Jose and Ray came by today and completed a job for me that involved carpentry to put in a water supply line for an interior wall where the refrigerator was moved to. First let me say that these are the two nicest plumbers I have ever met. Second, they are very conscientious. They re-closed the back gate so the dogs wouldnt get out later and even put the bungee cord back up. They didnt rip out chunks of the drywall but made careful cuts as needed. They cleaned up with both a vaccum and damp rags. The materials they used are not cheap, and the work looks great. The estimate was about what I expected given the complexity of the job, and I was charged as quoted.

I really appreciated the detailed written contract. They were very patient as I made several changes before the work began. They did the job in one day which I really, really appreciated. It resolved on-going issues with low water pressure. I wasn't completely happy with the work under a bathroom sink and they came back the next day and got it just the way I wanted it. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out or how easy they were to work with.

Had to replace fittings and take off the door jamb to get to the heater. Very fast response and accommodated schedule needs. High quality work, beautiful heater and installation. Polite and friendly service.

Price was better than the competition by far. Tenant stated that they were timely and professional and my experience with them to coordinate the service was excellent as well. Would highly recommend. Thanks to Angie's List I found a new plumbing vendor for my units in PCB, FL. Have used others in the past and this was by far the best experience. * Update: When I went to pay the bill, they charged me for 1.5 hrs. I was confused as to why they would do this when my tenant, who has nothing to gain either way, said he timed the installer at 50 min (from 4pm-4:50pm). Therefore, the charge should have been 1 hour. I verified this again with the tenant and called Whitehead Plumbing back to question the time. The lady I spoke with gave me the number of the plumber who did the work and I called with no answer. I called Whitehead Plumbing back and told them I would pay the bill, but asked her to have the plumber review his time-charge, given my tenant's statement. Whitehead Plumbing has lost a good deal of- my trust. If I ever used them again, I would require an agreement regarding how their time is recorded and reported--not sure it will be worth the trouble. If this is an honest mistake and they refund me for the 1/2 hour, I will update this review. If not, buyer beware. Same day service. Was there when said would be. Performed work under time quoted (but charged for half-again as much). Tenant says no leaks and I can tell from the picture that it was a quality job. Satisfied first experience for both the tenant and myself regarding the work. Unsatisfied regarding the billing. I haven't been billed yet as their offices are closed until Monday, but I'm sure there won't be any issues with cost as their hourly rate was very clear. (see update above)

Larry was great, did a good job in repairing the leak. Since they bill by the hour he asked if there was anything else that needed to be done while he was there so I could get my money's worth. Unfortunately I did not have anything else that needed to be repaired but will certainly call Whitehead Plumbing again.

Larry was super helpful and did a great job replacing my toilets. I'm very satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Whitehead to anyone in the future.

We had a busted line from the washer that was leaking out the back of the house. We have used whitehead for years on our rentals and have always had great service. Scott came out and gave us an estimate of $600-650. The next day two men came to do the work that did not speak very good English. I was busy babysitting the kids and couldn't watch the guys do the work. A few hours later they said they were done. When I saw the work they did my jaw dropped. They had drilled a hole threw the back of under our sink threw the brick out back and a huge white pipe was now sticking out the back wall. Needless to say I was p*****. I tried to asked them what they did, and they said they did what they were told to do. I went and ran the washer and water came gushing out the wall. They had bad looks on their faces and immediately called their boss. Scott, their boss came out and gave me a new estimate of$1500-$2000 to fix it. I told him no thank you and asked him to leave. No apology for the horrible work, or him saying they'd fix it, just a new estimate for thousands of dollars. I had a different plumbing company come out and they used a mirror and immediately found the leak. $800 later the new plumbing company fixed the original problem, and undid and repaired everything that Whitehead had screwed up. I asked whitehead for a refund, and never had my call returned. I eventually had to go to my credit card company and dispute the charges. The credit card company did an investigation and refunded all my charges from whitehead plumbing.

When I called, I already had water leaking from the bottom of my water heater. They came out the same day that I had called and they replaced it that same day. I was very happy for that. The gentleman that came out was very professional and super nice. They made me feel very comfortable and respected my home and family. I would absolutely use them again.

Service man showed up on time; polite. Seemed trustworthy.

Everything went well. The workers were very nice. They left the area clean. They were very prompt.

