Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay LLC

Met Larry (salesman) at a Home Show in September. We set an appointment and he came and went over all the details of what I wanted and what they can offer. We signed a contract in September and due to how busy they were it took about 5 weeks for them to start work. However when Patrick (contractor) and his crew started working late October they got to work and kept going until the jobs were done. Courteous and Professional and worked with me on each of the items I needed to have done. There was a glitch on the shower doors in the master, after they were installed but Darryl took care of it quickly and professionally. The bathrooms look great and people are amazed when they see the acrylic walls around the tub and shower enclosures as they think they are tile. The patterns in the acrylic are great and easy to take care of. Very happy with the results.

They did a wonderful job. I was very satisfied with the job. They were efficient, cleaned up on time, and did great work. I found the price was very fair.

Installers Christian and Bengie arrived promptly, reviewed the project with us, performed the work in an efficient and professional manner, and cleaned up nicely before leaving the job. Note: There were two discrepancies between Logan Scott, the sales representative and the actual finished product, namely the existing tile was not removed and the 45 degree base molding was not installed. We deferred to the installers on both issues, but the apparent lack of communication between the two was annoying, and we actually did not receive exactly what we agreed upon with the sales representative.

This project went well. It took a little longer than expected, but the end result is wonderful. Thank you Mark and Brian for all of your hard work.

We did not know that their main business was Acrylic. If we had we would not have asked then to come out. If you are looking for Acrylic instead of tile walls they are probably perfect for you.

Logan Smith from Luxury Bath came out to our house to provide bids 2 different times. He could not have been more professional in appearance, timeliness, and conduct. He was very thorough in his explanations, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We had some changes in our personal situation that Luxury Bath was very willing to work through with us. Although, we did not move forward with this particular project, I would definitely consider working with them on future projects, or recommending them to a friend.

Lenny explained all the options and meticulously measured the area prior to the installation. Mike and Matt the installers, did a great job with renovation by making sure every detail was completed correctly. Overall very impressed with the quality of the work.

Totally satisfied!! The entire process was painless on many levels-huge difference than the L___s disasters I encountered last year for a similar remodel.We moved here months later.Their pricing,dependability and professionalism was far better,also.I did a huge amount of research before choosing Luxury Bath for this project since I never was going to go through the previous nightmare again.Also-they performed the work in a fraction of time,compared to the near 5 months of h*** on the other residence.

I then called owner Dave who also was very nice..He told me he would refund the $6500 deposit and no problem,,I told him I would send a registered letter and he said that really was not necessary but he realized that was the legal requirement...I mailed letter of Cancellation on Monday and they were to receive on Wednesday...I was pleasantly surprised to get the check on Wednesday before they even received the notice...i think the contractor has at least 2 weeks to issue the refund and they mailed it the same day...Very Impressive... Will have them back to price out a ceramic tile shower...

Absolutely wonderful job. More beautiful than I had imagined. The crew were so professional and knowledgeable. They were in my home for two weeks. Everyday before they left they would clean up and sweep. I am thoroughly pleased! I would recommend them highly!

It took them 8 working days for them to do the work. The final result looks beautiful according to my wife, and I am pleased. They made a couple of mistakes but rectified them. They cleaned up quite well.

A few snags, but all handled very well. Took just a little longer than we had been told. Sometimes there is an observation by the salesman, that does not work well with the craftsmen who do the job. Not a problem, Mr. Klinger, the owner handled everything quickly and efficiently. The crafts men, MARK and PATRICK are above average, real pros. We have had restorative work done before, but never with this much attention to detail and with pride in their work. LuxuryBath, was a little higher bid, but we were rewarded with excellent workmanship.

My parents were interested in a walk-in tub. At the referral of a friend we went to their showroom. We had a short timeframe due to construction. After 2 visits and obtaining some information, we opted to purchase one of their floor models. They were more expensive than a similar model from the larger mainstream tub companies but we wanted to make sure that we had local assistance in case there were any issues. we have had none so far and my parents use the tub daily.

I couldn't be more happy with the work. Everyone was professional. They demanded perfection of themselves and each other. This job was a multi-day project.

What a pleasure to work with people who care about the quality of their work. I designed the island-which was a little complicated. Jamie (owner) helped me get necessary parts. Going through the project, Jamie and Scott (carpenter) spent a lot of time discussing the best way to stabilize the island and made suggestions to improve the function of the island. I seriously do not think anyone could have done a better job. My only regret is that I don't have more projects for them!

Would still consider the company if we go ahead with the job.

