My wife and I contacted Willy Culkar from Lipply Real Estate a couple of years ago when we were considering buying a house prior to moving to the Tampa Area. We came in to town in April 2010 and Willy showed us several houses in the range we were looking for. We didn't buy a house until May 2012 and Willy stuck with us. He offered expert opinion about the area, purchasing a house purchasing short sales etc. We highly recommend Willy to anyone looking to purchase a house in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area.
