Water Company, LLC (The)

Don has always done an excellent job every time I have hired him. I have hired him for plumbing work in my house and my daughters house. He has installed a water heater and water conditioner. I will continue to use his services and always a fair price.

He fixed the clogged toilet, adjusted the water supply level, and told me some tips for the future. Jobs were prompt. I will hire him again.

Don was awesome and quickly responded and finished the job within a few hours. He does great work!

The response to my telephone message was immediate, he arrived at the time stated, was courteous, professional, and immediately completed the repair. He also left the toilet in better shape than he found it! Cleaned it, and let me know that the inner workings (most often replaced part), was almost brand new. Would definitely call him again for any plumbing problems or repair that I may have.

He was very thorough and even snaked the line out from roof and Septic Tank.

Perfect. I planned to do the work myself, but realized I was "in over my head" because the new sink was deeper and not centered over the old plumbing.. Don happened to be in the neighborhood when I called and came over within an hour. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price

We called early in the morning, He was able to come right away, checked out the old water heater, gave us a fair quote and had the new one installed that afternoon, took away old one. The Water Company is our go-to company for plumbing issues.

It didn't take long to fix and replace our split pipe, so he helped us out with other small questions and issues we had. What a great experience we had. Don installed a new tub and plumbing for us 7+ years ago and our experience was similar. We never at anytime had concerns that he was trying to make more work than was needed just to make more money. Don is a very nice, honest & friendly, professional man and it's comforting to have someone come into our home, that feels like "family".. We will certainly have him back next time we are in need and recommend him to our friend, family and neighbors.

Don replied first thing Monday morning to my message from Angie's List and had my kitchen sink unclogged by 5pm the same day. He also fixed a leaking toilet and left everything he touched spotless. His rates are very fair, so I asked him to come back and replace all 3 toilets in my house. His fee was about half of what a major home improvement store charges. I'll have him back soon to update all my sinks. Don is the man for your job!

Not well. Plumber was not responsive..no way to leave a message on his phone the second time I called him.

Don was timely and excellent. Work was done well and professionally. Discount were given without being asked. Highly recommended.

He is neat, and cleans up after himself. Excellent job. He is coming back to fix faucets in laundry that leak.

i sent a message to The Water Company asking if they could contact me ASAP. Don replied quickly with a message to call him. i called and Don said i would be 2nd on his list for the day. he arrived, got right to work, snaked the sewer line and resolved the backup issue. i had asked the price before the work was started and that was the price when completed. i like Don's straightforwardness. no trying to jack up the price or add services not necessary. i will definitely call Don at The Water Company for any future plumbing need. Thanks Don!!!

I called Monday & he came out the very next morning. He was extremely nice & responsive & only took less than 30 minutes to complete the job satisfactorily! Reasonably priced! I will be saving this as my go to plumber if ever I need services again in the future.

Mr Spence, the plumber, arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and immediately took care of the problem. It seems there were roots getting into the pipe, obstructing it. He cleaned up the area when he was done. He was very professional and very nice. I thought his price was very reasonable.

Very Nice Guy and I believe is a straight shooter. Showed up when he said he would to performed the service, showed up on time . His price for the service was extremely fair (with Angies List Discount) especially when compared to who I called in last time I needed the same service.

Came at appointed time, was professional, fast and efficient. I would definitely use again even without an Angies special deal.

This is not the first time I've used The Water Company (see my earlier review), and Don has never disappointed. He is a master plumber who really understands plumbing. Consequently, he is able to solve tricky plumbing problems that others can't. As he was fixing one such problem for me (a toilet that wasn't filling properly) he told me that sometimes he has to be more of a detective than a plumber to do his job. Well, he is an excellent detective! His prices are also very reasonable. I'm really happy I found him and will continue to use him.

Excellent job. He took replaced my broken water spigot in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price.

Mr Donald Spence did an awesome job. He gave us an approximate time of arrival on both his visits and if he was running late he called to let us know that. He installed our new toilet in less than an hour. He removed the toilet from the premises and discarded it. He cleaned up after he was done with the job. He was not only professional but personable and reasonable with his prices. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a plumber who knows his trade and doesn't charge a ridiculous amount for his services.

I'm going to call back because there's a small light. They are very helpful and communicative. He went out of his way. It was a good service.

I inadvertently purchased a service offer for a location that was outside their service area. The owner was extremely professional and went out of his way to refer me to another provider that was highly ranked and the job was completed.

Don Spence from "The Water Company" replaced my 40 gallon water heater with a new one. The service included uninstalling and removing the old water heater, and delivering and installing the new W/H and making all the necessary water and electrical connections. The job was completed for both the price, and the time and date he quoted and was done in a very professional manor.

He did work for my mom and step father and was always there for them when they needed him. He went above and beyond to help.

Donald is very professional and did the job quickly and I love my new faucet in bathroom. Definitely will call him again soon for another plumbing job in bathroom.
