They responded very quickly to my email and provided a quote and proposal the same day. The work was finished within the next few days and we were ready for the summer. We would definitely recommend them to friends and use them again. Great job.

Called and they came out the same day. Other screen repair companies were contacted and it was 1 to 3 days before anyone got back to us. How refreshing to know that a company is serious about doing great business and has the cutomer in mind.

From start to finish an excellent job!

I paid for three window screen frames to be repaired and three new screens. After the first attempt the three new screens had the following problems: one was an inch longer on one side than the other so it fell out of the window and onto the ground easily, one was made about 2 inches narrow so screen did not cover the entire opening and the frame was bent on the final one. One of the rescreens had a defect in the screen material. The company returned after notified of the problems. After the second visit one of the new screens was replaced with a new screen that was bent on the top and bottom. Another one had a large knife scratch in the finish. I contacted the company again (each time I provided them with photographs of the problems) and let them know of the situation. I sent the photographs via Email and received a sarcastic response from the owner. I called the office and left them a message that they need to refund me the $35.00 for the bent frame and that they may pick it up to use at another job if they so desired. I received no response and no credit so I left a second message several weeks later allowing them one more chance to do the right thing. I then removed the screen, took it to the "Screen Doctor" to have a new screen made without the dents. In summary, I have photos of all their work and saved and the sarcastic Email should anyone desire to see what they produce etc. RESPONSE: BLA BLA BLA, I HAVE INCLUDED PHOTOS OF THE WORK THEY PERFORMED. CONSUMERS, LOOK AT THE PHOTOS AND MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION.

Fantastic from start to finish. ALL of the workers were polite, respectful, ON TIME, and hard workers. The quality of their work is excellent. They even replaced the door handle and hardware on the screen door. My pool area looks fantastic - I couldn't be happier. I recommend them and will use them again for any future work.

They were prompt and the work was great. The quote was honest and so fair. I will be using them again to replace the rest of the enclosure in a couple of months!

I thought they were so much more reasonable than the people I used before. It really was very reasonable. I really liked the guy that came here. His name is Harper Clark. He was a young guy, but he was so personable, professional and easy to talk to. I called them on Friday and they came on Saturday. I would recommend them to anybody.

This is truly a family business. I had the unusual experience of working with truly professional people. They cleaned up all the mess, and made my veranda beautiful again. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new screen caging or screen repair.The owner of this company Tom is truly a customer service person. They make sure all is right before they finish.

I was very happy with him. I got him from Angie's List. There was nothing that he could have done better because I was very happy and pleased with him. When he came to the house he did not try to push the patio as far as doing the pavers. He just told me that if I was ever ready he could protect the pavers by putting this coating over. I just decided to go ahead and do it. He was just very pleasant.

Tom is very responsive and professional. He returns calls, keeps appointments, and provides project updates and discusses issues as needed. His team is very meticulous. They removed the existing 20 year old enclosure, designed, crafted, and installed a custom enclosure raising the height to the top of the second floor of the house. Tom was easy to work with as we modified the scope of work and design several times. Tom kept to the estimates and delivered on all of his promises. My wife and I are very pleased with the results.

