The work was done very professionally and our shower looks very nice. Logan was the sales rep who came up with ideas and options. Christian did an excellent job, and cleaned up every day. They covered up our furniture and floors each day, and when the work was done I did not have to clean up after them. They were always on time, and worked very hard. I am planning to hire them for our other bathroom. Excellent work and great company!

The team from Luxury Bath did a superb job throughout all phases of the project. Shortly after we contacted them, Lenny Gillespie was assigned as our design consultant. Lenny set up an appointment with our daughter to evaluate our needs, and he then Skyped with us in from Europe to help us understand our options. Lenny did an awesome job of finalizing the design and proposal--we gained complete confidence in Luxury Bath's competence through Lenny's follow-through. During the actual project, the Luxury Bath team did a superb job in all aspects of their work. The new bathroom looks awesome, and it should last for several decades. We are completely satisfied with the work performed by Luxury Bath, and we plan to invite them to update our second bathroom in the future. We would unhesitatingly commend them to others who are looking for a reputable remodeling firm that is competent, tenacious, and focused on helping their customers attain complete satisfaction.

This was the 2nd bath that we had used Luxury Bath and both jobs were completed in a professional manner. We would recommend them highly.

I've dealt with many companies to remodel my bathroom and this one was by far the most detailed, helpful and transparent on costs. They are the only company that provided options for the bathroom for everything from the tile to the toilet to the fixtures. Definitely stood out among all others. I thought they were joking when they said it was going to take what I believe was 1-3 hours for the initial consultation. The rep was here a long time and then returned a few hours later with the detailed estimate. That's not something I've found anywhere else.

It went very well! They did great work! They were polite, efficient, clean & did a beautiful job. The price was fair & I am very happy.

They arrved on time on the day they set the start date. Most of the crew have been with them for years. They went to work and gutted the entire space in about a day. Then the real work began re-building it from scatch. The crew worked fast but always mindfull of doing a quality job. Thy also minimized dust and always cleaned up at the end of the day. If an issue came up,even minor, they addressed it immediately. The quality if their work was exceptional as was their customer service. They are truly highly professional contractors. You will not be disappointed.

Logan from Luxury Bath came out the very next day after I called the company and asked for someone to come out. He called AND text me to let me know he was running behind even though he was only 10 minutes late. He was very professional and friendly. Was even friendly with my dogs that can be a bit over bearing and attention starved. He was completely understanding even though I had called him to come out on false pretenses. (I didn't tell the secretary for Luxury Bath that the job was already completed.....) Great company! Will definitely use them in the future!

Logan arrived right on time totally prepared with all samples and info. Logan was great, very pleasant, he is able to quickly build rapport with out having that cheesy used car salesman vibe (no offense to used car salesmen). He knows his job very well. He inspected the two bathrooms made suggestions, etc. When I mentioned I wanted to do a nice job but not spend a fortune because we would be selling in the next year or so, he said he understood and made appropriate recommendations keeping quality and cost in mind. He spent at least two hours with us, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He thoroughly explained the estimates and the discounts we were eligible for. Even after I told him I needed to think about it he maintained his friendly professional demeanor. Unfortunately we have decided to put off our renovations at this time, but when we do go forward Luxury Bath will definitely be on our short list of preferred vendors.

I can't say enough positive things about this Company. I am SO SO pleased. From the get go, we communicated about the status of my order; and they started about when they estimated all my special order parts would be ready. The crew...what a team!!! They were very respectful of me and my personal belongings. The crew for the day arrived at the time I was told. The crew did their thing every day, starting with draping the floors and doorways and finishing with cleaning up and sweeping before they left... every day. Each member of the crew seemed to be extremely proficient and knowledgeable of his particular job/skill, and they were very friendly. They were helpful and didn't mind me asking questions. At the end of each day, they reviewed with me what had been accomplished; and they would tell me who would be on site the next day and at what time. The job was completed in the amount of time estimated. I am happy, happy, happy! The finished product is gorgeous and just what I wanted. So much so, that I am now having them remodel my second bathroom. Thank you, LUXURY BATH OF TAMPA BAY; and thank you ANGIE'S LIST.

The highest quality and workmanship we have ever seen! They do the plumbing, electrical work, tile, etc. They do everything! They place tarps down and never step on our floors. We have another full bath and a 1//2 bath that they will do in the future.

The crew was wonderful! I had a houseful of unexpected company and a declawed, indoors only cat, that was an escape artist. They were always watchful to be sure the cat did not escape and the kids were out of harms way (not an easy task). My bathroom is extremely small and very difficult to work in. I have terrazzo flooring and of course the drain did lot line up. They had to go get a jackhammer in order to line it up correctly. Never once did I hear them complain. They kept me informed as to what was going on letting me know what they were doing. The crew was so courteous and stayed late to be sure the job got completed. They left the bathroom spotless and cleaned all my mirrors better than I have ever seen them. I would highly recommend them!

From the moment Lenny walked in our door we knew we were in the hands of true professionals! He was friendly, funny and very helpful with our decision making. He took his time explaining every detail involved, his knowledge of each step and each product was outstanding. He just made the whole experience very comfortable. We scheduled the install and EVERYTHING was done on an exceptional schedule. Angel and Edwin showed up right on time, went over the contract, explained the demolition procedure and the rebuilding. They were polite and very professional. They went right to work. They were neat and again kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way. Day two they showed up again right on time, went right to work with the install and it was completed even earlier than expected. Angel explained the care of the new shower and warranty information. 6 weeks from the date of the signed contract to the finish of the total install. Outstanding!!! The bathroom looks beautiful and I will be spreading the word about Luxury Bath!

We are so impressed with Luxury Bath of Tampa! Logan Scott came out and spent a couple of hours with us measuring our existing bath and picking out exactly what we wanted for our "new" look. The company was very good about letting us do some demolition and purchase the tile ourselves. They worked well with us on the whole project and had it completed and looking wonderful in the time they said it would take. We noticed one thing that needed attention after they left and they were out the next day to make it right! Our guests love it and so do we!!
