From the beginning of Tom's initial visit to bid the work, he was friendly and highly professional. He completed an estimated using either the standard or higher quality mesh screeing and did an excellent job of explaining the difference. He was open to follow up calls and willing to negotiate on costs in order to meet our budget. He provided excellent information of ways for us to cut the cost to include power washing solutions and efforts we could do ourselves. He was willing to reduce the amount of screening we actually replaced and his crew was professional and competent. He made recommendations to improve the original work effort such as screening around the rocks which showed me his knowledge of the issues causing potential dissatisfaction of homeowners. He provided additional window screens into the house at minimal costs in order to provide high quality service. He was unable to complete the slider doors but they were damaged from prior use and not part of the original scope of his job. I would recommend Tom to family and friends.

They were prompt, professional and worked very hard from start to finish! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again!

No where near enough room to explain everything that went wrong. The contractor when replacing the screening let all the debri that was on the top of the lanai fall into the pool nearly ruining my pool pump. When they pressure washed the pool deck, they lost decorative tile that cannot be replaced. Twenty-five tiles in all came up. I am still looking for them all. Some I've found in the pool, side yard, and even in the pool filter area where they had been sucked into the skimmer of the pool. I had asked that a dog door be installed in the lanai, but I did not get it. I called the owner who had originally provided me the estimate and he stated that he did not realize when I was talking about the dog door, that I actually wanted one. He told me the guys would clean up before they left, but I could not get him to understand that I could not find all the tiles and that it was important to find them because I thought the tiles may be too old to buy replacement ones. His solution was to have his company completely redo all the tiles and that he could get me an estimate on that. When it was all said and done, the workers asked for an additional $100 over the estimate because when the estimate was done, the pressure washing had not been included. They also offered to bring a dog door back the next day and install it for an additional $175 which I refused. The one good thing about the whole thing is that the screening on the lanai has been fine so far.

This is the second job I've had Reliable Screens do on my lanai, and I was 100% satisfied with all aspects of the experience, from the prompt response through the quality of workmanship, including the installer, Devin's, professionalism. Devin introduced himself at my doorstep, invited me to inspect the installation, and on his way out mentioned that he could also enclose my small front porch. I know that sales is the mark of a good "field" or customer service employee, but I have been thinking about enclosing the front porch for years. He gave me a reasonable estimate and directed me to their 10% off Angie's list coupon, and, although I hadn't yet printed it out, marked on the estimate that I had the coupon and would get the discount. When I've saved up the money in a couple of months, I will definitely call Mr. Pooler and ask for Devin to return and do that job. I mention Devin specifically for a reason. For the first job I had Reliable Screens do, Mr. Pooler's repair person didn't introduce himself, nor did he give me a receipt. He did do a solid job, replacing the latch on the screen door from the lanai to the back yard, timely and properly. But his professionalism was far less than Devin's. So be sure to ask for Devin to do your work.

I called and Tom was out to give the estimate the next day. His installer came out, and was helpful in pointing some things out that I had missed going over with Tom the previous day. I agreed to the new price and he began work right away. I'm satisfied with the work, very professionally done. I would use this company in the future if I had any other issues with my screened enclosure.

My husband left a phone message. The owner, Tom, returned his call the same day. Tom gave my husbnad a resonable quote and said that he could come out the following day. Unfortunately, we missed his call for directions. We called, again, and then new arrangments were made. Tom did a great job. We will use his services again in the future and recommend him to others. BTW, Tom asked where we had heard about his service and we mentioned Angie's List. He was pleased.

Called the company yesterday and phone was answered right away. Told the man what was wrong and he said he could send a person out the next morning. Young man called today when he was en route and arrived promptly. He quickly repaired the broken screen panel and then checked to see if we had any other problems. He said everything was in good order. I was pleased with the quick response and the work and will use the company again for any future work.

Excellent service - got a quote and repair same day - Owner Tom Pooler provided quote - screen guy Devon repaired the screen. Both were very professional and pleasurable to work with - quality work at a great price. Would definitely call back for screen work - Tom said they do pressure washing, pavers and other work as well.

Tom was prompt with returning call and providing estimate. Work was accomplished when scheduled. One door needed adjustment. He came out prompltly and adjusted it.

They were fast (1 day) and punctual. Guys actually had to walk on top of the enclosure to replace the screen. They did a great job. We have had a party out there already.

We are extremely pleased! The screens look beautiful - nice and tight with no wrinkles. We received 3 estimates for the job, and all were competitively priced. Tom impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism, and we immediately knew we had the right person for the job. All work was completed as described, on time, and at the quoted price. We definitely recommend this company. Should we ever need screen services in the future, this will be the only call we need to make.

