They performed part of the job while we were out of town and communicated well to gain access to the home and secured it upon leaving. They cleaned up as best they could, even though the removal of the tile caused dust build-up within the cabinets and drawers. However, the repair work was not as detailed and clean as expected. They left glue residue on the pieces of repaired woods which, one year later, does not come off after repeated cleaning."
