I would like to comment on Joe Gibbons high degree of professionalism and assistance during our condo purchase process. He really helped us in finding, negotiating and purchasing our condo. For almost two years, Joe doggedly stayed with us through the initial phases of showing us many open houses, then finally helping us choose our home. He displayed considerable "extra effort" in the mortgage obtainment process when things were not going quite so smoothly. This was all accomplished, on his part, through a very cordial, friendly and professional manner. If the opportunity should arise in the future, I would certainly choose Joe as our realtor, or recommend him, "IN A NEW YORK MINUTE!!

Amazing! We purchased our home through Jillian Jamison. Jillian deserves and works hard to achieve a 5 Star rating. She grew up in the Tampa area and knows the local counties well. She has a Business degree so she is well versed and understands the process of buying and closing on a home better than any agent we have ever worked with in the past. She was always responsive to our requests to view homes and her schedule was very flexible. The best thing about Jillian is she was patient with our desire to not just buy a house but to find a new home for our family. She could have talked us into anything probably, as we were ready to be in a house. However, she was patient, understanding, and guided us well on the journey to our new home in Florida!

Patrick worked tirelessly, on weekends as well, to do whatever we asked. Absolutely the right realtor for us!

I could of not asked more from Megan ! She was great. Extraordinary services. When I decided to look at condos Megan was always available to show me everyone of them. She was very good on placing a price in the negotiation process and would tell you if the price was too high to either way selling or buying. She did the comps very carefully. She really looks out for her clients.

We needed to find a house in the Palm Harbor area before we moved the whole family down from Illinois. We were not familiar with the area but was thankful that we found Michelle. She is very knowledgeable about the area and helped us tremendously in choosing an area within Palm Harbor! Michelle kept us abreast on all aspects of our buying process and always checked in on us to see if there was anything else she could do. She walked us through every step of the way and went above and beyond her duties! We would absolutely recommend Michelle for any real estate needs!

Ok. The realtor was available and showed me a lot of houses. However, he did not communicate important information such as the fact that the house was in a flood zone and I had to remind him to get a termite inspection. He also recommended a home inspector who missed some serious problems with the house that I didn't find out about until I sold the house.

It went fine. Because of the type of home and the price of the home I purchased, I didn't feel like I got the service. I should have had a much higher priced home. It was their overall attitude. I don't think it was the attitude to help purchase a home. Because of the price range, it means the commission was low.

We used them four years ago; it was fine. It was a standard price, there wasn't anything plus or minus. It was the sales price and then the standard realtor fee. The quality of work was standard, there was no way to judge it. It was a sales contract with the seller.

Melissa Stone was our agent, and she has gone above and beyond what any agent should have to do. We are very picky, and she has been very patient with us. Whenever a listing pops up with our criteria, she is quick to respond to our desire to see the property, and doesn't try to force us into something we don't want. She is very knowledgeable about the areas we are looking, and the procedures we needed to follow. She also helped my daughter sell her house, and purchase another. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Our experience with Joe was excellent. We have done business with a few local realtors and unfortunately after those we didn?t have good impression of the industry. Joe is obviously different from the rest. During our first transaction with him we were selling our townhouse. We had a contract within 2 weeks and he was with us through the whole process. We then rented while we looked for a new house and Joe was extremely patient and didn?t push us in to anything. Based on our past experience with realtors, every house is great. Joe however doesn?t make you feel rushed and points out the good and bad points. He showed us to countless houses and didn?t once make us feel like a bother when we changed our minds and criteria multiple times. We finally found a house and he helped us through the whole process. I constantly called him and he always picked up and answered our questions. I think Joe cares about his what he does and the people he works with. I would recommend and do recommend to everyone. When we are in the market again we will only work with him. We would 100% recommend Joe without hesitation. He's great at selling and will be with you no matter how long it takes to find the right house. We did!

Mr Hanchey offered timely assistance to get the house on the market and a cost effective solution to help me find a renter if the house did not sell by a particular time. He met all requirements.

Nick Acosta was our agent from Lippley Real Estate. For at least a year we were in touch in advance of a possible move to Dunedin, FL. He always was on the lookout for the right properties we wanted. When we were finally ready to pull the trigger, Nick put together a portfolio of eight properties available that met our requirements for our shopping trip. We contracted to buy one of them - the one he took us to first - and Nick walked us through every step of the process of contracting, condo approval, and closing with patience and a great sense of humor. After the closing it became apparent that the defect identified by the inspectors with the A/C and supposedly fixed by the company selected by the seller's warranty company had failed because it did not address the comprehensive nature of the A/C's condition, Nick was our advocate through the difficult process of trying to get it working so we could move in. Nick has called us several times since just to be sure all is well. I highly recommend Nick who is professional, but also kind and a real gentleman. I've already referred him to several other people thinking of listing.

Bob was our realtor with our first home purchase. He was always there to answer our questions and make the right decision. Few years later when we needed a realtor again Michael Madson was assigned to us and it has been a pleasure working with him too. Truthful, honesty, punchuality and excellent knowledge of the area are some of the qualities that set them apart from others. Jody Kaufman has set the bar very high for other real estate agents. We initially contacted Lipply Real Estate because of their efficient, easy-to-use website and were referred to Jody. Our search was conducted mostly from out of state and Jody kept us up to date on listings in our search area. Every time we traveled to Tampa, he provided prompt, professional service. He was available when he said he would be, had appointments lined up for all available properties on our list and provided background and comparable sales information whenever requested. When we found the ideal property, Jody guided us through the offer, negotiation and closing process. We were consistently impressed with how well-organized and quick-to-respond Jody was throughout the process. Also, Jody put us in touch with another responsive professional when we needed homeowner's insurance - Tanja Sherin of Lipply. Tanja quickly got us quotes, explanations and did all the necessary paperwork to have a policy in effect at closing. Both Jody and Tanja are true professionals.

Joe Gibbons helped us find the condo of our dreams. This was a two year process because we are stationed in Germany and could not be here for most of the search. Joe really listened to our wishes during our first meeting and never wasted our precious vacation time when we came over to look at homes. He was always there when inspectors came or when we called from Germany. Closing went so smooth thanks to his help. After the sale Joe was still there for us with suggestions and help with thr renovations and he continues to be here for us. We find Joe to be honest, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He is the realtor we trust and the one who we would call if we ever would sell or buy again.

The whole process went extremely well. Diana was able to guide us through the process, from finding a home inspector to a lender. Diana is very knowledgeable and made what can be a stressful procedure proceed very smoothly.
