Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay did an amazing job on both of our bathroom remodels! Our salesman, Doug, was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as we started the process with him. He even came out to check on the progress. Pedro and Lari were the best installers! They were meticulous, cleaning up everything along the way. They worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner before I had to be back at work. This did not mean they cut any corners! The job was done with precision and excellence. My husband and I highly recommend Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay and specifically Pedro and Lari.

Excellent job, very pleased. Converted my bathtub to a shower. Installers were very talented. Salesman, very knowledgeable. And it went down exactly like he said. I would not hesitate to use this company for my next bathroom remodel.

Luxury Bath installed my shower conversion and I absolutely love it! Jose and Sergio did a terrific job. They were efficient, professional and courteous during the two day install. Pride and quality of work was evident and the final result is beautiful. They took the time to explain the new faucets and care of the materials. A big thank you to them! I’d also like to mention my Sales rep Logan was patient and informative when preparing the work order. The permits and materials actually came in earlier than estimated. Steve Caro and Austin Holmes did the redo/installation. They were professional, knowledgeable, competent, friendly, experienced individually & as a Team, and very hard workers. My wife and I recommend them without reservation. The shower had to be redone (old shower completely torn-out and new one installed, including ceramic walls, new floor liner, window trim, shower doors, and hardware).

The work performed by the Luxury bath team was outstanding. Their expertise and professionalism was unparalleled. As a bonus we were serenated daily by installer, Sammy Colon, the Latin "The Voice" 2020 winner, who is not only an meticulous installer but a tremendous vocal talent.

We were in need of a remodel in our guest and master bath. From the start their rep. Lenny gave us the straight story. No promises that couldn't be fulfilled, and no upsells. He gave us what we asked for at a price I was surprised to get considering others I heard just that day. With a promise of 10 weeks (hey we all wait now) they scheduled the start on time, except that Hurricane Ian hit. As soon as safety allowed they were at my door. Though the remodeling was now over a 2 week period rather than 1 week straight thru (turned out better for us) they promised and delivered on completion of both rooms in time for our scheduled reflooring of our entire house. In order to do so they sent an extra truck and staff, including the service manager, to complete the job. Every single member of their team were clean and meticulous in their work right up to perfectly matching paint for a small wall hole required. I could go on but LUXURY BATH should be your go to company for any remodeling needs

The tub was out, down to the studs and sub floor, in about 5 hours. The plumbing and shower enclosure were installed over the next day and a half and it looks great. The crew cleand up after each day of work a kept us informed of their progress on a regular basis. Everyone, including the sales person, scheduling staff and installers, was an expert in their function and all of my questions were answered quickly. I did quite a bit of "shopping around" before signing with Luxury Baths and I decided on them based on the combination of superior materials and lowest quoted prices.

One of the reasons I chose Luxury Bath was the fact that I was told by the salesman that all of the staff were employees and not contractors. I was impressed by that fact and can testify that I have had nothing but good experiences with every staff person I have encountered. Our salesman, John Lasker; all of the administrative staff; the installer, Blake and the follow-up technician, Tony have all been outstanding. The removal of the old Roman tub and installation of the new shower was professional and meticulous. The only thing that gave me pause about the whole experience was the price tag and I did not realize until too late that the product was acrylic (plastic) and not something akin to Onyx (which I have in another home and which is a manmade stone). This is not the fault of the salesman. He certainly showed me the correct product and did not make any attempt to characterize it as anything else. I just didn't realize what it was until I'd already paid 1/2 of the cost and signed the contract. I did compare the price of the acrylic to Lowes and Luxury Bath's price was competitive. It has held up well since January and is very easy to clean and looks beautiful. So in summary, I continue to be impressed with the company and the staff and would I use them again; yes, I think I would.

The sales process was a little painful, and while they gave an estimated start of 6 weeks, that came and went with nary a call to update us with a new date. Finally after waiting 2 weeks we called and were told 1 part was still missing but should arrive in about 2 weeks, which it did. They scheduled the work for a week later. Hector and Luis showed up and did the upgrade in 2 days. They were awesome and the new shower is beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to friends. My only complaint is lack of communications when they knew they were going to miss the estimated date.

I hate to give negative reviews, but I have been so disappointed with Luxury Bath. I was told 2-3 months when I signed our contract for a partial bath redo (whirlpool tub and shower). At 3 months, I hadn’t heard one thing from them. When I called, I was told the scheduling department would call me. Waited two days and tried again. Got shuffled around then had to ask for a manager. Christian got an ear full from me and said he’d find out if everything was in to be able to get me on the schedule. I was told they should get to me the week of December 6th. November 26th rolled around and we received a message that installers would be there the week prior ( would have been great had we not been out of town.) We were told 5-6 days to complete the bathroom. On Friday (day 5) things were done except the door to the shower. I waited til late Tuesday, when I hadn’t heard from them again. Christian again told me he would take care of it and that the door company (subcontractor) would have to come out and measure still. The next day they still had not called to schedule that. We were also very unhappy with the finish work lines that were not straight caulking that was poorly done, clean up that just looked cheap and unprofessional, spout isn’t level. Christian got someone scheduled to come address some of those issues, but not till the following week. The shower door installer finally called to schedule, but not till a week and a half from then. So it looks like our bathroom won’t be finished until the first part of the year sometime. I hope everyone else’s jobs have not been run as poorly as ours.

