and based on my description of my furniture etc , I was told my move would take about five hourdI ed

They are more expensive than other companies, so I expected more. Overall, they did a good job. I felt they could have been a little quicker, therefore saving me money. They dropped my dresser off of the truck and broke a leg off of it. They paid me for the replacement cost if the leg. I have not had any follow-up call from the manager regarding it and was not told if they would come back and put the new leg on and move it into the bedroom. I guess I will find out when the new leg comes in.

They arrived on time and worked very hard for at least 12 hours.

Everyone I spoke with from start to finish we great. The movers were super friendly and very careful with all our belongings.
