+ -1 moreI have been using them for years without one complaint until they recently hired a young technician who is lazy and did not vacuum the pool at all for an entire month. When I called to have it vacuumed, they stated they would fix it, then they didn't. So, I contacted them again. Then they proceeded to state all these excuses instead of just vacuuming for the paid service. The customer service guy is rude. Do not hire. This is how they treat paying customers that have been loyal for years.

+ -1 moreThey did a decent job of keeping my pool clean for the 3 months that I prepaid for. But they decided to keep cleaning my pool! Without even telling me. I work out of town so its hard to keep up on this stuff. Then I receive a bill demanding 90$. Don't know if this was intentional or a mistake but Buyer Beware

Description of Work: I needed my pool pump replaced after it died, so I purchased one online and needed it installed. All Clear Pool Services had the best price and were able to schedule the job the quickest. I also learned that they have a retail location for pool supplies and equipment on ALT 19 in Palm Harbor. Looks like I'm switching my service, repair and supply needs to them.

+ -1 morePerfect They were able to get a specific make and model that would work with my existing electrical service and did everything they said they would do in a prompt and efficient manner. We have a small splash pool and needed a unit that would only pull 20 amps and they provided the perfect unit. It is smaller and runs quietly with the fan on the side rather than the top. It even has a cooling capability which may be needed late summer in FL.

+ -1 moreWe have them for a while and they are fine. Their price is comparable with everybody else so far. Anytime we have had a problem, we have called them and they answered right away and took care of it. They are always here when they say they are going to be. There is a difference between dealing with the owner and the guy who comes.

Waited two days and called, left message, waited 3 more days and emailed back. Received a response that they were not doing anymore projects and that they had sent an email response. I went through my junk folder and didn't have anything from them. Besides when I left a voice mail one would think they would have called me back.

If this is how they respond to potential business, I would be very hesitant to enter into a contract with them.

+ -1 moreIt was great. They are awesome. They noticed that a previous repairman didn't fix the leak and they fixed it. Scheduling was good. If I had any concerns I would email them. The owner addressed it professionally and right away. He was very easy to work with and helpful.

+ -1 moreVery inconsiderate and frustrating as I mentioned to him that my house was on the market and I needed to repair this ASAP. So now it's a day later so the pool is worse and I'm starting from square one.
Description of Work: Made appointment to replace a failed pool pump. I took off work but Todd never showed and didn't even call... Or return the text asking if he wasn't coming.
