Danny promised to be at my house between 5-5:30. He never showed, nor did he even text me. I sent him a text and he never responded. Obviously I guess he doesn’t need the work since he didn’t even contact me. If he texts me tomorrow, I won’t be interested.

An amazing job….from beginning to end. Danny is the best of the best in his profession. He did everything - designing the driveway, acquiring the permits (which wasn’t an easy task considering COVID-19) to executing the plan. He was at the job site at all times and making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He transformed my driveway from the worse driveway on the block to the best in the zip code!

Danny did an excellent job. He always showed up on time and pushed through all the delays in getting the city permits (caused by Covid). We now have a beautiful concrete driveway that adds so much curb appeal to our home.

Sunshine Driveways did a great job on our concrete driveway and replacing the City’s sidewalk. The owner and primary worker, Danny, was responsive and professional. Once permits were issued, Danny knocked out our job very quickly. The product is very nice, all the water runs off the driveway as promised, no cracks in the concrete, and the permits have been closed. We were picky customers and Danny went above and beyond allowing us to shape the driveway the way we wanted. The price was competitive. Sunshine Driveways is a business you can trust. After seeing the finished product of my driveway it was better than I had expected. I assure you will be satisfied with the finished product and the effort they put into their work. Whoever needs their driveway done I know who to recommend!

I hired Danny because he responded to my call, and showed up when he said he would. Prior to hiring him I told him that I was looking to redo my driveway. He gave me three separate quotes: one for pavers, one for stamped concrete and one to redo the asphalt driveway. I chose to redo the asphalt and reiterated I wanted a blacktop finish in addition to some patching . Danny assured me he could provide this service and that my driveway would look brand new as he has a truck which contains the product to resurface asphalt (better than rolling on) on the existing surface. Upon completion of this project, Danny advised us to stay off the driveway for 3-4 days to allow the surface to dry completely. He did an excellent job with the edging and leveling of the asphalt to my front walkway. However, when I asked him why the cracks and patching were so visible he told me that that would blend in and go away after a few days. I called Danny a few days later to let him know that the cracks and patches were still very visible. He responded he would stop by the next day. The following day I received a call from him saying that my driveway looked great, and this was normal for the work I had done to the driveway. He also sent me a text saying there is nothing wrong here, this is how all patches/repairs look. I told him I was very disappointed in the results and had expected a different outcome based on our conversations. Danny offered to credit my account if I wanted to have a concrete driveway installed ( not financially feasible for me at this time). He also said that he may be getting another truck in the springtime next year, which should smooth out surfaces and he would try it out on my driveway. Bottom line - I believed that I would have a smooth blacktop driveway after he redid my driveway, which isn't the case. Very disappointed as I had higher expectations.

They never answered the phone on 3 different days that I phoned during business hours. I left detailed messages letting them know I needed the asphalt swale repaired in my driveway, gave my name, phone, and property address. I never got a phone call back. If they were too busy to consider the job they could have been professional enough to let me know.

They were able to do the work soon after I called and it only took a couple of days. The pavers had buckled in some places an they smoothed it out nicely. After they sealed it, it looked new. Danny was very responsive, prompt and polite. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

Danny's service was excellent. We were trying to reseal a 4-car driveway for our Duplex, and Danny's quote was very competitive. After talking to him on the phone, he sent us a contract a few hours later and didn't even ask for a deposit. We scheduled a day that the weather was fine, and he finished the job in 2 days. He even agreed to paint the parking line of the driveway for us for free! The service was seamless. We will definitely hire him again.

They are not able to seal asphalt because I have pavers surrounding the asphalt. Quite suprising since especially how the price is ridiculous. My driveway original cost is $1200 to expand driveway from single to double. Also, to elevate so water flows down in a slope. They just want to seal it for $885.00. 2 car width and length driveway. Wow

Danny was very good from being responsive to my call to finishing the driveway. He was all about making sure that I was pleased with his product and work. He used a seal coat instead that was cheaper than a layer of asphalt by less than half with great durability for two years until we decide to re-coat or switch to pavers which he also does and would give me $800 credit toward that project. Very pleased with the finished product and application. Happy with the job done and him saving me money right now with our move. I'd definitely would recommend them. Thanks, Danny.