Daivid and Jake did a fine job. Called Tom about a week prior, described what I wanted done, he gave me a price over the phone. Set a date and time for the work to be completed. They called the night before to confirm and that morning to say they were on the way. Did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite. They also pointed out some problems with my pool enclosure frame that I did not realize but were not pushy about having it done.

He was punctual and came when he said he would. He not only fixed my door, but did extra work on my other porch door which was more work than he thought. He replaced a couple of screens for a nominal price and I gave him extra for the extra time he put on the other door. I was EXTREMELY pleased with his professional manners, work ethic and prices. I would definitely use him again and I would refer my friends to him without a hesitation.

The deck and birdcage were cleaned to my expectations and the screen repair was done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent. Tom promptly returned by call inquiring about repairing a large screen on my lanai. He was even able to quote me a price over the phone. Turned out that I found another screen that needed repair and called him back. He came out and repaired both screens while I was at work. He even checked and tightened the cage cables. I would recommend him to anyone. He does an excellent job at a price far below others.

We contacted Reliable Screens in the morning and left a message. They returned our call and gave us a estimate of what the job would cost and set up a window of time to come over. They contacted us again by phone within the time setup and confirmed they were on their way. The repair man was polite and provided a receipt upon completion of the job which was within the estimate of cost. We would not hesitate to call them in the future for more work.

Their work was satisfactory, the price was reasonable, they were prompt in getting here, and they got the job done on time. I?ve used them several times since the first time I looked them up.

I picked out 4 companies I found on Angies list to give me estimates on re-screening my pool cage. I called all 4 of them and left a message to call me about the job. 3 out of the 4 called me back within hours and set up appointments to come out and give me an estimate. The 4th one I never even heard from at all. The 3 estimates I got were all within about $100 of each other. After thinking about it for a few days I selected Reliable Screens to do the job. No particular reason, I just got a good feeling about Tom from the conversation I had with him when he came out and gave me the estimate. I called Tom on a Monday morning and told him he got the job. He said he could be out on Thursday to do the job. On Wednesday Tom called me and said they were running behind on their current job due to rainy weather and wouldn't be out until Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. I said that was fine. He called on Thursday to let us know that he wouldn't be there until Friday morning. That's the first time I've had a contractor keep me up to date on when they would be at my house as much as Tom did. That was much appreciated. There's nothing I hate more than taking off of work and waiting at home for a contractor that doesn't show up or even call. On Friday morning, Tom showed up at 8:00 to drop off the supplies for the job. He said the guy's would show up about 8:30 to start work on the screen. Tom then took off to go and do some estimates. His guy's showed up right around 8:30 and started work. They removed all the old screening and spline. I had my roof replaced a year ago, and when they did that, a lot of pieces of tile and other roofing materials fell into the gutters. They didn't clean out the gutters because of the way they were mounted on the roof and a splash guard that prevented access to the gutter. So I asked Tom if they could help me get the splash guard off so I could clean out the gutter while they worked on the screen. I had spent my previous weekend working on removing the splash guard and was able to remove one section of it but I was not able to get the other section off because of a hidden screw. They found the screw and got the splash guard off and then we discovered just how much trash was in the gutter. It was completely filled up. Right about that time we got a nice heavy rain to fill up the gutter and make a nice big mess. After the rain stopped, we worked on cleaning out the gutter. We removed the end cap so we could just push the trash right out the end of gutter into a bucket. So the 3 of us worked on cleaning out the gutter for the next half hour or so. What a pain that was. After all the garbage was out of the gutter, I gave the guy on the roof my pressure washer hose to spray out all the muck that was still in the gutter. I hadn't planned on having Tom's guys clean out the gutter but because they helped me out with it I gave them a $50 tip. After that the guys were able to focus on getting the new screen put on the cage.

When the roofing company finished, they came back and replaced the gutters. They also replaced screens on my doors, and enclosed patio. I had to call them once to come back to fix a problem, they did not have a problem coming back. The price was fair for the large amount of work that was done.

Worked around my schedule since I had an early appointment the first day he came out but he returned the next day to do the job.

It went fine. As described above he was prompt, did the work quickly, it looks fine, and he threw in extras that he did not charge me for.

Tom was extremely prompt and efficient with both his initial estimate and the work. He took extra time to assure that both sliding doors were working properly and well fitted. He focused on the most effective and least costly repair and made suggestions that I would have not considered that were a great improvement. He recommended screen replacements only where they were needed.

Tom was on time and very proficient at his work. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
