Description of Work: I first contacted this company back in June 2014. After being ignored by this company for months I went ahead with another realtor who responded in a timely fashion and sold this property in October 2014. Therefore, I no longer needed a realtor and would not consider this company in the future to sell any property, nor would I recommend it to anyone considering selling a property. |After months of ignoring me they continued to badger me 3 months after house sold. I would have thought that a competent realtor would be sufficiently aware of the marketplace that they would realize that the property they are referring to has already been sold. |

As I read your comments and checked all of our contact history with you in our database, I feel you must have us mixed up with another Realtor. Please allow me to show you what is time-stamped and documented in our database to help refresh your memory, as our office did work very hard on trying to speak with you along with a site visit to your home. The agent's name was Curtiss Rasmussen and his assistant's name was Ericka Campbell. 5/23/14 - You first contacted us noting that there was still work to be done on the house but you wanted to start contacting realtors. 5/25/14 - We called and emailed and you returned our call later that day and said you were not ready to sell yet but wanted to be proactive. 6/5/14 - Our assistant followed up with an email asking if we could help you now. 6/16/14 - Our agent sent an email telling you he is sending comparables for you to review. 6/18/14 - the comps and listing information were sent to you by email 6/24/14 - our agent followed up on listing information by telephone 6/29/14 - you sent our agent the contact information of your neighbor that he needed to connect with to view the home since you lived out of town 7/27/14 - our agent met with your neighbor to see the home. There was still considerable amount of work to be done. 7/28/14 - our agent had a phone conversation with you regarding the poor condition of the home and gave you his professional recommendations. 8/26/14 - our agent sent an email asking how your plans were coming along with the potential house sale and could we help you further. Our assistant followed up a few more times but we never heard from you again. We respectfully request that you edit the review you left for us as we feel we did everything in our power to provide you with the best service we could under the circumstances.

Description of Work: It was wonderful; he took care of everything while I was in Pennsylvania. I didn’t have to go down to Florida for the settlement. I was very pleased with what they did. I worked with Jim Pemberton. He took care of everything. I ended up with some complications and had to contact a lawyer; he helped me with everything. If any of my other friends are looking to sell their home, I would certainly recommend them.