Excellent and professional installers, they cleaned up after the completion of work and left our b athroom llike brand new, womderful job.

Work went Very well. Workmen arrived on time specified. Very Professional, knew their jobs, pleasant attitudes. Well versed on all aspects of the instillation, use of equipment, and ability to communicate with customers. Took care to insure working areas were cleaned before leaving.

Luxury Bath of TAMPA BAY updated two bathrooms in our 53-year-old home. Their sales and construction teams are superb. Lenny G. was very helpful throughout the proposal and sales process. After hearing our objectives, Lenny gave us excellent options and recommendations, and he set clear expectations about the delivery that gave us confidence in Luxury Bath's professionalism as a company. Similarly, Trevor did an awesome job updating our bathrooms. He was very organized, protected our home, cleaned up after each day of work, and completed our projects with meticulous attention to detail. I unhesitatingly endorse Luxury Bath of TAMPA BAY to others who are looking for a personable team of bathroom remodeling experts and professional service providers.

Both are beautiful!!! The installers (Kenny and Leony) did a fantastic job. They kept the area where they were working clean as they progressed with the installation at all times. Their work ethic was superb. We would not hesitate to request them back on any future work to be done. Mr. Lasker, the salesman who came to our home did a great job going over the details of everything that was to be replaced and greatly helped on the style of the walls of the showers.

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST! My bathroom is already falling apart and it was somewhat done in Feb 2021. The office and service men do not communicate, the office does not have proper tracking of their orders and what services were done for each client. It took them 4 months to start the project. And took them 2 month and never finished the job. Then wanted to call back 5 months later to try and get their money for the rest of the job. 1)They broke a floor tile that we had to pay for them to replace. 2)They scratched the bathroom cabinet when putting it in, then ordered for repair paint but never brought for us to fix. 3)Putting in the countertop and backslash They cut a notch out of the backslash and proceeded to caulk the electric switch covers behind the backslash. We told them, how are we suppose to get into the switches if they are caulked inthe countertop? 4)They fixed drywall that was damaged and never came out to smooth and texture the wall. Had to paid someone else to come out and fix. 4) Shelf in the shower has already fallen off. Had to fix that 5) light in the closet was put up with a gapping hole into the roof and popcorn left around the light fixture. I can go on and on but look at the pictures to prove my words. You don't want these people working on your home. Especially for the cost they charge.

THE INSTALLERS (JOSE & HERNAN) WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. THEY MADE SURE THAT EVERYTRHING WAS CLEAN AND PUT BACK IN ITS PLACE WHEN THEY LEFT. I WOULD DEFINATELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND LUXURY BATH TO ANYONE WANTING A COMPLETE REMODEL OF THERE BATHROOM.

This is a tough one to write. The first project, remodel of master bath, was supposed to be a 8-10 day project. It took almost 6 weeks to finish. I had to wait 5 months to even get started, 2 more than expected. When it did start, there was a lot of confusion. The install teams had very limited info, and weren't even sure what they were supposed to do. After going over it all again, they started, and progressed slowly. First, they had underestimated the amount of tile required, and more had to be ordered, which caused delay. When they put all the wall tile up, they used the wrong color grout on about half of it, then damaged many tiles when gouging out the wrong grout. They had to replace about 1/3 of the tiles, which of course had to be ordered, more delay. They had the wrong hardware for the room, it belonged to the 2nd bathroom. The floor grout turned white and had to be acid washed twice. (This may not have been their fault). They got overspray on everything when texturing the walls. Things were randomly covered and not covered. It was a disaster. There was poor organization, poor communication, and outright untruths. The owner did come out, and did seem genuinely interested in solving the problems, but if you're doing any kind of major remodel, I would look elsewhere. On the other hand, the tub-to-shower conversion was right on schedule, looks great, and had no problems at all. If you're just doing a basic conversion like this, they're fine.

Josue was extremely professional and detail oriented. His attitude to complete the project on time and to make it right for the customer was so refreshing. I am so excited to show this to friends and family! Will definitely recommend this person and the company for anyone wanting a new bathroom. Great job!

The work was on time as promised by Luxury Bath. The technician was professional and gave a step by step process and what to expect once the work began. Jose and Desmond respected our property and secured the work area with professionalism. They were ready to answer any questions and concerns we had during the work.