We were very concerned we would need to replace the toilet b/c it had been giving us quite a hard time recently. Prior to then, my husband had never encountered a toilet he could not unclog. We tried everything over a period of 2-3 days. It was a days notice and the receptionist gave us a 2 hour window which was late morning. Unfortunately he did not arrive until close to 5pm. He said he had an unexpectedly difficult day and was working on his own. luckily I had nothing planned for the day. He apologized profusely and was very nice and humorous. he assured me whatever the problem was he was he would fix it today. I usually feel a bit of unease having service providers I don't know in the house, but he was so easygoing and friendly, it put me at ease. He needed to snake the toilet, found the block, and had us flushing happily within 30 min. I have a rolodex that I keep business cards for companies/servicers we had used in the past and were happy with the service. Cant remember the last time we needed a plumber, but the fact it was in there told me we were happy with the service.

I called on Tuesday and a representative came over on Thursday to go through all the repairs that needed to be done. He drew up an estimate and the installers were here on Friday and completed everything in 6 hours. I was extremely pleased with the service and shocked that they completed everything in one day. I have worked with another company in the past and will never go back. Whitehead plumbing is very fair with their pricing and the people that did the work are extremely friendly and honest with all the questions and concerns I had. I will be using them for all my plumbing issues in the future and I am surprised that they were able to get me in so quickly because they are so reasonable with their pricing and I am very pleased with the results.

Discovered a leaky hot water tank on a Sunday evening and because the location is inside my home, not the garage, I was in a panic. Called and left a message as well as emailed from their web page. Talked with the nicest lady (I believe her name is Sonia) right after 7 a.m. Monday morning. When I expressed my doubt that I could get a new tank installed that day, she told me that it was possible and after checking with her manager said they could come before noon. She took all the information on my old tank so they could bring the correct replacement. Around 10:30 she called to say the crew was on its way and by 10:45 they were at work. Less than two hours later I had a new tank. I found their service to be exemplary and their desire to take care of my problem was refreshing. They're a great company!

The serviceman came the same day the call was made and was very professional and quick in making several small repairs throughout the home.

The schedulers were very flexible and quick in getting someone to come out to my house, as it only took two days from when I called until someone came out. The workers were professional, efficient, and friendly. Special thanks to Jose who did a great job and really looked out for me in regards to the quote I had received before.

Whitehead Plumbing is wonderful. We had a back up in the original bathroom. We had snaked it out and dug up the pipes outback. There was something odd about the plumming that we could not figure out. This house was oringally our Grandmother and Grandfather and our Mom was telling they had it tied to city sewer. Well we knew there was a hole in the old sewer pipe outback that did tie into city swer, but when we ran water in the original bathroom it didn't flow through that pipe. Whitehead came over and mapped out what they found by painting all the pipes - this was most helpful as we live out of town and we came over to review what they found. Seems the original plumbing was never tied to the city sewer and still directed to the old septic tank. Our elder mother was so shocked and the enitre time she has owned the house she thought it was city sewer and said she is sure her parents didn't know either. Whitehead came in and replaced the old pipes, abandoned the septic and tied into the city sewer. They cleaned up and when we returned to town could not even tell anything had ever been done. Also, they were very patient with us as we live out of town and I called them often to fully understand what they found and how to repair it. Awesome company!!!

They do above and beyond what was anticipated. Having rental properties can be quite stressful at times, but with Whitehead as our plumber, plumbing issues are not stressful at all anymore. It is hard to find just one word to describe their most significant trait, but if I had to pick one word, it would be that they have INTEGRITY.

Contacted Whitehead on a whim, after having been told by several local plumbing companies that my 40 year-old faucets would have to be replaced (duh)...by CUTTING OPEN A HOLE INTO EACH SHOWER STALL WALL TO cut off a section of pipe on which to thread the new set-up. Ummmm...how about "no thanks." I dealt with the so-called "universal kits" on each faucet handle until they, too were stripped out. One step away from permanent Vise-Grips as my handles, I finally decided to call Whitehead. Trae was so professional and respectful. As a female, it is pretty astonishing how often I'm met with amusement at best when I approach professional males about home repair projects. Anyway, Trae told me what I needed to buy, they had it in stock...I bought two ($70ish each), and away I went. The home repair took about an hour for the first one (if memory serves me correctly), but the 2nd faucet went much more quickly! Things work like champs, and my bathroom gets to retain that little bit of 70s kitsch for a bit longer.

They did however say if it was wrong I could return it. Did not do so because it is 40-45 min. from my home.
