She made me feel very comfortable and always did exactly what she said she would do, whether it was call me with information, or come by at a specified time. I always appreciated that she would let me know what a future buyer might be thinking about my property so I knew what I might expect as to a positive or not so positive outcome with the property. Leonard Lipply spent a lot of his time to find the right condo for us. He listened to us and became very familiar with what exactly we were looking for. We live out of state and when he found the right condo for us he called us and described in great detail the interior of the condo. Then he send us many pictures he took himself. We ended up buying this unit without even seeing it, because we trusted Leonard. It turned out to be a great decision, thanks to Leonard. We love it! I first contacted Thomas via his website/email about a month prior to my scheduled weekend visit to Florida with a friend. At the time, I was just starting an informal search for condos in the Tampa/Clearwater area. Fast forward to my visit: upon arrival at my friend's condominium complex Thursday night, I immediately fell in love with the area and decided that's where I wanted to buy. I called Thomas Friday morning to see if I could look at the LAST condo available in the complex (in my price range) and he dropped what he was doing to accommodate my request. By Friday afternoon I had convinced myself that I needed to make an offer, so I called Thomas and he CAME BACK to where I was staying to walk me through the process (paperwork.) I wanted to take one more look at the condo before I left town, so Thomas once again dropped what he was doing and CAME BACK again to show me the condo on Saturday morning! I left town the following morning ... Thomas followed up as we counter-offered and my offer was ultimately accepted. He has been a "partner" in this process from the beginning, and he's still in contact with me today (a couple of months later) to make sure I am "all set" with my condo purchase. He is an exceptionally good communicator given that I live out-of-state! He answered my many (many!) questions with patience and guidance, and in a very timely manner. I honestly "enjoyed" the whole experience because Thomas made is SO easy!!

Dave Hoyt provided excellent service to me as I looked for a home in the East Lake area. This was no easy process as it took over a year, but Dave's patience, expertise, negotiating skills, and knowledge of the housing market were invaluable and ultimately helped me to end up in the perfect home.

We lived out of state when we hired Bob Lipply to be our real estate agent. We only had one month to find the perfect home for our retirement and Bob could not have worked harder or been more honest with us during the entire process. He found it just before we had to leave and then he smoothed over all the hassle one can imagine trying to close on a home from 1200 miles away. Their service was great. I am not from Florida, so I purchased the home using the agent as my eyes and ears. My agent, Tanja, did an excellent job and answered all my questions. This deal was done remotely for me and she handled everything from beginning to end, all paperwork, inspections, etc. She was extremely responsive and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

The process went well. We told Jillian our likes and dislikes. She was always prepared and ready to show what was on the market.
