Description of Work: The gentleman that came out to the house was awesome, we struck up great conversation, he educated me and helped me wrap my mind around different improvements that should be made (which I could do on my own - wasn't pushing me to buy anything) in order to keep the pests out

Description of Work: Ray came by for hi quarterly check and treatment. This summer is extremely hot and the tree roaches are abundant. Ray sprayed my septic tank and the critters came running out and were dead in just moments. He also sprayed for the fireants in the yard. He also always takes time to calm my dogs down.

Description of Work: The treatment was fine and have had a service contract with them on various properties for multiple years. | |However, they would miss appointments for the on-site inspections, or would be late, or would not call. Prices have gone up, but there was no change in what they did for inspections or service. | |Since this was a "Termite Bond" and none of the properties had termites, I guess they did an ok job. HOWEVER, with ever-increasing rates, and continual problems with making / keeping appointments, I was very happy to find a different provider who was on time AND significantly less costly to do the same job.

They come out every 3 months. We have a maintenance contract with them. We have lived in Florida for 2 years and the insects can be quite a problem. You have to stay on top of it. Terminix has been very good. We have had no inside problems and no termites. I like that they will send me a postcard prior to the visit so I am alerted that they will be here on a certain day. I am able to make my plans according to the postcard so I don't miss them.
Description of Work: I use Terminix International for termite and pest control for interior and exterior.
