Arrived on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. With the part on the truck he was done in just a few minutes. This company is available 24/7 and doesn't have higher fees for the work being done on a Sunday. I was surprised how reasonable the cost was.

Scott, Tim, and another employee were very personable and took their time to go over every single little thing. No one else would come out the same day I called, they finished the job they were working on and then came to me. They even cut their lunch break short to get here to start the work. They looked through every single drain pipe until they found the one that was the problem. Also showed us things we can do and should not do to help the situation not happen again. The entire time they were working they had my husband alongside tell of them informing him of what they were doing and why they were doing it. Most importantly they arrived prompted and were very professional. They were even here early on the second day! They also did not charge us any extra on things they could have. They even helped us with stuff (pool questions) that had nothing to do with why they were called out to help us! They stuck to the quote they gave us in the beginning. Their price was reasonable as well. I would even pay more for the same service it was that good! Scott and Tim did a great job!

Mike came promptly and repaired the leaking faucet. when finished he checked to be sure the leak was fixed. He advised me on the best position for the faucet so as not to walk into it. Appreciated how pleasant he was and his knowledge. A real nice company to do business with. Will use them for all my plumbing needs and recommend them to my friends.

Fast and responsive. Professional describe the problem and pointed out safety concerns with the old heater and advised appropriately. No complaints.

They were very prompt and need for the most part, except after they left we smelled gas. I called them back and was told the gas line was cracked in my slab and they would have to run a new gas line through my attic. they did this but sent me a $1200 bill. No gas leak before but leak after and I had to pay. I argued to no avail and eventually paid them. Now I have water bleeding out of my stucco into my house. Pulled the wall inside to find a torrent coming down. got plumbers in the attic who temporarily patched the leak and told me that the new overflow pipe was connected to the old plumbing with an ill-fitting connection. We have to have new plumbing put in and a whole bedroom wall replaced due to the half measures that Air Design people used and homeowners would not know about until after they were long gone.

We had first called another company who was recommended by our builder as there was a problem with the units in our housing development but they couldn't come to us until the next day. We called Air Design Systems and they sent someone out that afternoon. Kevin performed the service and he was knowledgeable and professional. Also a very nice man. We will recommend this company to everyone.

They had the best price of the estimates that I got and I had used them before from my upstairs air conditioning. I got a new air conditioner for the lower floor. They are efficient and they're conscious in keeping our house clean like covering the floors and everything when they're bringing in something.

A/C not cooling. Called for repair and yearly maintenance. Appointment provided within 2 days. Have used Air Design since 1987 when they installed 2 A/C's in newly constructed home. For price: They get a B for labor and a D for parts.

Technician arrived and determined the plastic water line to the ice maker was leaking. Water line goes up through the attic and down the other side of the kitchen to the sink. We decided we wanted copper tubing. The technician stopped the leak and returned the following Monday and installed the copper tubing.

My old water heater had been leaking for a while before we finally looked into getting it replaced. Air Design did more than they quoted. The leak caused the decking that the water heater was sitting on to deteriorate due to the water damage. The technician replaced the decking as part of the job for free. I just had to supply the decking material. I got quotes from several other companies that wanted to charge extra to replace the deck. Their price was very reasonable and they even filed the rebate with the local natural gas company for me. I would definitely call them again for future needs.

They were referred by a friend and came the day after I called for an appointment, courteous and efficient.

I had Air Design replace my water heater for a tankless and so when it was time to replace our HVAC, I call them again. First, i found out later that they charged me for the CheckMe service that is offered free by other HVAC companies. Not cool. I did not know at the time because i am a new home owner but boy did i learn quick. Air Design is a large company here in Pensacola and they advertise like crazy so newbies like me call them. It feels like they price gouge you like a car mechanic because you know nothing about the system and they can get away with it. The estimate we got for replacing our unit did not initially include another credit that was being issued. I had found out about this online and when i brought it up the guy acted like he had just learned about it when in fact it felt like they were not going to tell me and end up pocketing it. I ended up getting 5 estimates for comparable units from 5 different companies. Air Designs quote came in at over $7000 dollars after the separate Gulf Power incentive. I ended up going with a different guy who gave an equal brand for only $4500 bucks. That was 5 months ago and I have had zero problems since then (knock on wood). Please shop around. I almost lost a lot of money because of a lot of advertising.

