Danny's service was excellent. His pricing was more than competitive. The pad came out great, including six places to tie down a trailer in the event of a storm. I had agreed with Danny that we'd put four in, but he said that wasn't robust enough and opted to install six instead without any increase in price. I had already contracted him to pressure clean the front of the house, and he did such a great job I asked him to also do the back. In going through the project, Danny had to deal with the city's inspections, which slowed down his schedule, even though his excellent work passed each inspection the first time. He gave me a discounted rate on the pressure cleaning of the back just to make up for the city's slowing him down. In no way was I expecting it, but it does show how much he wants to keep his clients happy. In short, I'd recommend Danny's services to anyone. In fact, I've already told my friends and family.

Danny was on site every day to ensure all went smoothly, which it did. Danny has a team of people who perform their part of the project perfectly, including putting new sod in, sprinklers in, mailbox but back in. Everything was done to perfection and Danny went out of his way to ensure everything was finished to my satisfaction and that I was pleased, which I was. The driveway came out beautifully, neighbors all pleased with the look too! I used my Angie's list $100 off coupon too.

Danny who is the owner was a pleasure to work with. He was very detailed and conducted himself in a very professional way. I could say a flawless job altogether very satisfied with his job.
