The plumber called on his way and arrived in the time frame scheduled for. He first removed and replaced a damaged toilet flange, which was no small job. Then he removed and and installed toilets (2) in each bathroom along with the vanity sink and faucet in the master bath. The worker was very professional, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner.

It got a little stressful when the set I bought from Lowes was defective. The process of putting the showing fixture in was extensive and when the et did not work it left us without our shower for the weekend. They came back on Monday but it ended up being $2000 total for the work because they were charging us by the hour.

II called them today and the plumber was here in approx. 45 minutes. It took him less than an hour to do the work. Part of the charge was for parts and the labor was reasonable.

He was quick, professional,and worked cleanly. The service technician did not try to sell me anything he just did what he was asked to do. Since the job turned out to be very simple (and quick) he only charged us a portion of the normal service call charge.I appreciate this policy that Whitehead Plumbing has.

Three plumbers from other companies had previously come to my home and supposedly corrected the problem. This was the first company to actually discover the problem and correct it. I wish I had called them first! Very prompt, courteous, and professional.

I had two problems and they fixed both and were very fair on price. lonnie was great and did few extra repairs no charge and gave discount.

It was a pleasure doing business with Whitehead Plumbing. They were very helpful in determining the primary problem with my sewer line and guiding me through my options for addressing it. Decided to have Whitehead replace my old cast iron sewer line (as preventative maintenance) once the City repaired the broken section on their end, since I had already dug up a good section of the pipe. Whitehead was very professional and even reduced the final price of the work after discovering the job wasn't as time-consuming as they originally thought it would be. Thanks for taking care of us Whitehead!

Everything went great. Made appointment for same day. Dispatcher was very communicative. Tech arrived, performed work and ran test wash.

It went very well. Able to respond in about 30 minutes after I called. My sink garbage disposal stopped working. The provider checked it our, determined it was jammed, corrected the jam without me having to buy another disposal. Although it cost me about $125 for a half hours work I probably saved some money by not having to buy a new unit.l

Effective, efficient, courteous. Based on our experience in other parts of the country, the price seemed a bit high. We were not aware that the senior discount would not apply to a reconnect. However, I would recommend the company. The service technicians were great.

They are reasonable and reliable. They give a senior discount. They always show up when they say they will. They are polite and tidy.

Great! The repairman was super nice & explained what was wrong & what it was going to take to fix the problem.

Called to get someone to diagnose and estimate repairs on balky toilets. They man I spoke with seemed almost... lost. Instilled no confidence whatsoever. When he told me that they can't come out and look at the problem and determine how to fix it, I decided this was probably not the plumbing company for me.

We were told over several years by several plumbers that the only way to fix or replace our faucet handles in both of our bathroom tubs was to "cut into the wall and replace the piping all the way back into the wall." Thus, having newer fittings out front with which to exchange all the hardware. We just kept using those flimsy universal kits, and were 1 step from the dreaded ViceGrips on pipe stems. Went to Whitehead on-a-whim, and they told me they had my brand bathtub faucet rebuild kit (1970s Crane)! They could install it, or I could do it. I was able to send pictures via text to Trae, one of the plumbers, and he confirmed the kit I needed was in stock. I bought two, it took 30 minutes to do each one, and our faucets work like new! No drips, no slips, and they look great. The other plumbing outfits either wanted to make some bucks by doing much more extensive work, or were just too lazy to look up a part that was no longer manufactured. Whatever the case, I know who to call now! This is what true, hometown customer service is all about!

Thought it was a bit much to tighten a bolt. We didn't know that was the problem or we would have done it ourselves

Plumbers arrived on time installed the toilets and cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional and courteous. I would use this company again.

While this is all true, it cost me $105 for less than a 5 minute visit. I certainly understand the reason to charge for a service call but I find this a bit high. I have used Whitehead many times and find them to be professional, prompt and they can get the job done. I am usually surprised by the higher price.

The job was scheduled for a later date, but started early. On the first day, service was restored to two restrooms in two separate parts of the building. On the second day the plumbing for the hot water was completed along with some additional work that was not included in the original estimate. Overall, my wife is very happy with the work which was done at her salon. Although the work was performed in an expedient and efficient manner, the price seemed a bit steep.

They are reliable. They explained what was wrong with the toilet.

We upgraded all of the plumbing fixtures in a townhouse we had recently purchased. They were very professional and prompt with their quote. The workers arrived at the scheduled time and immediately laid down vinyl and blankets in all the work areas. They were polite and professional and worked quickly. All work was completed within the estimated time and they cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the work and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

We awoke to our water heater pumping water into the garage instead of the house. I checked Angie's List and was able to contact Whitehead plumbing at 9:30am. The lady on the phone said she would have someone out before noon. Well, around noon I called to see if they could tell me how much longer and a man answered this time. He looked up my address and said it would be at least 2 more hours. I informed him that the lady who'd answered that morning told me it would be before noon; he said to her in the background, "You told her before noon?" To which she replied, "I told her maybe." This was a lie. I had no reason to say this; she obviously spoke out of turn and made a mistake for which she didn't want to take responsibility for. He apologized and said that there were 2 more jobs before me so there was no way he could really give a concrete time estimation. I said that was fine and waited for the plumber to come. He came just shy of 2pm. Thankfully, he was more professional than the front office had me thinking he would be. This review is based upon his time and professionalism; not necessarily the company as a whole. The tech, Lonnie, was very professional and had the new heater installed in 1 hour. He gave us a quick tutorial on how to work the pilot light and updated us on how the new would be different from the old. He explained their warranty in full and was able to get a confirmation number for my credit card payment in less than 1 minute. I would use this company again and specifically use the same tech.....but will not put any stock into what the receptionist says the timing "will" be.

Came out to see where water leak was, too big of a job to determine where leak coulkd be, referred me to somebody else, set appointment to come do an estimate to redo plumbing, showed up a day late, still have not seen an estimate

It couldn't have been any better. They stayed extra long to make sure I was happy with the work they had done. The work was great.

They are excellent. They have been very honest. I was originally concerned about the price but I feel he is going to be reasonable. I would reccomend them to everybody. He taught me how to read the water meter and what to do in case of an emergencey. He's even taught me a few other ways to check and prevent further issues and will be completing the work today.
