"My chimney cap blew off and I could find an affordable solution with this company, it was fast, and excelent service. They ordered a custom cap in a few days and installed in one week, they also performed a full cleaning with discount in the total of the service. Also offered me a discount for the anual maintenance, they were kind and the communication was at the right moment. I recommend them."

CSIA certified chimney sweeps with the tools, training, and technology to ensure only the best service for our customers.
"Two-man team arrived on time. One guy was located on the roof and one guy in the living room. They covered the fireplace opening with tape and plastic. Any chimney debris that was loosened, fell to the fireplace floor (covered with plastic), none of the debris spilled into the living room. After the sweep was complete, the plastic with all the debris is carefully removed. The fireplace was vacuumed and the glass enclosure doors were wiped; easy clean up. The entire process took approx 2 hours. We were told the chimney cap was rusted and should be replaced (DIY cost: Amazon chimney cap $75 vs $450 for them to replace)."

The average cost to repair a fireplace is $575. You might pay anywhere from $95 to $2,500, depending on the severity of repairs and the type of fireplace. A typical repair of an igniter can range from $100 to $150. However, if you need to repair your mantel, expect the bill to be anywhere from $500 to $1,200. Wood fireplaces tend to cost more to repair due to specialized labor costs. Electric fireplaces tend to be the most cost-effective to repair, along with gas.
The average cost for a professional chimney cleaning is around $250, but prices range from $130 to $400 or more, depending on a few factors. Some things that have an impact on your total include the size of your chimney, the number of chimneys cleaned, and how accessible the chimneys are.
The cost to install a fireplace is $2,440 on average. This cost can range from $150 to $8,000 or more, depending on the type of fireplace, the materials used, and the size.
Electric fireplaces cost around $1,000 to install, and mostly only require wiring installation. Installing a wood fireplace from scratch could cost upwards of $10,000, depending on the foundation needed to support the weight of the fireplace. In addition, gas fireplaces can cost between $2,500 and $10,000.
The National Fire Prevention Agency (NFPA) recommends chimney sweeping once per year as a means of avoiding house fires and massive property damage. Over time, creosote and soot build up in your chimney from burning wood and a lack of ventilation. These compounds are both highly flammable, which means a build-up of them inside your chimney puts you at an increased risk of house fire. Chimney sweeping removes any residue and helps reduce the risk of property damage and personal injury from fire.
The cost to remodel your fireplace is $1,200 on average. This cost can range from $400 to $2,000, depending on the extent of work needed.
If you add a hearth to your fireplace, you can expect to pay between $3 and $200 per square foot. However, if you're refacing your fireplace, the price tag will depend on your chosen materials. If choosing tile, you can pay between $1 and $50 per square foot, depending on the design. Stone is a more expensive material, averaging between $60 and $70 per square foot.