We have used Air design for over 25 years. They are consistently good at their work.

He arrived on time. Was very polite and helpful. Worked hard and never complained. He did reassemble the diverter in the master bath backwards so we had trouble getting hot water after he left. I called and explained the problem. They came back the next morning and fixed the problem. The were very good about making their mistake right, and I don't fault them for it. Could have happened to anyone and they took care of it immediately.

It has worked out excellent. They were very good and very neat. They cleaned up after themselves. They dug up some of my plants so they wouldn't get trampled. I would recommend them.

We discovered on Wednesday that our inside hot water heater had begun to leak, soaking the hall carpet. Air Design was called on Thursday and was provided all the information. Within a couple of hours, a technician was here to assess the situation. He returned within an hour with a new hot water heater and made the installation. He also improved the way it was situated in the closet, thus making it easier to maintain. He was friendly and pleasant to be around; he also did not mind my husband being a "sidewalk supervisor", and answered all of his questions. The price was higher than I expected, but we've used this company for AC work, and were happy with them then. And...this needed to be taken care of immediately!

I am moving to another company so I am not happy with them. In the past I have had problems with workmanship so I am less than thrilled with their work. I will not use them again in the future.

I called a large home store and the estimate was $1K to replace the 40 gallon water heater. This estimate was way too much so I started calling other plumbers to try and get a lower price to install a new water heater. I called at least 10 plumbers and no one anwered the phone at the companies so I left messages. The only company to call me back that day was Air Design Systems, Inc. I explained I needed service immediately and have an estimate that was way too high and would appreciate if they could give me an estimate. Without hesitation, I was told it will be $262 to replace the water heater. All I had to do was supply the water heater I wanted installed. Air Design Systems, Inc. said they could replace the water heater the next day by noon as they had an appointment that morning on Navarre Beach and another appointment in Destin that afternoon, so working my home in between the two appointments was greatly appreciated. I also like the flat rate for service. No estimate appointment prior to service was a great benefit as well. I was greatly impressed and will use Air Design Systems, Inc., for all repairs I need that the company can perform. Air Design Systems, Inc., is definitely #1 in my book. Excellent service!

Loosing freon in 2nd story A/C. In-house Air Handler coil leaking all freon in less than 8 hours. Air Design came immediately (Saturday) and diagnosed problem. Ordered parts and installed 1 week later. They were here on time, performed their task professionally and in minimal time. Scheduled and performed a re-check two weeks later. Very impressed with their professionalism, on-time service and character.

My lawn man knocked on the door and told me that the back flow preventer was leaking. I checked it and it was gushing, not just leaking so I called Air Design. Had never used them before but they have a good reputation in the area. It was the day of my daughter's rehearsal and rehearsal dinner -- I had 50 family members in from out of town, a high stress time, etc. so I explained that to the service man when he arrived (less than an hour from my phone call to them) and he said he'd have to order parts. He shut water off to just that piece and made sure water was left on for the house. He came back the next day (the day of the wedding) but I was busy. He did his thing and was out of the way. They called and I gave them my visa number over the phone. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional. They were a little higher than everyone else (approx. 15%) but worth the piece of mind knowing that it was done right.

They repaired a pipe in my front yard by replacing a fitting. They did an excellent job but I felt that they charged a little more than I would've like to have paid. I called them and they were there within an hour which is expecially nice since it was a leak and it couldve turned into a big mess.

The technician was very knowledgable and hard working. He was also very professional. I would definitely use again.

They did a good job on the part that they did but I do not feel that the job was completed as I paid for A/C and gas heat and got part of it
