It was a dripping with two valves after installed so I called to report the problem. Don returned the call promptly and came in next day to fix the problem, he also did a follow up call after that.

He was very prompt and did a great job. He fixed an issue that three other plumbers could not.

Great service, punctual and polite. No hard-sell on other products, and offered advice when asked. Very pleased with this company.

The customer service from The Water Company was amazing. Don set expectations around his existing schedule (busy), contacted the tenants on my behalf, and quickly replaced the failing item. The Water Company sets the mark on the type of service, quality and professionalism you should expect.

He arrived on time. We had only contracted for toilet valve replacement, but while he was here I asked him what he would charge to replace the bathtub plug. He quoted me a charge of $45 for the plug which I was fine with & proceded to replace it. Then he replaced the valves in both toilets. We were happy with the work, and asked him some questions about replacing our kitchen faucet. We will be contacting him in the future to do that.This was one of Angies deals. $89 for $200 in plumbing.

My bathtub's mechanical plug stopped holding water and he installed a better device that works beautifully. He also repaired a shower handle on-off that was poorly installed with incorrect parts by another plumber. He showed me the correct part for that and refreshed for me how to use it. He worked quickly and smoothly. He was very pleasant and professional. Left no mess. I will call him again in a heartbeat. Was very nice to do business with.

Don was a pro throughout and very personable.

Had a major toilet problem and he was very fast, very responsive and did a fabulous job. Absolutely will use him again.

He looked until he found the source and then replaced the drainage pipe. He did a wonderful job for a fair price. I would definetly use them in the future.

Did a great job. I contacted this company as a result of an Angie?s List daily promotion. Within two business days, Don called me but due to MY schedule, it took several calls before an appointment could be made. On the scheduled date and approximate time, Don arrived and within an hour both jobs were completed. He installed a flush mechanism I had previously purchased, but the outside faucet and copper piping were supplied by him. I thought the price for the parts he supplied were reasonable. Don was neat, efficient and experienced. I asked for his business card before he left because I will definitely use the company in the future

Don was great... he was extremely flexible with my crazy schedule. After a few reschedules (my fault) he came out today, listened to my concerns, made some adjustments to my toilets to ensure that they would operate optimally as well as checked and adjusted my water heater for the same. When he was in my master bath he noticed that I had a new shower head waiting to be installed, and he offered to install for me! He snaked my sewer lines and explained everything as he went along. Very helpful, very friendly and didn't talk down to me. Great experience, I would recommend to others.

Was very professional, punctual, and friendly. He came prepared; so far the job he did fixed our problem. His price was reasonable. Would definitely not hesitate to contact this company again and would recommend without hesitation.

Overall it went very well and I was very pleased with his punctuality, attention to detail and knowledge. I gave all of the details of what he did previously so there isn't anything to add. I would use his services again.

We were very pleased with the work accomplished by this gentleman. He is professional, personable and has the experience gained over many years of plumbing work. We plan to use him in the future whenever plumbing work is required or new fixtures are desired.

We had a laundry room that originally had side my side washer/dryer. We bought a new stackable unit so we could add a utility sink so we needed new plumbing to accomidate the new sink. We did have some problems getting plumber to show up but he did come by the 3rd time and everything went smoothly. Plumber did great work and have had no problems with anything. Sink and laundry work great. Great guy and would use again if needed.

Don was excellent and very thorough. Cleaned up the area after he completed his work. Everything works excellent.

If Don didn?t want to do the work he should have told me upfront. If he was careless and lost my number or just plain forgot me, then it begs the question of if he?s careless with my contact information what does that say about his work. Either way, it?s a poor way to operate a business and does not serve the customer very well. It?s a sad characteristic for a company on Angie?s List to have.

It went fantastic! He was here on time, he was clean, and explained everything he was doing. He even made sure my cats didn’t escape. I would recommend him to anybody.

Don was exactly on time, installed everything perfectly, cleaned up after himself and even removed the old toilet and garbage disposal. I highly recommend his services!
