I was very impressed with the prompt, professional reply by Reliable Screens. I sent an email on Sunday evening and Monday morning I had a call. They quoted a price over the phone based on the size of the screens, and came out to repair the screens the next day. The charge was exactly the quoted price and the repair person was very prompt, arrived when he said he would and was very professional. I would definitely use them again!

The team that showed up to do the work did a great job. It took about two days for them to complete everything that we requested. This is the only company that we found who was willing to remove all of the rusted out screws on the cage and replace them. That was a tremendous amount of work since a lot of them were broken, stripped, frozen, etc. Reliable Screens also went through various screening options for us since we have two dogs who love to jump on the screens when there are any birds or animals in the backyard. We were constantly either replacing screens or living with them ripped. Reliable Screens had a product that wouldn't tear and is very difficult to cut through with a knife. Needless to say, we are very pleased and so far the screens have held up to our two mutts. Overall we are very please with work performed. The team was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their pool cage or even house screens.

Estimator arrived at the scheduled time, provided the estimate, and indicated that, since it was a small job, they could probably work us in early the following week. They called back later that same day to say that a crew was available to do the work. They arrived and finished the work in about an hour. All of the old materials were removed. Neat and professional job. I would hire them again

The team kept us informed as to their arrival time. The job that was scheduled before ours was 45 minutes away. They arrived as per their phone calls to us. They installed the new screen material, which included rubber seal, in the window section first. Then they replaced all the hardware to the screen door and installed new screen in it also. They touched up the door frame where needed. The door looks brand new. It was a pleasure to have such professionals work on our patio. If in the future we need screen repairs we will absolutely call them.

This company is awesome. We were dealing with moving targets from other contractors that caused us to reschedule with Reliable on multiple occasions. They were great, responded very quickly and were willing to make necessary changes. The guys who did the work were terrific. We had painters on site at the same time and they were able to work around them. When, I got a call the same day from another contractor that also wanted to be on site at the same time to finish their work, it became somewhat chaotic; however the guys from Reliable took it all in stride. In retrospect, I should have made the other contractor wait. If there were a rating higher than an A, I would surely give it to Reliable. Their workmanship and customer service is superior.

I emailed the provider and asked if they could come out for a quote. Even though I had flipped two digits in my phone number by accident, they showed up and provided a quick quote. They were very competitively priced and could start the next week. We set the date on the spot, they showed up on time and did a fabulous job. The two men who came out worked hard all day and I couldn't be more pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable Screens.

We are very pleased with the professionalism of the gentlemen working on our lanai. They did a great job and cleaned up after the work was done. Would highly recommend this company.

Responded to email immediately, came for estimate as scheduled. Was fair and thorough in estmate. Scheduled to start work the next week. Work was started and completed as scheduled. The area was left clean and neat. The workmen were polite and pleasant and it all looks and works a lot better. I'm happy.

I received several quotes from Angies List reviewed companies for screen repair (about 10 panels), and also full screen replacement. Dale came out to review my needs. I have a quite large and unsymmetric enclosure with a high, flat roof. Because of the flat roof, I also wanted access doors added near the corners,, because it would be much easier to blow the leaves off from the top rather than underneath. I also discussed painting versus cleaning of my deck, which has mold and other stains. Dale suggested a good cleaning with a chemical /pressure washing would be worth trying first. I have a good pressure washer, but asked him to give me a quote because I had not been successful in getting many of the stains out. Dale also offered a stronger screen called Superscreen as an option which raised the price considerably, and demonstrated the additional strength with some samples, but was not pushy about it. Reliable Screens quote was in line with others, and I liked the description of the access doors that would be put in when I asked questions. I chose to do the full screen replacement with Superscreen, given my tree situation. I also agreed on the access doors and the deck cleaning. They were able to schedule me within a few days. And the team worked roughly 5-6 hour days for Thursday through Saturday. The access doors ended up being harder than expected given putting them in triangular sections that were not symmetric. They came back out on Sunday for several hours to finish them. One of the workers had spent a number of hours pressure spraying both the enclosure and the deck over multiple days. When they finished the doors on Sunday, since there were still stains on the deck and since I did not see them ever apply chemicals (I only periodically checked up on them), I mentioned the deck cleaning option I had agreed to. The access door installer said they did not use chemical, and did not think they were supposed to. I paid them for the entire job, with the agreement that he would mention this to the owner later that day. That night (Sunday), Tom the owner called and asked how I liked the finished work. I mentioned the deck situation, and he indicated he talked to the worker, and informed him they should always use chemical to clean the deck unless the customer specifically asks them not to. Tom arranged for his employees to come back out in a couple days to redo the deck right, and on Tuesday, they brought a Whisperwash professional surface cleaning machine, and biodegradable chemical to fully re-clean the deck, and also pressure washed the deck and areas of the enclosure again that had spots reappear after drying. The screen and deck came out great. Overall, I am very happy with the work performed and highly recommend Reliable Screens. Its nice to see an owner that believes customer satisfaction comes first, and works hard to make sure it happens.

