This is the second time I have had this company help me move. Jacob Jarecki was my main contact and made sure all went smoothly. I am not the easiest to deal with on a stressful moving day but they were awesome! 100% recommend

Service was excellent and probably in every way

We book local movers regularly to help us offload our trucks. All My Sons quoted us a price and we booked 6 guys. Only 5 guys showed up and they charged us $500 more than the quoted price. The manager was unprofessional and rude when I called to address the issue. We recommend Chosen One Movers. They are hard workers and great guys. They are honest and upfront with pricing.

Donald and Kelmy did such an incredible job helping us with our move. It was a last minute booking on my end, but they showed up on time, helped reconfigure things we had already put into our U-Haul and made plenty of space for everything else that had to be loaded. They were so kind and very helpful.

Some of my items were broken like a brand new 75 inch tv.

Great experience today with Tracy, Donald, Kelmy, and Kelmy Jr. Moved my 700 pound gun safe from my garage into my master bedroom closet with zero issue issues. Fast and friendly service. Thank you!

All My Sons provided great service at a great value for moving my furniture. Mark and Cameron took care with all of my items and were very professional. I will use them again and recommend them.

Destroyed D. R. Dimes armchair worth $400. Have asked for settlement for 9 months without any payment. Also had pilferage of our belongings. Never again. The movers took all day to get all the trucks needed, taking this project well into midnight. During this move, my chair mentioned earlier was thrown off a second story deck to save time and resulted in my chair being smashed on the concrete.

Did not finish the move. The office said they were too busy to return the next day. Movers were young, professional but inexperienced and moved very slowly. Items were broken, dropped, scratched, and dented.

Very nice people but slightly damaged wall in my new house and left trash behind. Expensive for quality of service.

Antonio and his crew were exceptional! They were fast, friendly and willing to honor any request. I would absolutely hire these folks again - and if you're looking to move I would highly recommend them to you!

They did not come prepared. There was a huge miscommunication about what I had to move. They didnâ t want to move my plants even thought I was just going across town. Didnâ t know how to unhook the washer and dryer or take the tv off the wall. The Forman was very arrogant, but the other workers were extremely nice and tried to be helpful.

All My Sons Moving and Storage of Pensacola, FL. sounds very professional and courteous on the phone, but the same does not hold true for those they send out to actually do 1the moving! Having spent many years in the moving and storage business, I know more than just a little about that business. My local move only required removal from a storage unit and moving five miles into a two story house. I'll admit that my furniture is rather expensive and large, thus requiring professional movers, but what I actually wound up getting was more like a home wrecking crew! These guys did significant damage to every piece of furniture I own, as well as damage to my freshly painted walls. They refused to move two dressers and two chest of drawers to the second floor bedrooms, as they said they would tear up the walls and damage the furniture if they tried to take it up the stairs. This was after placing my fine furniture unpadded on its ends on a bare concrete driveway while a torrential downpour was threatening. They damaged my brand new washer by gouging off the finish and digging into the metal top, in addition to completely breaking the soap dispenser drawer. At this writing, we have only opened about a third of our cartons, but we have numerous expensive vases and crystal pieces shattered that could only be broken by careless handling (keep in mind I know how to pack glassware safely, as I spent years training others professional packing and loading)! Would I recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage? Absolutely not! Oh, and those pieces they refused to move to the second floor because they thought it was an impossibility, I called Coastal Moving, a Mayflower agent, at 8:AM on Wednesday morning, August 4, and by 8:20AM they had two men pull up in front of my house to move the items upstairs for me. By 8:40AM, they had my items safely moved into the rooms where they belonged without any issue or damage! The next time I need a mover, I'll call Coastal Moving &;Storage!

The price was right, and the move was a lot easier for 3 hours distance moving.

We needed to move contents of a storage unit to a 15th floor condo a couple of miles away. The process took 1-1/2 hours from the time the movers arrived. They were very efficient and friendly. The process was very easy and stress-free. We would definitely recommend them.

The quote on the phone is nothing even close to the actual amount you will pay. I was quoted $280, my bill was $780. Truck tolls, gas both ways, fees that if they had told me would not have been my choice to use their company. Horrible to do this to people. It is one thing to be upfront, but another to hide fees until my furniture is locked on the truck, and then you must pay, or they keep your furniture. It is a trap, and I will tell everyone not to use this company!

Horrible service! They left me abandoned for not completing the job and paid for in advance. Huge scam, do not use them. The total move should have been 2 hours max. They left after 1.5 hours left furniture in the parking lot and on the elevator without informing me. Had to hire Two Men and a truck that got it done in 1.5 hours!

Arnold, Terry, and Donavon were absolutely wonderful!!!!! I feel like we were all friends by the end of the move. Best movers I have ever worked with!

Being retired military, I've made many moves in my life, and never have I seen such care or attention given to my household goods. I was nervous & boxed everything myself, padded glass in curio cabinets,etc., but when Joe & his crew arrived, everything was blanketed, shrink-wrapped,etc... Amazing. Just wish they had a larger truck than 26'. Took 2 days, but absolutely top- notch service!

Arrived on time and worked until everything was moved!
