Don showed up when he said he would. He answered all my questions. He did the work quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself. I could not be happier with his work. I'd certainly use him, and recommend him to anyone.

Excellent job, no mess. Upgrading to new dishwasher and will definitely use him for that job as well.

From the very beginning, I was impressed with Don at returning my phone calls and setting up an appointment. I had the kitchen completely renovated so cabinets and granite install were not always meeting deadlines. Don was always accommodating and understanding of the many changes to the appointments made. The day of appointment, he was on time and very professional. Work I thought would take approximately 30 minutes to do ended up taking 2.5 hours to do and his work was "quality" work. He hooked up the dishwasher, installed and connected the garbage disposal, as well as connect the kitchen faucet. I highly recommend The Water Company for all your plumbing work - reliable and reasonable.

The deal was $99 for $200 in labor. I also paid around $48 for parts. So we ended up paying around $150 for less than an hour's work. Maybe I am unrealistic but that was a little high. The person that came out was nice and did the work he promised so that is okay.

The provider exceeded any expectation we had and we are thrilled with his work. He set up an appointment quickly and showed up exactly when scheduled. He completed three different jobs in a short amount of time. We HIGHLY recommend The Water Company if you are looking for a trustworthy, efficient, friendly and hard working plumber. Thank you!

Excellent service on all counts. Owner Don stopped by on the Saturday before the work was done to check out what needed to be done and to say hello. Came back on Monday and did the job. Very professional, cleaned very well after himself, and we are comfortable in thinking that we have found plumber that will handle all our plumbing needs in the future.

I just joined Angie's List this morning to look for reviews on plumbers. I am thoroughly pleased with their high recommendations and after reading reviews of several plumbing companies, I chose the Water Co, LLC. Don could not have been nicer or more professional. You can sense his honesty and sincerity when dealing with him regarding your plumbing issues. I had an issue with a leaky control valve that had gotten worse. Don came on Christmas Eve morning and solved my problem at a very reasonable cost. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. A leak detection company came here previously and misdiagnosed the problem and seemed to make the issue worse whereas Don remedied the problem immediately. I have no reservations recommending Don to anyone who needs plumbing services and will call him again with any future plumbing needs.

Provider was courteous. Was able to finish job in 1 hour. Cost was reasonable. Everything continues to work in good order.

He followed up with me after I purchased the Angie's List coupon, and we set up an appointment for the next day. He was prompt and polite and fixed the plumbing problems quickly. I would hire him again.

Don was here with 24 hours of my initial call. He was very courteous. He knew what he was doing and did a lot of work in the hour he was here. Very pleased with the outcome and will definitely recommend and use him again for future plumbing needs.

That turned out pretty well. I had a pipe on the outside of the house that was leaking. They did a quick service and it took them about an hour. It turned out well and they did a good job. I was very happy with them.

As mentioned, he was incredibly supportive and diagnosed the problem over the phone. VERY very pleased. I have a major plumbing project coming up and I know where I'll go.

The technician showed up right on time. Looked over everything, told me what needed to be done and then spent about 45 minutes to an hour fixing everything. Also told me how to unstop my disposal the correct way.Great job. I will call them again.

An absolute pleasure to deal with Don. Was able to install the water heater in less than 24 hours after I purchased the hot water heater special offered by water Company LLC....so glad now I found a plumber to use that I feel does nice work at a fair price and leaves the area cleaner than when he started.

Scheduling was fine. I had a leaking toilet which he fixed. He did a good job.

Had a slow leak - non-emergency, so I called on Monday and scheduled an appointment for that Wednesday. The plumber, Doctor Don, was very responsive. He called the day before to confirm as well as the morning of the service. He arrived on time and made the repair in about one hour. Repair was in the garage - he cleaned-up after the repair and explained what he did. He also corrected settings on the water softener (not part of the service call). The cost was very reasonable. I give Doctor Don an A+ for professionalism - considerate, punctual and did the job right. I'll use him again and recommend him to others. Thanks

We called with an emergency leak outside our home. From our description, he wasn't sure if it fell within the scope of what he now fixes, fortunately he was already in the area and offered to come by and advise on the issue, with the caveat, that if he could do nothing, there would be no charge, but at least we would know who next to call. Don was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job to find and fix the problem. His price was very reasonable! We would unreservedly recommend his services.

Dr. Don was on time and professional. He is a very experienced plumber and answered all my questions. He gave me the information I needed to make good decisions about my plumbing needs. I recently bought the condo he was working in and the air conditioning was not working so it was very hot and uncomfortable. Don never complained or said a word about it, he worked hard for almost two hours without a break. The condo has been vacant for some time and the toilet was very dirty, to my amazement he even cleaned the toilet after repairing it. If you do not have a dependable, experienced, professional plumber, definitely add Dr Don's name and number to your list of important contacts. I will call Dr. Don again when I am ready to replace my aging water heater and know I will get exactly what I need at a fair price.
