Rowley Associates is WONDERFUL!!! They came immediately to fix my window issue as I had a time issue and had to leave. They did more than I originally was hoping to get repaired in one visit and the price was nominal. GREAT guys!!! I'll be using them again in the future and I highly, highly recommend their service!

Mr Rowley was very prompt in calling about the referral and in scheduling a visit to my home for a project evaluation. He then came when he promised, which after calling multiple people who either refused a small job or didn't show for an appointment, was a refreshing change. My job (replacing faulty window balance mechanisms in 4 large window frames) required special orders since the parts were no longer available and he worked with a vendor to make that happen promptly. When he returned to do the work, he took the extra time to lubricate all 8 window frames even though they weren't part of the job.

We agreed on price for wondow frame for 70.00.he came over to remove window and broke glass.after project was done he gave my son bill fir 175.00..the parts was75.00 and labor 100.00.we did not agree on that price..that a little much for small window frame repair.won't never recommend to anyone.I know times are hard but not appreciated