The entire experience was great. Tom Pooler came to my house when he said he was coming, completed the analysis and submitted a quote to me in two days. When I called him to move forward with the job, his crew showed up two days later and completed the job in 3 days. There was a lot of work and Reliable Screens met the challenge. I would highly recommend them. Before I selected them, I read the reviews on Angie's list and saw that 99% of the reviews were positive. I know that you cannot please everyone, but I am not sure why anyone would have a problem given the positive reviews and my personal experience.

They showed up promptly at the arranged time and provided me a quote which was in line with what I was expecting. The salesman was thorough in going over my options. I arranged to have the job done the next week. The guys showed up at the designated time and dod a great job. I did have one follow up after the initial installation where the molding for one screen was popping out. I called and they showed up the next day making the needed repair under warranty.

It was great from start to finish. Prompt return of my email and quick scheduling of the job. Smooth sailing. I will definitely use them again and have already referred them to a co-worker.

I emailed Reliable Screens at night and they called me first thing the next morning. They told me that they would send someone out to fix my screen either that day or the day after. Because I work, they said I did not need to be present and that they would perform the work and leave an invoice on the door. They only charged me $50.00 because that is the minimum charge for someone to come out and do a repair. By the time I got home on the same day that they had called, the work was done and my screen looked great. It was so easy and I didn't have to worry about a thing. It was wonderful to call someone and have them perform the work without me having to deal with it or miss work. I would definitely use them again.

Submitted inquiry through company website for quote. Received Call back within a couple hours to schedule someone to come by for estimate. Estimate occured the next day, and work was completed 3 days later. There were some communication issues, along the way, but overall, satisfactory experience, and would do business with them again.

Contacted company through Angie's List and received response same day. Estimator came to home that weekend and provided detailed description of work required. Originally we were only going to replace six (6) damaged pool cage screen panels, but we were tired of spending $500 - $600 per year to replace panels that were not initially installed properly. So my husband and I decided to have it done right and replace all panels with heavier screen materials and each panel was individually attached to frame (splined). In addition, hardware was rusting so we replaced ALL screws with larger, heavier stainless steel materials. Note of importance: The owner of this company is very concerned about the quality of work performed and the reputation of his company. Unfortunately, the initial crew working on the job tried to skip replacing the screws in areas that could not be viewed my by husband or myself (i.e. the roof of the cage, some outside areas, screen door jams). But after the company manager came to inspect the finished work and noticed immediately that some of the screws had not been replaced the owner then made CERTAIN that the JOB WAS DONE RIGHT. To complete the job properly another crew was sent out and ALL screws were replaced with the proper size and type of materials. The cage was once again inspected top to bottom to be certain all work was done right and it was! I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company and would not hesitate to use them on other projects.

The team worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The screens they replaced all look nice and tight, even one that is a particular problem due to odd angles. Very professional!

We called Reliable for an estimate. They showed up on time and gave us a reasonable price. When we asked them when they could perform the work they said that they could fix it on the spot. We told them to proceed and he did a great job.
