She's so generous with her time, including morning, evening and weekends, she answers all my questions and explained to us all the details. I can't say enough about her. She made everything easy for me and my husband and she worked with us for several months. I will recommend her to others.

My Real Estate Agent, Bart Hanchey was VERY good. He was super helpful in getting my house sold and helping me buy a condo/villa. He went above and beyond helping and would go to my house and take care of my dog when inspections and/or showings were scheduled so I wouldn't have to take off work. I trusted him 100%. He was not only thorough and detailed, he became a good friend during the process. I really enjoyed working with Bart and will recommend him to family and friends.

I purchased a home with Nick Acosta of Lipply Real Estate and I used Jody Kaufman of Lipply Real Estate to manage the rental of the home for over 5 years. Jody then handled the subsequent listing and sale of the property. I was VERY pleased with all aspects of their services. Nick's selection of homes to view, his enthusiasm on a long day of viewings, and his tuning in to our taste in a potential home were VERY good! All paperwork and contracts on time and correct through all of the dealings. Jody's response to tenant requests for services/repairs prompt and he handled sub contracting for any services needed. His contractors were reasonably priced and prompt. IF I am in the position to purchase another home in their area or need property management; no doubt Jody or Nick of Lipply RE are my choice.

Thomas Towns is an exceptional real estate agent and went above and beyond his responsibility . He was our agent in buying our new house and selling our old house. We would definitely use him again, and highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Brieanna Burch showed us our first condo. She was so professional, efficient and persistent in her quest for us to find just the right home. The market was quite hot, and we had 5 contracts written that did not come to fruition. Finally, we found the right one for us and she helped us close the deal. She went far and above her duties. If we threw her a question that she had not experienced, she consulted to find the answer. We could not have gotten any better service, anywhere ! Anything she could do to be helpful, including researching experts locally, she did.

Very well. Jillian was very professional. She didn't pressure us at all. Her husband, who works at a local bank was even able to help us out when we needed to open an account here in FL since the bank we used back home did not have branches here in FL. Would definitely use Jillian again and will be happy to give her name to anyone searching for property in this area.

Nick Acosta prepared me very well prior to my trip here. I picked out several condos i wanted to see upon landing. I put them in order of my choices. After seeing the condos , I told him to put an offer on my number one choice. I was a little worried that his suggested offer would be too low because i didn't want to loose it. I ended up getting the condo at a price much lower than i expected. Nick did a great job. I have moved in the condo and love it.
