Bathtub was installed, but water to washer services was disconnected and is non working. They haven't returned my phone calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

He explained the problem and how to fix it. He explained all the steps he would have to do and just how long we would be without water. He gave us a written estimate and we agreed right then. He fixed the leak, replaced the piping and we were only without water for a short while.

They were excellent, gave excellent service, they were professional and great. They were on time, they were quick because they knew it was an emergency.

They had to get on top of the roof and clean it out. They were very very good.

Read the excellent reviews for Whitehead so called and got on the schedule. Larry came on time, actually able to come a little earlier to work with our schedule. He listened, explained, and gave us pricing. Larry also took a part back to the shop to repair saving us money. Whitehead Plumbing is the only company we will call in the future. The quality of work and the fair pricing based on time and materials vs flat fee makes this a company a pleasure to work with.

After being ripped off by flat rate plumbing companies... The Whitehead rep arrived on time, was professional and personable, and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company for the work they do and the PRICE at the end of the project.

Perfect! Lonnie quickly diagnosed problem and fixed everything. Toilets are rock solid now. And what I thought was a leaking faucet was actually a drain leak, which is also now fixed. We are very pleased and will call Whitehead for all future issues. Highly recommend.

Very professional, even when they ran into two quandries with one shower head that was "jerry-rigged" by previous home owners. The second problem involved the drain in guest bath. Both took extended time, dealt with patience an extreme effort. The only extra cost was for a small hidden item not expected to be needed. Would definitely use them again and refer anyone to use this company. Thank you for your work, the Draegers

Larry was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After he shut off the water - He new it was a sweated spigot - so he heated it up and it came right off. He then used an extractor (vs. chiseling the brick around the damaged pipe) in order to remove the damaged pipe nipple. Flushed he open ended line to get all dirt and corrosion out of the pipe opening, and then installed a new pipe nipple and spigot. He then caulked around the new spigot. He explained every step as he went. And the cost for a Sunday job was very reasonable! Nice job Larry!!

Lonnie worked on it for 2.5 hours. He chipped out old flange and installed new one. He also treated the under slab area with salt to deter future root growth. Lonnie did a very nice job!

They arrived at eight and finished at nine forty five. Very helpful and explained everything they were doing. I am very happy with the work and the service. Very fair with the price and job they did. Had to remove lots of water before they could get to the leak.
