Mark and his team are exceptional. They were very thorough and completed everything that we had discussed. Also as an added bonus, his team really enjoy what they do and can be entertaining to watch while they work. I will absolutely use them again for any future work.

The had a scheduling change, so they were able to come a week early. They showed up 30 minutes early on the appointed day, ready to begin and with a clear understanding of the scope of services required. They were here for six hours and worked diligently with all the necessary equipment on hand. Their skill, courtesy and carefulness of our property were exceptional. We will definitely be contacting them for future services.

They done a fantastic job. Mark is very professional. His workers are very efficient and hard workers. Trimmed the large tree and cleaned up all the debris. Very satisfied with the work they done.

Arbor Tree Care's estimate was perfectly in line with the other estimates we received. We chose Arbor because of the heavy machinery they were pledging to overcome the access issues in our backyard. Two of the trees in question were hanging over our home and the third was a danger to our neighbor's house. The plan Arbor was putting in place to address these safety concerns was very acceptable. Though their schedule was quite full and we had to wait a couple of weeks to have the work done, they began amassing their heavy machinery on the job site the night before the promised date. They arrived early on job day and were most professional and helpful. They made quick work of our monster trees, ensuring the sections lifted over the house by crane had ample clearance. They also cleaned the site of smaller debris when the job was done. Although I have no more monster trees on the property, should I require any such services in the future, Arbor Tree Care will be my first call.

Great job!! They skillfully removed the tress, trimmed up other trees, removing the branches that were on the roof allowing light to get to the house, and improved the look of the yard.. They removed all the stumps and did a fantastic job of cleaning up all the debris. And they did the job in a very short time. Very professional. We were very happy with the results. We would recommend them to anyone needing tree removal and will use them again if needed.

We called, left a message, Mark came gave an estimate, the job was done the next morning. Amazing, great job, 2 men came next morning, carefully cut the neighbors tree hanging on our roof, also cut a large stump in our yard, Cleaned up everything & took all debris away. Couldn't ask for better service & job. Very professional & we are very pleased!!!!! Definitely would hire again.

They did a nice job trimming the tree back. However, I had requested that they call me prior to arriving so I could plan on being there when the work was done and that didn't happen. Also, a number of small cut branches were left on the roof that I wouldn't have let go had I been there when the work was done.

Couldn't afford him, but feel I need to mention how professional this man was. I appreciated it very much and wish him all the luck in the world.

Very professional and prompt. We had two very large walnut trees trimmed. Trimmed is an understatement. We bought this house to resell. You couldn't see the front of the house because of the one tree. They also cleaned up the neighbor's tree that was over the fence. They cleaned up all the debris and left no trace behind. After talking to several others I might have over paid. This company was a highly recommended Angie's List company, so I moved quickly. I still liked the service and would use them again, but will check around a little more next time.

The individuals involved were all professional and very helpful. We originally got an estimate and was told it may be some time until they could come out to complete the job as they were extremely busy due to recent storms causing a lot of damage in the area. Also, we were asking that 4 giant oaks that were in our back yard and somewhat in accessible, be cut back. The trees had not been cared for in quite some time as the previous owner was unable to pay for such services. The tree branches had become a hazard to our house and neighboring homes. Due to the fact that they strive for such excellent customer service and satisfaction Arbor Tree Company found a way to accommodate my family?s availability without sacrificing any kind of service. Due to a change in my schedule I was unable to be there for the day of the service. There were a few misunderstandings regarding what exactly was to be done. However, it wasn't anything that wasn't fixed with a couple phone calls between my husband I would recommend them (and have) to anyone.

These were large trees that we had let go for 12 years - Mark and his team came in and very quickly and efficiently removed only what needed to go and really made the yard look a lot better!!! He did such a good job my neighbors hired him also.

They do great work. They show up when they say they will, and always clean up. I would highly recommend them.

I grade them all A's. They were readily available, they did good work, the whole tree was gone, and they were done in one half hour. I would definitely use them again.

We used them because we had used them in the past. It was a remarkable service. Everything from beginning to end, is what we wanted. It only took them two hours to complete the service. They cleaned up everything after the service was complete. Also, they are safety oriented. The staff would stop working if any people came in or around the house. I would highly recommend them.

He is excellent on everything. His price was good, did not require money upfront, knows what he was talking about, seemed to know everything and explained everything. He cleaned up all by himself and showed up on time.

They showed up when they said they would. They did the work quickly, chipped the wood, cleaned up the little bits, and left. The bill was a copy of the estimate. The only surprise is that they did so quick and satisfactory work.

i called the owner because he was listed and rated well on angie's list. he came over later that same day for an estimate. he was able to schedule the work for 3 days later. he kept in contact about when they woould get here and they actually arrived a little earlier than they expected they would. the owner showed his crew what needed to be done and they proceeded to do it. later that day he returned to check on their work and fix anything that was missed.

Arbor tree provied us with a free estimate and we were the best prices out of three other local companies. The owner came to our house the same day to provide an estimate and was very knowlegable about the city rules and permits for cutting down large trees compared to the other vendors. He obtained the permit within a week and the tree was down the next day. The tree team was very quick and effective. I was really concerned about the size of the tree since the branches and trunk were over the neighbors' land and house as well as it was in proximity of our own house and pool. The team came in prepared and ready to go and had the tree down within 30mins. After they were done, they cleaned up and left. The owner came back to check my satifaction with the job and provided a reciept. This company is the most professional and customer friendly. I fully recommend them to any one. I have already recommend them to my neighbors.

I called both tree services on Angie's List. This company called back and did the job. The other copany called bad in about 5 days. Five days too late for the opportunity to do the job
