Arbor Tree Care

I do not recommend using Arbor Tree Care. I wrote several e-mails regarding my concerns over a 7K estimate for trimming 3 live oaks + a palm tree and grinding shrubs on my 0.25 acre lot. I emailed asking for a possible second opinion or an idea of what we could get for our budget. No one responded. The quoted price was thousands of dollars higher than other companies, but I had hoped to work with them because they came personally recommended by a family member and had great reviews. This was an extremely disappointing experience all around.

I have a giant oak tree near my home that I needed either taken down, or trimmed back. Mark came out and looked at the tree, gave me a recommendation on what to trim on it and gave me two quote options. I had even mentioned when I called that I didn't want to proceed for a few months and this didn't stop him from wanting to give a quote the very next day. When he scheduled service, I received confirmation emails, and they showed up on the day and time specified which is rare for any home services these days. Also, for needing a crane, and all the other equipment they brought, there was very minimal disturbance of my yard. Very pleased, very impressed. Thanks!

Excellent service. The work ethic is wonderful and the respond time is beyond my expectation. The guy I spoke with is a wonderful person and this is the second time I used them.

Awesome people! I needed a lot of over growth to be cut that was hanging all over my power lines. I asked for them to just take out that whole side. They did that plus a little! Great friendly staff! After they finished the job you could not even tell that they had been here. Everything was cleaned up. EVERYTHING! Wish I would have got before and after photos. Would definitely use again!

The gentleman came out and gave an estimate, but when my husband call to schedule a time to have the job done, the gentleman never called my husband back. The lady that took the message said the gentleman was on the phone and would call us back but never called back.

These guys did a fantastic job. My back yard is a maze and to maneuver through with a large vehicle was going to be tricky. I really didn't think they were going to be able to pull it off. They came up with a plan and several hours later my trees were down, stumps gone, trees trimmed and hardly any debris left behind. The guys had to take a portion of my chain link fence down to get one of the vehicles though and a branch fell on my neighbors wooden fence and broke a part small section of it. The crew put the chain link fence back together and fixed my neighbors fence. They were very attentive to all that needed to be done. One of the reasons I chose this company after getting a couple estimates - both estimates were close but Arbor Tree offered a 10% off coupon and honored it. I would definitely hire them again.

They came out in less than an hour after calling them. They were very good, honest and showed up promptly. I would hire them again.

Excellent! The crew showed up on time, were professional, knowledgeable and polite. They completed a huge amount of work in a short amount of time. They cleaned up after they were done- my yard was spotless! I have hired this company before and did not hesitate to call them again based on my last experience with them.

Excellent! When I first called for an estimate, they returned my call within a few hours. We scheduled a date and time that was good for both of us, and they showed up on time! We got back to them after getting two additional estimates and scheduled the work to be done. They were here exactly on time, took the time to make sure what we wanted done to each tree, and then got to work. They worked quite efficiently, professionally, and we were completely satisfied with the quality of work and the amount of time to accomplish the task. Will hire them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Arbor Tree Service was fantastic! Professional from top to bottom! Did a great job removing trees and grinding the stumps. They cleaned up so well you can't even tell there were trees there! The pics they sent me looked like they were photoshopped out, they were done so well! They did all this quickly and very well orchestrated! Very fair price, as well! Very impressive! Simply Awesome! The crew arrived ahead of scheduled time for mobilization. They came with plenty of equipment (crane, chipper, bucket lift, etc.) and a great team of technicians. The were ready to go and worked amazingly quickly to remove the trees in our condo complex. There were a couple of vehicles that could not be moved, but the crew showed great precision as they removed the trees while avoiding any damage to the cars-or buildings and light posts for that matter! As the trees came out, another team quickly swept up remaining branches and leaves. They immediately set out the stump grinder, and it looks like the trees never existed! While they were working, they had several spectators. The crew was as friendly and polite while maintaining that great professionalism and speed. I would not hesitate recommending Arbor Tree Care, and we will definitely use them again if we have a need!

O-my what a great group of people. very professional, polite, clean, honest... I contacted this company about removing several pine trees in our yard. Mark came and gave an estimate, which was extremely fair and reasonable. They arrived at my house before the time they stated and got straight to work. They work like a machine. Everyone seemed to know what to do next, one cut, one picked up another up in a tree, another removing logs, others cutting... non stop. I was very pleased with the services provided. Again thanks Arbor Tree Care for the great service provided. Your employees are the BEST in the business.

These guys are fantastic. They got all work accomplished on time and completed in 1 day!! All debris was removed and the ground swept and raked of small debris. This team gets an A+ and I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism. AND they were $2000 less than the next best bid as well as 50% less than the highest bid! If you need tree service, these are the guys to call!.

The team showed up on time and were very professional. They did the entire job at an amazing speed. They took extra care to clean up the yard when finished.

The guys showed up at 7am to start the job. They cut down a huge magnolia tree and pine tree. Then took care of a cherry laurel tree and grinded a few stumps down. They cleaned up as they went without a problem.. These guys defiantly work like a well oiled machine! Couldn't have asked for a better company!!

arbor tree care showed up shortly before the scheduled time and set up quickly to begin work. The entire crew worked continuously until lunchtime,then started back again. They were all very professional and personable. They answered any questions we had and continued working. The job was completed as promised and the yard was completely cleared of all debris. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are a really great business to work with.

Mark from Arbor Tree Care was recommended to me by a friend. I called him, left a message, and he and a colleague were at my home within 48 hours. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't want...though it was obvious there were other trees around the property that could do with a thorough trim or a complete chop down. We marked the trees, he came up with a game plan and an estimate, and we were on the schedule. It was to be 2-day job, and the backyard was like an obstacle course (what with septic tank, drainfield, power posts, oh my). The trucks and machinery rolled up on job day, and Mark walked around with the crew leader(s) to explain what needed to be done. He left, the guys got to work. By early afternoon, the job was done! Day 1. Perfect gentlemen, ZERO evidence of their having even been in my backyard. Well...except for some wood shavings from the stump grinding...which is fine!!! Our yard is going to be so much more manageable now. I would trust Mark and his crew with ANY project. They know their stuff...whether you are trying to preserve, or ready to tear down. Remember: you get what you pay for. These guys do it right, and they are worth every nickel they charge.

My husband's job transferred us to the Washington, DC-area and our home in Panama City Beach is currently rented. Our tenants notified us about some trees they were concerned about. I contacted several contractors for estimates. Arbor Tree Care was the only one who emailed us pictures of the trees in question along with a description of the work. That was extremely helpful. Mark Dalton also gave us additional recommendations on trees which did not need to be removed and instead trimmed. The work was completed quickly and the tenants said the crew was polite and thoroughly cleaned up the yard. Mr. Dalton then emailed us pictures of the yard so we could see what it looked like after the work was finished. Again, I was so appreciative. There was no evidence of so many trees taken out ... All I saw was a neatly, manicured yard. Mark Dalton was a pleasure to work with and what peace of mind we had knowing our home was being taken care of even though we are a 1,000 miles away.
