They did a great cleaning on my system.

I had had a couple of sewage drain clean-outs in the past, but the problem kept recurring, so I contacted Air Design and they send one of their technicians, David, to investigate. When he ran a camera into the line, he found that the line between my house and the street was not aligned and causing back-ups. He set up a time to come back the following week to dig up and re-set my line. I was dreading this project, fearing it would ruin my yard, but David did his best to dig up only what was necessary and had everything in great working order by lunchtime. I would highly recommend this company for this kind of work, as they were not only knowledgeable but both professional and friendly to deal with.

My mother-in-law called and said "The house is flooding!" I got the water turned off and cleaned up. Saturday morning at 7 am I called three plumbers and Air Design Systems was the only one that didn't tell me their hours were Monday through Friday. They all said they had 24 hour service. Bottom line, David replaced water heater and was very professional. Job well done and happy mother-in-law.

Quick response and troubleshooting determined bad connection to capacitor. Since part tested ok, cleaned connections and solved my issue with only service call fee. Very professional from answering service to technician call to being at my home on a Sunday in less than 2 hrs from my call. Honest employee didn't charge me for parts I didn't need.

They came out in a timely fashion and replaced the hot water heater in about an hour. The following day which was on a Friday around 4:00,I noticed a minor issue with the unit. I called and spoke to Billy about the issue and he said he would have someone come right out. Twenty min. later the service tech showed up and took care of the issue. They rate an A PLUS from me for their service and customer care..Any one needing plumbing work need to call this company.

My initial contact went well. They stated the time frame that work could take place would be over 4 weeks and the home visit for estimate would take about a week. That was fine. After a week past I called and asked for a visit status. I was told a rep would call me that day for an update. Nothing heard again. This is now two weeks since I called. Here's my beef. The job I need done is duct work under my house that has deteriorated and a redesign may be in order. I was told that it may be expensive and I was ok with that too. I believe that keeping my dollars in the Escambia County region helps our economy. It wasn't so long ago that budgets were tight. But...it's troublesome that after hearing the periodic advertisement asking for business that my request was not denied...but rather ignored. I'm one that supported Escambia County businesses when the phone was not ringing. Thanks

Great. Called and said he had one customer before me and he would call as he was leaving. He did call with ETA and was right on time. Took care of business and was on his way. The technician was Tim Mason very nice young man

The plumber did a very nice job, but I thought the cost was a bit high. I used this company, because they were the 4th plumber I called and the only ones who could do the job right away. They were punctual, assessed the job, purchased supplies and spent several hours completing the task. I'm new to Pensacola and, perhaps, not used to the prices to have work done.

We had used Air Design a couple of years ago to replace our AC/Heating system. I chose them partly because of there professionalism, and presentation of there equipment. Other company's had came to our house to provide an estimate, but some/most seemed to be in a hurry and did not want to take the time to explain what they were going to do. The Air Design rep was completely prepared, explained everything step by step. When they arrived for the install, I was completely impressed with the quality of work, great job. However, I didn't realize they also did plumbing work. Our washer & dryer went out, and was going to be replaced. That's when I realized the water faucets for the washer were in terrible condition and leaking. After calling around to different plumbing company's, only to find out the earliest someone could come out would be almost a week later. That's when I saw Air Design Plumbing on Angie's List. I gave them a call, explained my situation, said they would come out the next day. Chis Moon showed up, evaluated the situation, and promptly removed and replaced the valves, great job. He was very friendly, and professional, we couldn't be any happier with his work.

Excellent service. Called with an emergency sewage back up at my home and they promised to get someone out the same day. In less than two hours, the service tech arrived and fixed the problem in very little time. He also gave me some great advice on a couple other plumbing projects, so I will definitely be using this company again!

Extremely professional and quality workmanship. Made sound recommendations to fit my home cooling and energy savings need. Timelines were met with high level of efficiency. Highly recommend Air Design for new installations as well as preventive and corrective maintenance.

Called for service and the repairman was able to come out same day to assess problem. Unable to fix same day but ordered part that came in the next day. Air Designs then called to set appointment time to come and install part. Very professional, used paper like covering to protect my hardwood floors while working on air conditioning unit and repaired a/c unit and serviced within 1.5 hours.

Plumber did not have basic PVC parts on truck, had to return to warehouse.

a charge of $275 was added to bill for a leak detector company to come out to find a leak that was only 6 inches from where water was bubbling up to ground. ?????? very unnecessary expense for me. ALL leak detectors should be used ONLY if leak can not be found. This was very unnecessary and a added expense I should not of had to pay. Will never use them for anything again.

Installation went very well and we are totally satisfied with our new unit. It is more efficient and summer bills rarely exceed 100.

measured damaged section and phoned info to shop so that it would be ready when they arrived to pick it up and return to install it.

We called Air Design Systems to put fresh eyes on a plumbing problem that another company couldn’t locate. The problem sounded like a pipe had loosened within a wall and would radiate a bumping noise (thud) each time we would turn off water or flush a toilet. Our first attempt to resolve this with another company resulted in 3 different holes cut into the drywall, without finding the problem. Air Design’s plumber quickly focused in on the shower valve as a possible problem. (Note: The first plumbing company also identified the valve as a possible problem but only after cutting into the drywall. Also, the first plumber couldn't get the faucet open to check the valve so he proposed replacing it and estimated the cost $430.) Air Design's plumber was successful at opening the faucet, removed the old valve and determined it was bad. He installed a new valve kit and the noise was gone. Total serivce call-$145. He explained possible reasons for the valve failure but said it was unusual to fail the way it did. As part of the discussion he talked about water pressure within pipes and how a “water hammer” also called an “water arrester” is used to reduce pressure that surges through plumbing as water shuts off quickly. We found that Lowe's and Home Depot both carry a simple mini water arrester (approx $10) that attach to washing machines water connections. We aren't sure of the source of pressure that caused the shower valve problem but it doesn't seem to matter. It seems long as you have a location within the line(s) for the pressure to be asorbed the stress on other parts is reduced. We put one each on the cold and hot water lines of the washing machine.

They arrived on time, accessed the problem and determined that a new section would have to be made. The took the measurements , called them so the new section could be made while they were on their way back to the shop. They picked up the new section and returned to my house thus making for a minimum amount of down time. They installed the new section and showed me the new duct section and reported that the rest of the ductwork was in good condition. I told them that I was having the house re-wired in two weeks. They advised me that damage to duct work was quite common after re-wiring work. They offered to send me a letter stating that all duct work was in good working order and no ducts were in anyway compromised. They also advised that pictures should be taken to verify this fact. I contacted the company that will be re-wiring the house and gave him the information about the ducts. I asked that he add a statement to our contract stating that any damage to the ducts would be paid for by them. They agreed to this. If the duct workers had not said any thing about possible damage during re-wiring I would have none nothing about this and would not have taken steps to cover myself for any possible damages.

Got three estimates. Air Design Systems was the lowest and most accommodating. Jason fully explained the various options concerning brand, capacity, locations, etc. We settled on a high capacity Noritz unit and they installed it precisely where I wanted it even though it required a bit more work on their part. After installation they insured it was working properly. They took care of the gas company rebate in their billing.
