Don was great on being on track with what we were looking for within our price range, Because he has extensive knowledge as a contractor, he quickly identified what work needed to be done to the properties we viewed, updating what we were looking for. He also was helpful in selecting reasonable contractors do do some of the work we have done to our new property. Don was also very helpful in negotiating the sale of our Promenade home, which was quite a challenge! He did some of the necessary minor repairs as well as helped with relocating our favorite chandelier. We highly recommend Don to find your new "dream home" or get you out of your existing property.

Unbelievably well. Our agent Bria Patti did a spectacular job. She took the initiative to contact the owner of the property and negotiate a price that was mutually agreed to. She made every attempt to answer any questions we had. She also met with the home inspector and scheduled the inspection. She did an outstanding job. Very Professional. Also I'm sure she's a pretty nice person.

I met Jillian at an Open House - she was very professional, courteous and I immediately liked her. I was relocating to Florida and she made the process very easy for me. Her attention to detail is amazing. Since my purchase we have also used her for a purchase for my parents. I am hard to please, but Jillian made it happen!

I needed to update my brother's condo after he passed away so that we were able to sell it. I had contacted Lippy real estate for some comps in the area and Selma pesch had responded to my request, she gave me some great com in the area and even though she was an hour away that made no difference to her she still took good care of us! So as I was remodeling the condo myself Selma kept in touch with me without badgering me, she would send me an email every couple of weeks just to see how I was doing and what my progress was which I really appreciate it not being hounded by a real estate agent! When I was all said and done we made an appointment for her to come out take pictures and List It and she did so promptly when she said she was going to be there. My brother Tom and I were amazed to be notified by Selma that we already had a buyer that evening! After setting everything up with the buyer that particular buyer decided to back out of the deal because of his own personal reasons, but Selma had someone else ready to go and if I'm not mistaking we had a contract the next day with this buyer. Selma made the entire process a smooth transition in which my brother who was in Las Vegas and myself that is in Plant City never had to move from our chairs to complete the transactions and she got is the asking price that we wanted actually she got more than what we originally wanted to ask because she said that the area it was in it would sell for more, and it did! As far as I am concerned Selma pesch is an amazing asset to Lippy real estate and if you are reading this review you would be FOOLISH to go with any other real estate and I would do everything in my power to make sure that Selma was my real estate agent! I know that if I were to buy or sell another piece of property I **** sure would make sure that Selma was my broker!!! Sorry I did not keep any pictures of the condo which turned out beautiful if I do say so myself LOL!

With me being out of state during the entire process, his willingness to work with my friend in the area was invaluable.
