"Picture frame screen looks lovely. Company had to come back twice to adjust top areas (pull in screen and then not tucked in totally. They came out and adjusted. We then noticed that area where metal truss goes across to other metal was not flush. You can actually see the gap/space from the floor. Salesman came out and said he felt it was structurally sound. I shared that might be true but it surely does not look correct for a new job that cost $2,000. He said they already came out twice and they would never want do work for my ever again. Does that sound professional? a. Not willing to tighten metal areas b. Telling a customer you already came out twice and do not wish to work for them ever again. I called the office and was told that the head man, Tom would have to be informed. Alas, Tom is away at a two week convention (during Covid 19 virus) No one else could assist until Tom returns.

representative came to house and provided estimate of $475 to replace frame and door in screen room. Faxed them signed agreement and agreed on a Monday a couple weeks out for instillation. We called them the Friday before to confirm and were told they couldn't do it until Thursday. On Thursday, we had not heard anything so called them to find. Had to leave message. Person finally called late in morning and said the installer wouldn't be there until late in day. Installer never showed up and we did not receive phone call. Very unprofessional.

Reliable Screens did an excellent job on the rescreening of my pool cage, at approximately half the price offered by the two competitors from whom I obtained estimates. It's a busy season for them, but we scheduled six weeks in advance and despite a rainy summer, they stuck to the agreed timeframe.

I spoke with Danny and set appt for Wed 4/18. He said Jeff would call when he was 30-45 minutes out. Here it is Sunday 4/22 and I have not heard from Dany or Jeff. I know this is a busy time of year for them, but is busy for all people and I sat at my house all day on 4/18 waiting. No way would I call this company because they do not value YOUR time!!

Jeff showed up on time and explained they were not able to take on full construction projects at this time due to ongoing work from the hurricane. He could do full rescreens or repairs. Seemed professional and knowledgeable.

It went very well. The men arrived in a timely fashion and did the repairs in two days. It looks very good and the head of the repair team, (JR) explained exactly what needed to be done. He took my paint sample and matched it exactly so the new façade would be the same original color.

Came out exactly when promised. Did a great job including clean up. Have used in the past and it's always great.

From estimate to installation all were very professional, courteous and on time, fair price never changed, fast installation, cleaned up. Very satisfied. Will defiantly use again.

The repair guy came on time and did a great job. it looks like new. definately would use them again.

all went well. when repairman could not come on scheduled day, he immediately called and set new date.

They were very responsive. Everything went as promised. Quality of work was excellent.

They promised that I wouldnt have the problem with rust streaks. They gave me a warranty and didnt honor it. After 3 more attempts to reach the company, I got a call back from the salesman to pressure wash the cage. He said the repairs would be free but I had to pay for the pressure wash which was 850 dollars. This was 4 times more than other quotes.

The salesperson/estimator came exactly when he was supposed to. The work was also completed in a timely manner and on the day they stated. As far as I can see, the work looks well done. I had to adjust the hydraulic door closer myself since it closed very slowly and did not latch properly when it closed. Overall, this company was very convenient and reliable. I feel like their prices were higher than I've paid for screen replacement and sheet metal work in the past, so next time I will get additional quotes before selecting the contractor. I was short on time and not able to do that in this instance.

They were good. They were punctual and they did the job very quickly. They should have better telephone or better responsiveness in general. They had a hard time answering the phone. We'll leave a message and it would be a couple of days before they got back to us.

They are a good company, very prompt. They had to do a lot of customization. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

Improper Installation: Screens Popping Due To Improper Installation, Only Secured Screens To Support Lenghts And Not The Cross Supports!

Fellow met with my husband promptly, was courteous and professional and, while their bid for gutters was nearly twice that of the company we selected (Boyles), their quote for replacing the screen cage(s) was lower by $235. Because Boyles was doing our gutters, we asked that they 'match' Reliable Screen's bid for the cage(s) and were pleased to have them do so. If they had not, we would have, on the basis of cost and reputation, gone with Reliable Screens for JUST the screen cage(s) and had Boyles do the gutters. Boyles obviously considers 'Reliable Screens' to be worthy competition and trusts that they, too, do good work. I have already recommended to family member they call Reliable Screen for replacement of their own screen cage.

The provider send a group of workers to my home to build the screen room. they came in to work at my home and began working. They were plugging all types of things to my outlets including a stereo system to blast music which had nothing to do with the job. Once they were finished with the work they left so i went to check everything out and i noticed that the light outside was no longer working so i changed the light bulb still was not working. I than attempted to use my outlets outside and i noticed that they did not work either. Now knowing very well that everything was working before they got there it was obvious that when the workers were working they had plugged in many things from stereo systems to power drills in the outlets that clearly had caused an issue so i decided to call the company and have them fix the issue which they caused. I call them the next day and they send an electrician to look at it who claimed that the workers did not use that outlet and that they were not responsible for the damage. I was being nice and polite the entire time i even gave the electrician 10$ for gas just for driving all the way out to largo. Than we call the company and the so called owner was taking no responsibility for her actions what so ever and she was so rude and it was the worst customer service i had ever experienced. If that was not enough they threatened to put a lean on my home if i did not pay them the remaining balance and they would not help me in any sort of way to fix the problem for which they are obviously responsible for. Imagine you hire a company to build a screen room and they end up messing up your electric and not only do they not try to help but instead completely deny it, give attitude, act unbelievable rude and hang up on their customers. I would not suggest anyone to do business with this company because they are very unprofessional and do not take responsibility for their mistakes and love to make threats when they are clearly at fault.

Perfect. Returned my call immediately. Scheduled appointment technician came early did all the work and was very informative. Cleaned up when completed. Will definitely use again.
