They did come on time for the appointments. Scheduling the work to be done was satisfactory. We will not be renewing with them because they are not doing what we need done for our pool.

It has been good so far. It just started; so we just started with them. They are very knowledgeable. The pool guy knew what he was talking about. I would recommend them. They are coming later today.

They are great. That worked out really well. They are good people. I like the fact that the guy who runs the business is very knowledgeable, he just doesn’t clean pools, but he also knows about the equipment. He knows about if something isn’t working, he can even kink around with it whereas others only vacuum it, sweep it and throw in some chemicals but he is very knowledgeable.

lUpon moving to Florida from Minnesota, we had another pool service that charged us for filters we did not need as are whole pump needed replacement. When looking on Angies list we found Todd and All Clear pool service, we called him and he was out the next day, cleaned the pool, and fixed are chemicals that were very low, the other pool service had not put enough chlorine in. He ordered the parts we needed and he was back out two days later fixing it. In the fall we had Todd install a heater, and after checking other people and prices he was giving us the best deal, he installed it as soon as the electric work was done. Whenever i have an issue Todd or Chuck are there to take care of it immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend All Clear Pool service

Everything went well. The technician was professional and courteous, showed on time, and did a good job with the repairs.

Company to small. I had an appointment for Friday May 9th at 4pm. I received a call from Todd and he told me that he had a personal family issue that came up and would not make the appointment. He did offer to send another person that used to work with him on Saturday but of course that day was not good for me. I will in the future have to choose companies that have a broader number of service techs so when I have to take a vacation day to make the appointment it will not go wasted as it did Friday. First time using Angie?s List and I?m 0 for 1.

I have been using them for almost a year now for my pool and it is always nice and blue. If there is a problem with my pool they are very responsive and fix in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend them.

After getting an estimate, the pump and motor were replaced 2 days later and work great. They were very professional and I like that I was called ahead to know when to expect arrival.

Todd has always been professional every time I've been in contact with him and has taken over the pool care at two of our properties that were not getting taken care of properly by the previous pool cleaners. I've had no issues with my pools turning green or not being properly taken care of since All Clear Pool Service has been taking care of them. Todd is always helpful when we have additional questions or work and even recommended another reputable company on a third property that is outside of the area he works in. I've been nothing but pleased with All Clear Pool Service and highly recommend them.

They seem to be very nice people to work with. We have been using their services for about two years. The owner, Todd, came out and installed the pump himself. He followed through very well and took the old one back. He made sure it was all covered under warranty so that we didn’t have to pay anything. They are competitively priced and they are very responsive. If we ever have an issue, they are quick to come as soon as they can. The technician who comes out seems to really want to do a good job.

The first visit was the owner of the company. Then every week, a pool service man comes to the house and he is taking care of the pool chemicals, etc. After taking care of the pool myself for almost 30 years, it is great to have someone else do it! Should have done this before now!

Very well, Todd came as promised and my pool looks great..am still using him for monthly service too!!!

The installation of the pool pump went well, it was done professionally. As I wrote I even converted my monthly service to All Clear Pool Services after they showed me that the stains on the bottom of my pool were from my existing pool chemical company tossing chlorine tablets at the bottom of the pool DESPITE the fact that I have a chlorine tube at the site of my pool pump. I wondered why I had circular stains at the bottom of the deep end of the pool. We had a minor glitch in communications regarding the monthly service, but again, Eric was very professional, acknowledged the mistake and adjusted the bill accordingly. No hesitation recommending this company.

They are amazing. Any questions or concerns I have about the pool, they show up immediately to take of the issue or let me know how to do it over the phone. They have excellent customer service. They send the same technician every week. The quality of the cleaning is excellent. They are doing everything perfectly.

They are good. They always come on time and do a nice job. The billing is done online, which is convenient. If I ever have a problem, they show up that day or the day after. I have been using them for about a year and a half. As long as they keep doing a great job, I will continue to use them. They keep up to date on the pool and really care about it.

Charlie is my service man. He is wonderful. He does a fantastic job with the cleaning and maintenance of my pool. He comes out on time and helps me with everything I need done with my pool. If any repairs need to be done, Charlie will call Todd and he come right out and fix the issue. Todd is very honest and will help you afford what you need done. I have a payment plan set up through PayPal. His billing method is excellent through online payments. They are very good at what they do.

Called Todd and he got me quickly on his schedule. He came on time and immediately began bringing my pool up to speed. He set up weekly maintenance, and his other maintainers have been reliable. They leave notes with various readings from the pool. Price is slightly higher than my maintainer in California, who charges $65 for weekly pool maintenance (same size pool with no cage) and $25 for spa maintenance. I'm looking forward to the sixth month free deal.

They are adequate. They have not given me any reason to not use them. They have a set schedule. They do not need to contact me. I have not had any issues with their service. I had a filter go bad when I had the pool resurfaced. They came out quickly to fix the problem.

They are good. They do a nice job with the cleaning and applying the chemicals. The technician always leaves a check list of the date, time, and work he did. They have been my pools maintenance company for about 3-4 months. They do a very thorough job and I cannot ask for more. Their pricing is comparable to others.

They are very reliable and reasonably price. The owner is easy to get a hold of and is also very personable. The technician has lots of years of experience and does a great job every week. The pool is spotless. I have no complaints.
