Pricey with poor service and no responsiveness.

They come once a month. They come when they say they will. They are friendly, thorough, and I get the same guy every time. They give me a written statement every time that tells me the condition of my lawn.

Cost is per month. I thought they were expensive. They also made me pay $120 as an initial fee. They did over fertilize a lot of my trees as well.

They do honest and good work. They are excellent in every way and have taken care of my lawn for years. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and I have already recommended them to others.

Trugreen Chemlawn has been a very dependable company. They come whenever I call them very promptly. I pay them per each visit. I've used their services for quite some time now. They are careful in their chemical applications and seem to be very professional.

What I don't like about them is that they are always trying to sell me new services and they raise their rates without telling me. The service itself is not bad, but they have poor marketing and selling. I pay them per month. I would not use them again though because they don't tell me when they raise their prices.

After the service my lawn looked horrible. I decided to go with another company, and called to stop the service, they ended up sending me a bill, despite the cancellation. I have tried to cancel 4 times, paying the balance and insisting I did not want any more service. They came out two other times unsolicited. They don't seem to communicate well. They were nice but the lawn looked pitiful.

I like the way they keep my lawn looking the way it is, but sometimes I have to ask them to complete the job correctly. For instance, one time I noticed that my Ixora bushes were blackened and mossey on the front side and not the back side. I told them to spray the back side as well and they did. They are very responsive when you ask them to do anything.

They came and did the service, but it did not work. I called for a callback which they scheduled, but never showed up for. I canceled the service after that, but they said they did the callback. They did not, as I was home all day. I will not pay them for bad service. I left a message twice for the manager Al, but he has not called me back.

When we decided to go to a professional company, my wife and I pondered whether it was worth the money since much of what they do is simply applying what one can buy at a store (in our opinion), but our lawn and shrubs needed help. Well, we can say now that we will not ever make this mistake again. The issues are numerous so far: (1) aeration was done incorrectly and had to be redone; (2) crab grass was not identified as such for a long time, causing so much damage (and aggravation) that I charged back the entire year on our credit card until they came out to kill that area of the grass- then it took a long time to re-sod it (which they did to their credit); (3) weeds that were an issue in May are still an issue in October; (4) numerous call backs because what they were spraying simply did not seem to work; (5) employees seem to not know enough, an example being the notation that our Palm trees were all healthy when, in fact, one was dying (subsequently removed).

After two years I still have lots of weeds.

We lost our pool enclosure last year with hurricane Wilma so city code requires us to keep our privacy fence gates to the back yard locked. In March 2006 TruGreen left their ''treated'' sign in the front yard and the bill on the front door indicating they treated the entire lawn. They recently did this again at the end of April and we caught them red handed and complained to the manager who ''promised'' to come out personally and check it out and provide a full treatment. After two phone calls nothing has happened. Another neighbor also caught their employee doing the same thing, only his gate was not locked. Calls and emails go unanswered now.

The care was precisely every 6 weeks but the lawn was actually getting worse each time. They did not apply the right chemicals. I switched to Scott's and within 3 applications (4 months) lawn looks much better than many neighbors'.

THEY ARE AN ALRIGHT COMPANY. THEY ONLY DO WHAT IS EXPECTED OF THEM. THEY DO NOT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I THINK THAT I CAN FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WILL DO A BETTER JOB.

THEY DO A GREAT JOB FERTILIZING MY LAWN. THEY COME OUT THREE TO FOUR TIMES A YEAR AND MY LAWN LOOKS GREAT. I THINK THAT THEIR PRICES ARE EXCELLENT FOR THE GREAT JOB THAT THEY DO.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GOOD JOB FOR US. SINCE WE HAVE BEGAN USING THEM OUR GRASS HAS LOOKED WONDERFUL. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS.

I REALLY THINK THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH FOR ONE MONTH. HOWEVER THEY DID COME OUT ON TIME AND THEY DO GREAT WORK. ALTHOUGH, I'M NOT SURE IF I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN.

THEY WORKERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY ALWAYS ARRIVE ON TIME. THEY ARE KNOWN ALL AROUND FLORIDA FOR GREAT SERVICES. YOU CAN ALWAYS GUARANTEE GREAT SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY.

I AM HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. I ACTUALLY NEVER SEE THEM OR HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM IN ANY WAY. I JUST KNOW MY LAWN ALWAYS LOOKS GOOD AND I HAVE NEVER EVEN SEEN THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY ARE ON TIME EVERY MONTH. THEY DO NOT EVER RESCHEDULE WITH ME. THEY ALWAYS DO REALLY GOOD WORK. EVER SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN COMING TO MY HOME MY YARD HAS LOOKED BEAUTIFUL.

THIS COMPANY IS OKAY. THEY DIDN'T DO THAT GOOD OF A JOB. THIS COMPANY WAS NEVER ON TIME AND HAD POOR SERVICE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND OUR LAWN REALLY LOOKS VERY NICE. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFUL IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR NEED ADVICE OF ANY KIND.

THEY HAVE REALLY IMPROVED THE LOOK OF OUR LAWN. THEY HAVE VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES. THEY PROVIDE A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES. THEY DO A SATISFACTORY JOB ON MY LAWN. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM.

AT FIRST I THOUGHT SERVICE WAS GREAT, BUT THEN I FELT IT TAPER OFF. I ALSO NOTICED THAT A TREE WAS DYING. I ASKED THE TECHNICIAN ABOUT IT & HE SAID IT WASN'T HIS FAULT. I LET THEM GO & I'M USING SOMEONE ELSE.

THEY AREN'T PERFECT. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE BETTER RESULTS. HOWEVER THEY WERE, BETTER THAN THE LAST COMPANY I USED. THEIR PRICE IS ALSO BETTER THAN OTHER LAWN FERTILIZER COMPANIES I HAVE USED.
