Megan and her helpers were wonderful; always prompt and professional. Megan had a lot of good suggestions about fixing our house up a little better, and staging it. She was very familiar with real estate proceedings and guided us through the process. We actually made more money off of our sale because of her input. we were in northern michigan for the summer, when our daughters saw a property paul fernandes of lippy realestate was having an open house. they went thru the home and liked it,and called usand send pictures ,we thought it was what we were looking for so we made an offer that was accepted. paul handled all of the sale.it was done by computer,he guided me thru the whole procedure. we were back inflorida for the closing at lippy realty office,everything went smoothly ,we were very pleased .

My experience with Monica Maltese and Lippy Real Estate was an absolutely phenomenal experience. Being a first time home buyer there was a lot of uncharted territory for me and Monica and her team ensured everything was taken care of with the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail. Monica was proactive and attentive throughout the entire process and we closed in 30 days without even a minor hiccup. Her communication with the Lender and Title agency was also well regarded and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer to anyone and every one I know.

Nick Acosta was amazing! I was so amazed about how well he navigated my home purchase here in Madeira Beach, FL! As you may imagine moving to a new state and starting all over again can be quite stressful, but with Nick in my corner I was completely put at my ease!