TOM POOLER, OWNER OF RELIABLE SCREENS, APPARENTLY DID NOT DO THE WORK ON THIS JOB. WHILE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DAMAGED LANAI SCREEN WAS DONE WELL, THE FABRICATED WINDOW SCREENS WERE, EACH AND EVERY ONE, BUILT INCORRECTLY AND DID NOT FIT THE WINDOW OPENING(S). NO TABS WERE USED ON 3 OF 5 SCREENS, SO THERE WAS NO WAY TO REMOVE THE SCREENS FROM THE WINDOW(S). NO SPRINGS WERE APPARENT (TO HOLD SCREEN TIGHT INTO WINDOW FRAME), BUT WORST OF ALL, EACH AND EVERY SCREEN WAS "SHORT" ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE BY AT LEAST 1/8 TO 1/4 INCH, AND DID NOT SEAT INTO THE WINDOW FRAME(S). I BOTH CALLED AND EMAILED TOM AT RELIABLE ON THE EVENING OF 10/24/11 AND REQUESTED HE PERSONALLY COME OUT TO DO THE WORK CORRECTLY, AS THAT IS WHAT HE HAD TO DO WHEN HE BUILT THE LANAI ENCLOSURE. THE FIRST TIME AROUND HE GENERALLY SENDS OUT SOMEONE LESS EXPERIENCED AND THEY GET THINGS WRONG (GLARING ERRORS), AND TOM HAS TO COME OUT TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM(S). THIS TIME AROUND, WHEN TOM CALLED ME BACK (THIS MORNING, 10/25/11 AT APPROX. 8:00AM) HE WAS RUDE, DEFENSIVE, AND REFUSED TO COME OUT TO REPAIR THE SCREENS PERSONALLY (AS HE HAD IN THE PAST WHEN ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES OR SUBS FAILED TO PERFORM QUALITY WORK). I ASKED HIM TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE GAPS IN THE SCREENS, THE KINKS AND WRINKLES IN THE SCREENS THEMSELVES WHERE TUCKED INTO THE SPLINES, ETC... GENERALLY, POOR WORK...AND TOLD HIM IF HE WOULD BE SO KIND, I WOULD MEET HIM PERSONALLY THIS SATURDAY SO HE COULD HAVE FULL RUN OF THE HOUSE, INSIDE THE WINDOWS AND OUT, SO HE COULD MANUFACTURE THE CUSTOM SCREENS WE PAID FOR. HE BECAME UGLY WITH ME ON THE PHONE, INSULTED ME AND REFUSED TO COME OUT TO REPAIR THE JOB HIMSELF...STATING HE "DOESN'T HAVE THE TIME" TO FIX THE SCREENS. AT THAT TIME, HE STATED HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO COLLECT THE SCREENS AND REFUSED TO PERFORM ANY REPAIRS, THEN HE ***HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME, A PAYING CUSTOMER, A REPEAT CUSTOMER!! I REFUSE TO EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY DO SHODDY INITIAL WORK, AND THEN TOM HAS TO COME OUT AND FIX WHAT WAS MADE WRONG BY HIS EMPLOYEES AND/OR SUBS. THIS TIME, TOM REFUSED TO COME OUT AND HE INSULTED ME, A REPEAT PAYING CUSTOMER WHO SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH ATTITUDE FROM A VENDOR, NOR SHOULD I HAVE TO PLAY THE ROLE OF "QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR". IF THEY CAN'T DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, AND TOM POOLER REFUSES TO COME OUT TO REPAIR THE SHODDY WORKMANSHIP, THEN HE HANGS UP ON A CUSTOMER, THERE'S NOT MUCH LEFT TO DO BUT TO TELL THE ANGIE'S LIST COMMUNITY OF THE PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED WITH THIS VENDOR AND TO RECOMMEND THAT YOU M AKE UP YOUR OWN MINDS AS TO WHETHER YOU WOULD USE THIS COMPANY. I MAY BE "PICKY", BUT WHEN I PAY FOR CUSTOM WORK, I DON'T EXPECT IT TO HAVE GAPS BETWEEN THE SCREEN AND THE FRAME TO THE POINT WHERE I CAN PUT MY HAND THROUGH IT. THE POINT OF A SCREEN IS TO KEEP THE OUTSIDE OUT, NOT TO INVITE BUGS IN. THIS IS A POINT THAT APPEARS TO BE LOST ON MR. POOLER AND HIS CREW.

He treated us very well and his employees were also very professional. The enclosure has held up very nicely and we are very pleased. They did give us a 10% AL discount.

