He did a good job

Kiirk has had me on hold for better thank 3 months saying he is still waiting for parts. He took the parts out of my window and never returned them. I rate him a very poor businessman. He has too many excuses....all talk and no action.

Kirk took time explaining how he was going to fix my windows. There was another person that put them in and did a terrible job. Very nice man and his helper Tim.

Excellent experience!! Didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Was very knowledgeable. Would recommend him highly!!

Kirk and Mark did an amazing job on our windows. Sealed them , re did the window sills that were damaged , painted, and also replaced a cracked window pain. Only thing was they didn’t pick up the glass that was on our driveway from the window pane they had to break. So I had to go out there and sweep it up / pick up glass shards.

Replacement parts for older windows are hard to get.

Another company gave me a lower estimate but never showed up to check our windows. Mr. Rowley showed up and checked all my windows. He explained, throughly, what was and wasn't wrong. He also checked out another problem we thought we had. He found that we no longer had that problem. He had to order parts so it could take 3 or 4 weeks for them to come in before he can replace the parts that are needed. He was very friendly and helpful.

Kirk is very knowledgeable and provides expert service. He replaced several windows. Stands behind his work. Will definitely hire him again.

Quick to respond and was nice when I had to reschedule a few times. Hard to find folks who will take on little jobs. We had a few windows that were difficult to open and one with a lock broken. He came and fixed all and then some! All my windows open smoothly now. Also took a couple screens to be fixed.

They seem to have a "timing" issue, they tend to run 2 to 5 hour behind appointed time promised. But they are nice and know what needs to be done. If you need the work done a sap, call someone else..

Was here within 45 minutes to check broken spring, gave quote and ordered replacement springs.

Kirk was here within 48 hours of my request, measured the windows & ordered the risers. They were in within a couple weeks & they came back out right away and finished the repair. Good people, honest and helpful.

Did a great job on window frame and studio repairs.

I called this company to check my leaking windows that were supposedly repaired by another company a few weeks ago. Kirk showed up within hours and was very honest in telling me to wait to do any repairs as the building was being painted and the painters told him that they would be caulking the exterior of the windows. Apparently, this would be the solution to my problem. I thanked Kirk for his honesty and I will call him if I need further assistance.