Great experience from day 1. Mike the sales rep was prompt & knows his product well. Didn't try to talk me into anything, just presented the options available to me & answered my questions. Was honest about a couple of small optional items that I probably didn't need. Came back again for a final meeting before I signed to make the deal. Had to wait almost 3 months for the actual installation, but it was well worth the wait. Mark & Pat, the installers, were prompt and professional. It was quickly obvious that they were well experienced & careful in their work. They were more than willing to explain what they were doing when I would wander in to see how things were going. They ran into an underground pipe problem during the tear out process which ended up pushing the project into a third day, but that was no problem & they handled the repair well. When the county building inspector arrived at the midway point to check over what was done, they had an instant rapport with him. After checking over what was done so far, he assured me I was in "good hands". On the third day, Garron (sp ?) came to help with the finish work. He was obviously as experienced & professional as Mark & Pat. Project was completed early afternoon of the third day. I have no complaints, would recommend them without hesitation. I should add that Dave Klinger, the owner, who I only spoke with over the phone was always available & pleasant and was very good about coordinating the project date with me. The most pleasant experience I've ever had with a building contractor. They're not inexpensive, but I feel like I got my monies worth, between the service provided and the finished product. The building inspectors comment when he did the final inspection was "nice work".

Our master bedroom bath was in bad shape. We found Luxury Bath at the Tampa Home Show and made an appointment. The sales rep was very informative and did a great job explaining all the options. It did take several months before the actual work could be scheduled - to allow time to order all the items we wanted and I believe also because of the number of projects ahead of us on their schedule. It was well worth the wait now that we see the finished bathroom. The work itself took 9 days total (no weekend work). At the end of each day, the crew always cleaned any mess they made, including vacuuming and hauling away any trash. All of them were extremely professional and friendly. They made sure to check with us on the placement of things before doing anything, such as the shower grab bar, vanity mirror height, etc. They cared about the details and wanted to make sure we were completely happy with the work. The finished bathroom is absolutely beautiful and we are very, very happy with the results.

Installation went very fast..2 days as I recall. Full cleanup upon completion. Excellent detailed work.

The project went very well, and the results were as promised. They were flexible when we decided against using a special-order cabinet and took it back without charge. The two workers were knowledgeable, friendly, and highly-skilled. Eager to take on unexpected extra tasks, like mounting things we had originally thought we'd mount ourselves.

Very professional, and responsive to questions and requests. They got the whole job done in about a week. I was very happy with the finished work as it is very beautiful and we are very proud of it. Quite a transformation from what the bathroom did look like.

They were excellent. The workmen themselves were very clean. They did not make a mess in the house. The workmanship itself was very good. I had no problems whatsoever. They said they would be here at a certain time and they were here.

If I could give Luxury Bath a higher rating than A, I would. Remodeling anything is stressful as you have to live with the decisions you make (unless you have unlimited resources and can redo anything you aren't happy with). Finding the company on Angie's List, I called for an appointment to discuss the project. Lenny Gillespie came out with catalogues and samples, and spent nearly 4 hours with me (at no charge). He made some very practical suggestions and had ideas I had not thought of, and convinced me that the company would do a good job at what seemed a fair price. Christian and Tanner did the majority of the work and they were awesome -- professional, thorough, careful, and considerate of every detail to minimize any inconvenience. They protected everything, cleaned up when they were finished, and last but not least were really a pleasure to deal with. Multiple types of tile were involved in the remodel and Christian did a beautiful job of patterning the bathroom floor, shower walls and tub surround. They even installed a hinoki wood Japanese soaking tub which I had constructed in Alaska in place of the old out-dated tub. The company demonstrated that they will stand behind their work. I noticed a small crack in the travertine shower threshold a couple of days after they finished. Dave Klinger, the president, came over to look at it and it was replaced immediately at my convenience -- no problem. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. The remodel was a very positive experience and I expect to enjoy my new bathroom for many years to come. Thank you Luxury Bath.

This company is absolutely wonderful. The sales person was a total professional and was a joy to work with, all the prices remained exactly what they said it would be. The actual crew that did the work were totally professional and new exactly what they were doing. They made me feel a part of the process all the way through. I had my apprehensions because the job required a complete tear down of the old bathroom all the way down to the studs. All studs were replaced and a complete bathroom took shape and the transformation was incredible. All my apprehensions were unfounded as the crew was totally meticulous about their work from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their bathroom remodeled. I plan to use them in the future to redo my other bathroom.

I used to architechtural work so I know good work when I see it. When they finished it was very nice looking. I would recommend them to others.
