Description of Work: He installed a toilet that I had purchased, snaked out a slow draining sink, and advised regarding replacing a tub faucet. The toilet came out great.He carted away the old toilet and the boxes that the new one came in. The sink drain was a wee bit better, but needs to be snaked out through the roof, and that will be scheduled at another time. He offered a price and an "it's not a big deal to replace" attitude toward changing out the tub faucet. He was very professional and had a good work ethic. I would hire him again.

Description of Work: I called The Water Company when I noticed after another contractor did some work in my laundry room that the shut off valves for my washing machine were not shutting completely. Don was super helpful and upon realizing how distressed I was, offered to come by after his last job to at least get the valves shut off for me and then come back and fix it the next day. By the time I got back home, my contractor had fixed the issue so I reached back out to Don to let him know his services were no longer necessary. He was extremely professional and kind in the handling of this matter and although ultimately I did not use his services, I would definitely call The Water Company again if I have any future plumbing issues.

Description of Work: MR. SPENCE (MR. PRO PLUMBER) INSTALLED A TOP OF THE LINE BRONDELL TOILET SEAT. MY HUSBAND HAS ALZHEIMER'S AND WE NEEDED A NEW TECHNIQUE FOR CLEANLINESS. THE FRONT AND REAR FOUNTAINS REALLY DO THE TRICK AND IT EVEN HAS A BLOW DRYER. MR. SPENCE THOUGHT A HIGHER TOILET WOULD BE MORE SUITABLE FOR MY HUSBAND'S SIZE. HE WAS SO RIGHT. HE RETURNED IN A FEW DAYS AND HE ONLY CHARGED FOR HIS PRICE OF THE TOILET AND $100 TO INSTALL THE KOHLER TOILET. HE THEN RECONNECTED THE NEW SEAT AND THIS HOUSEHOLD IS NOW CLEAN. HE HAS EXPERIENCE INSTALLING THIS UP AND COMING NEW TOILET SEAT THAT EVERYONE IN THE USA SHOULD CONSIDER PURCHASING. JUST LIKE IN JAPAN….THEY ARE EVERYWHERE… EVEN HOTELS AND RESTAURANTS. MR. SPENCE IS YOUR NEW PLUMBER. YOU WILL BE PLEASED. CALL HIM TODAY!
