After firing another drywaller 1/4 way of performing the same job (but poorly), I contacted Mr. Golden based on the reviews seen on Angie's List. Due to time constraint issues for getting work done, Mr.Golden was at my house that same day, was able to apprise me of what had to be done properly and gave me a reasonable quote. Called three other dry-wallers for quotes too and decided on Mr. Golden. In order to meet my deadlines for getting this portion of the renovation done as I cabinet people coming in the next week to restore kitchen cabinets, He started the work two days later and the ceilings are perfect. Even the painters who came in the next day and the cabinet restorer too said what a great job he did (as they had seen the mess from the fired drywaller) One always has concerns when using craftsman unknown to you. I would never have a concern with Mr. Golden and would use him again in a heartbeat. He was professional in his work, courteous in his manners and cleaned up debris each day so there was no mess to walk through.

This guy is such an artist. He does beautiful work. He shows up on time. He does beautiful work at a fair price.

Excellent work; excellent work ethics

I had several stress cracks and spots where the sheet rock joints were cracked. Mr. Golden did a great job and was very professional. I will definitely use him for any future problems with my old house.

Mr. Golden arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and said he could do the job that day. He was very conscientious, laid down plastic to contain to the debris and reduce drywall dust from spreading. The repair work looks smooth and even. I would definitely use Mr. Golden again.

Greg Golden did a very good job of replacing the ceiling, it looks better than it ever has. He is also very professional and courteous, and also very good about keeping me informed as to when he was going to perform the work. I would recommend him to anyone.

The results are impeccable. You can't tell there was ever damage. Mr. Golden did an outstanding job and left everything in perfect order. He is the utmost professional. This is the second time we used him for services and the results are the same each time: FANTASTIC!

He covered all of the exposed walls and floors to ensure that the areas remained clean. He was careful to cover doorways with plastic sheets to ensure that dust from removing the popcorn finish did not go into other rooms. He worked on the project for six days and was always courteous and professional in his manner. The finish product was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

A true Artisan. Fair price and professional

I had a hole in my celing and a hole in the wall from rain damage. I repaired the drywall and had Mr Golden do the finish work. He showed up on time and was done in about 5 hours. The work looks great. You cant.even tell there was a repair and you cant tell that I hung the drywall. He did an excellent job!

We had some old water damage in two bedroom ceilings. The paint and plaster were flaking and peeling. Mr. Golden came out and examined the areas. He gave me an estimate and returned a week later to do the repairs. We have a 60-year old house, and the plaster formulas were different back then. He was very familiar with this problem and made adjustments to insure the repair would be proper. He is extremely punctual and thorough. I can highly recommend him.

He stayed over 8 hours on both jobs - plastering complete- saving me money on a return trip.
