Description of Work: We had a shower surround replaced. The salesperson was great, and the finished product was as purchased. However, the work was not completed within the timeline we were told. Phone calls for updates were never returned (expect by the sales person). When the owner was contacted he was nonchalant and showed no interest in hearing our concerns.

Description of Work: Rip out of old tub & tile. Built shower with corner bench and niche. Installed tile with mosaic tile accent. New rainshower head and hand held and new hardware. Glass door. |The finished shower looks awesome. During the installation I called the company to address concerns I had and they responded immediately taking care of the problem. The guy that was doing the actual construction made some suggestions and I listened to them. However, I felt he was trying to talk me out of things to make it easier for him. I stood my ground and insisted on what I wanted. In the end it came out beautifully. I am very happy with it.

Description of Work: Completely remodeled master bathroom. Logan was a great salesman and designer who worked with us to get a compromise between our greatest wishes and an affordable price. Mark was the site manager who is skilled, punctual, and easy to work with. He and his crew never left the work site without cleaning up each day. They were all courteous and hardworking. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Description of Work: Completed total bathroom renovation for small master bath with removal of late 50s tile, p-trap repair for clogged drain, upgraded plumbing in guest bath, upgraded electrical, lights, removed door and added closet door. The team of Christian and Benji were wonderful in working and cleaning up each day to control the dust as best they could. When other workers were involved, the communication handoffs were good so work was accomplished in a time,y manner. Worked some Saturdays to expedite the project. Overall, a good company with competent staff and good customer service. Christian did an awesome job on my white subway tile with black grout! Thank you all.

Description of Work: We were pleased with our initial interaction with them but they have not started the shower yet. We are on their schedule to probably have it started in a couple weeks. So far they have been very easy to deal with and very prompt in returning phone calls. Really need to delay this rating until the work is done.

Description of Work: Ripped out old bath tile floor and shower/tub. Rebuilt tub enclosure and stand alone shower. Tiled floor, tub enclosure and surround area. Tiled shower and put in new fixtures and toilet. Just need to put in glass shower doors.

Description of Work: Removed garden tub, removed old shower enclosure, re-plumbed and hooked up new walk-in tub. Installed acrylic panels over tile where old shower was located. Laid concrete where garden tub was located. Laid tile (we purchased) in area of old garden tub. Workmanship was excellent and professional. Management did not follow up well upon completion.

Description of Work: Luxury Bath Systems gave us an estimate and we ordered from them. They will be installing a walk-in bathtub in our bathroom which requires some remodeling.

Description of Work: Luxury Bath Systems of Palm Harbor replaced our toilet, bathroom vanity, and put in a new tub.

Description of Work: We remodeled one bathroom. We wanted the wall tile, the floor tile, and the wallpaper to remain intact (not easy to do with all the remodeling involved). The tub was removed along with the toilet, and the vanity with its top. A new specialty tub was installed--the kind that is taller than standard, with a door in the tub for easy access and a seat to sit on while bathing. The tub also has jets and a heater. It can also be used as a shower. Part of the wall behind the tub was covered with a new liner. A window with glass blocks remained and they framed around the glass blocks. They replaced the vanity with a high-end Kraft-made wooden vanity with two doors and six drawers. The top was Corian, and a new faucet was installed. The toilet was a taller Kohler model, more water-efficient. Both the plumbing, carpentry, and electric work (for the heated tub) was included in the contract, along with new hardware for the tub and the sink.

Description of Work: I called Luxury Bath Systems of Palm Harbor to give me an estimate on work for our bathrooms. They sent a gentleman to give us the estimates and set up a date to schedule work to be done.

Description of Work: We asked for an estimate for the bathroom to be gutted, the ceiling to be raised, the faucets to be removed, the tub to be removed and replaced with a glass shower. We asked for acrylic on the walls and travertine on the floors and to remove the sink and vanity and replace them with a sink and vanity I had found and liked.
