Description of Work: Bonanno Masonry I want to inform everyone that Bonanno Masonry custom stone work owner's name is Joe Bonanno in Palm Coast, Fl 32164 is not a reputable business man. March 23, 2017 I entered into a contract (copy of contract is included) for my chimney to be repaired I called Mr. Bonanno in March, Within 2 days of me getting in touch with Mr. Bonanno to see my chimney he came immediately to make a contract with me, now he has disappeared. FEMA from hurricane Matthew in October 2016 informed me the damage to the interior of my home was from the chimney nothing was wrong with my roof they, FEMA tarped that section of my roof for me. September 27, 2017 sections of Palm Coast, C, B,and W experienced an unusual amount of very heavy rain we had 15” of rain. The interior of my home received a vast amount of water in the area that had gotten a much smaller amount prior to his repairs, he is saying it’s my roof never bothered to come to the home I initially got in touch with Mr. Bonanno September 28, 2017 after the down pour of rain in the W section of Palm Coast to request that he come to correct the work he had done. His statement he would arrive within the next two days he has not come, nor has he called. I did call Mr. Bonanno again October 4, 2017. His response: he is very busy and has never called me as of today October 19, 2017. Here is a copy of the contract is not being honored