Tom and his crew are very good. Tom was very clear up front on what to expect and did not leave out any details. He assured me that I would be happy and followed up multiple times during and after services were performed to check in with my level of satisfaction. The whole crew was excellent. Clark in particular is a stand-out for his expertise and great customer service. I would hire these guys again if needed.

Clark, the installer, came by for an estimate and started the job the very next day. He arrived on time and worked through the rain. What was estimated would be a one day job turned into a 2 day job due to terrible weather and the fact he had to work through the bushes that surround my pool enclosure. Clark did a fine job and was always professional and pleasant. He cleaned up after himself on both days and went above and beyond by repairing a snapped cable that was not in the estimate. I would absolutely use Reliable again and will be calling on them soon to replace a couple more panels. They definitely lived up to their name!

I called one day and Tom came out to give an estimate the next day and actually was able to get a crew out and do the work the same day. The guys were efficient, polite and professional and most of all did a great job. Two weeks later I called Tom again because a squirrel chewed through a lower panel and again he had someone out the next day to replace it. Will for sure use this company again.

Sent an email on 6/4. Never got a response. Wouldn't waste my time sending or contacting this company!

Overall, it was a good experience! He called to let me know he was running behind, and that worked OK with my schedule. When he arrived, he checked all the screens for me. Replaced the two that needed it and discussed my screen door "options" with me. I was glad he suggested a stronger product for the door, my kids tend to push on it. I hope that does the trick! He also suggested replacing the screen door "extras" (handle, rubber piece at bottom and the arm that holds the door out.) I agreed with replacing just the rubber piece at the bottom, since he said he could lower it to help keep more bugs out. I put a "B" for the price because I have not compared pricing to know if they are more or less expensive than other companies. I also put a "B" for professionalism because the person who came out cut my screen with his knife while he was giving me the quote. After he cut it, he said he wanted to mark where he was going to do the work. I knew that they would likely do the work that day, but at that point I thought I was still just getting the quote. It surprised me and I said something. He apologized and said he thought I was agreeing to the work. It was a miscommunication, but it was fine in the end. And, I was glad he recommended a stronger product for my screen door. I just called them today to schedule them to come back out for the door. They said they could probably come out today to do it - they are quick!

All the way around, this company stepped up and did everything we expected and more. They showed up when they said they would to inspect the enclosure to provide the estimate and delivered the estimate as promised. They team worked efficiently and professionally. At the end of each day, they showed respect for us as homeowners by cleaning up and leaving the area clear of any debris and trash. Everyone was friendly and they worked so hard. We are happy to provide a high recommendation for a company that underpromises and over delivers! They were just great and we love the new look.

A storm had taken down a few loose sections and were hanging open.They called me back promply and came out in a day. Very polite friendly servicemen. In and out quickly and left the lania clean.

Called Reliable Screening on Monday saying I had a hole in the screening of my lanai. I was afraid my cats would escape. He told me he would call as soon as he had a spot this week. Well he called me the very next day, we decided to have all the lower screens replaced. What a great job he did, he was not only thorough he was friendly as well. We definitely will call him again when we have to have screening replaced.

My favorite part of this service was the speed with which the job was executed. From phone call to completion took about an hour. Although I have worked with other companies that would have repaired the screen for slightly less, none of them come close to the great turnaround time provided today. The extra $10 I spent is well worth it to be able to keep my sliding door open for the rest of the weekend. The serviceman suggested a more durable screen to keep my cats from tearing through it (screen is hidden from my view so the cats can do whatever they want back there without our knowledge). I went with the more-durable screen for an extra $20. It looks great! No complaints.

Everything went well from the time Tom presented his estimate to the time they completed the work. They were professional and neat, cleaning up daily. Work was completed earlier than we expected. Everything is to our satisfaction and we are pleased with the job.

The repairman, Hugo was wonderful. I usually don't recommend serve people but this was a great experience. Price was very reasonable. Hugo was professional and knowledgable. I would always refer people to this company. Thanks Angie's List!
