Unbelievable! Remember the "good ol' days", when people actually SERVICED what they represented or sold? Well, thanks to NICHOLAS ACOSTA (aka Nick) at Lipply Real Estate, THOSE DAYS ARE BACK! My husband and I seriously cannot thank God enough for putting us in the path of this man! We are business owners ourselves in the service industry so if anyone knows what service is about, it's us! Nick was there with us, FROM DAY ONE, until this very day! We are from the Midwest and trying to find a home when you are so far away, and time is limited, was a real challenge....or so we thought! Nick changed our thinking the first day we met! Nick was our "go to" for everything from the property, to the negotiating, to the closing, right down to the new floors and walls we wanted. Because we were so far away and stuff needed done, Nick went out of his way, EVERY TIME, to take care of the things we could not, and even the things we could! I don't believe this is a "normal" way of business because in general, people just don't care after the buck is made but, it is NICK'S way! HE CARES! And if given the chance I am certain what he did for us, he would do for anyone, because that's just WHO HE IS!!! AWESOME! Thank you Lipply, for giving us Nicholas Acosta!

Jeff was extremely kind and helpful through our new home purchase. We visited a good selection of homes, and he met with our family members to view homes when we were not available, as it was an out of town purchase. It was also a simultaneous purchase, where we bought the new house right after selling the old one (in a different city), and he handled the details and coordination of that very well.

Everything went smoothly and professionally. Nick Acosta sold the condo to my father two years ago. Sadly, my father passed away less than a year later. Nick helped us a great deal through both sales. We don’t live locally so there were many things he did to help that were above and beyond to help, including checking on the house during storms and being available when furniture was being picked up.

Len Lipply was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the real estate market. He and his team found a buyer for our condo in Seminole, FL. The price was right and his service was A1. If we decide to buy or sell a property in the Tampa/St. Pete's area he's the one I'd use to represent us. RTRoss

I can't speak highly enough of Lipply and especially of agent Thomas Towns. Thomas has helped us sell two homes as well as buy two homes now. He is responsive and attentive. He has gone the extra mile to travel back and forth from his home base down to the Sarasota area to window shop for us as we live in another state. He has exceeded all expectations and we have thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He is no nonsense and always demonstrates a concern for customer above all else. Great, Tammy Danielson was our agent and did a FANTASTIC job !! Our first time buying out of state and she was there for us 24/7. She went well "above and beyond" taking care of things for us since we were out of town. She responded every time we called / text or e-mailed almost immediately. She kept us informed when she would be out of town but continued to do things even when she was waiting for a flight at the airport. She kept in touch regularly. Truly a professional and an asset to Lipply. My wife and I felt as if we were in the best of hands. We cannot thank her enough. We felt completely at ease with her. THANK YOU Tammy !!

It went extremely well. My wife and I have been working on and off with Len for 4-5 years now, as we considered various options (condo, villa, single-family, etc.) He is extremely patient and understanding, and crafted multiple queries with our specific criteria. We love the small single-family we purchased in a great area of Dunedin. Len is not only very knowledgeable about the real estate market, he also has excellent contacts with contractors, which have been very helpful to us since the house we purchased needs some interior updates.

I know Leonard Lipply since my husband and I were looking to buy a condo in Clearwater Beach many years ago. He is a true professional and loves what he does, which makes a huge difference. Len expertly guided us through the selection process, which was not easy since we were out of state buyers, and we bought our great condo without even seeing it in person. During the search process Len went above and beyond his duty as an agent and we felt very comfortable making purchase decision without even traveling to Florida to see it. Our decision proved to be the best we could have made and we stayed in touch with Len over the years. Len was always available to offer his professional advice and guide us through our real estate decisions. He even helped us immensely with our condo remodeling project, which would not have been possible without his oversight and advice, as we were out of state owners. After remodeling, Len and Tia also quickly found a tenant for us and managed the rental of our condo, which went very smoothly. They provided excellent service, were always very responsive to all our questions and any typical arising problems, such as minor maintenance issues were promptly conveyed to us with an already proposed solution. When we decided to sell our condo, we did not even consider working with anyone else, because we knew Len was the best person for the task. He sold it for us at the most favorable terms. Very well! Marianne Knowles was very knowledgeable of the area and was very proactive and prompt throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and knowledge helped greatly to ease our mind regarding purchasing remotely. When we were able to meet her in person just prior to closing it was like meeting up with an old friend. Mary and I highly recommend her without hesitation.

The real estate market has been crazy for a couple of years, but Bart Hanchey really hung in there with us. He showed a great deal of patience with us as we changed the area, house style, pricing, etc. over and over. His expert opinion saved us a few time from buying a house that was going to be a lot of problem. Bart was always available for advice and helped us find our retirement home. Very dedicated and helpful.
