I contacted Teri after reading positive reviews on Angie's list and I must say I was delighted with her, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. . She was always very prompt to respond to my emails and questions. She was so flexible on showing us listings, making herself available early, late and weekends. When she was out of town for a couple of days she arranged to have another realtor show us a listing in her absence. When we had to go out of town during the closing period, Teri went above and beyond what was expected. She handled so many things on our behalf, we were so grateful. Teri made the whole process run smoothly and I would definitely use her again.

Living in the State of Florida, I have learned that not many business people return your calls. Well when no one else did, Teri proved to be different. Not only did she return my call, but was always at my beckon call. If I would call her, email her or text her, no matter what time of day, she would always get back to me immediately. Her great knowledge in realty proved to be inspiring & a great help to my husband and myself. I worked with Teri for almost 2-1/2 years determined to find a home in a specific development. She was always on top of any leads that became available. At one point, she went far and above her call of duty by mailing post cards to every house owner in that specific development no matter where they were currently located telling them that she had a client who was interested in buying in that area. Well it all paid off for us, as in May 2014 we purchased the home of our dreams. Through it all Teri guided us and worked with us throught every detail. There were times through our closing process where we were ready to just bury our heads, but she was always there for us in a positive manner and willing to give a helping hand and guide us through it all. On our closing day, she wanted to treat us to lunch to celebrate but instead we asked her to join us as we first entered our new home and to have a toast with us for all the hard work that she put into this endeavor for us! So now we had our new home but were a little worried of the fact that we now had still owned our old home and now had two mortgages as well. So May 25th, 2014 Teri listed our old home for us and again guided us on a correct market value to sell. Well on May 26th we had 7 offers. On May 27th they all upped there price and we sold our old home for more than we were asking. Again, Teri saved our lives! Yes, we closed within a month! Never had overlapping mortgage payments at all! Teri was once again there for us through our whole process of selling this time and guided us through every step. Everything went really well right down to the end. She was good about following up with us and answering any questions we had. She is very good. I've used other realtors before and she is the best. I will be using her in the future.

She is just the BEST!!! We have never deal with a realtor so commited to help you in every aspect of the house buying process, she was very pacient in taking us to see many houses, and always surprising us with "treasures" found meeting all our requests and expectations. After we chose the house she was always there to make sure that things were done our way. Even after closing she helped me get the seller to replace my water heater! I was sooo happy working with her, that I recomended her to a friend that needed to rent his house (I never recomend anybody), she got it rented and tenants moved in by the first of the following month!!! She is just great, if you are looking to buy, sell, or rent. Don't look around anymore, you found the best of the best!

There were times when agents didn't show up for appointments and she did a great job handling the situation. She made sure that the interested buyers were qualified so I did not waste any time negotiating with anyone who was not. She had my home under contract quickly and kept the processing moving as quickly as possible to closing. When the buyer's agent dropped the ball and wasn't following through, Teri made sure to stay in contact with the buyer and their lender to keep the transaction moving forward. My transaction closed on time and all of the details were taken care of. I had no worries. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their home. She is very knowledgable and kept me informed every step of the way.

The agent we worked with is very nice and was very helpful; on time for multiple appointments and readily available by phone and e-mail. Our biggest complaint is that she repeatedly passed on to us paperwork from the listing agent and Title Co. that contained errors. They were not her errors but we felt that she should have read the papers she was forwarding to us and had them corrected. Receiving important, legal documents containing errors - like our names mis-spelled and the wrong closing date- caused us a lot of very unnecessary stress. Buying a house out of state is a trying process and except for the relatively minor issue noted above we were very, very pleased with our agent with Coldwell Banker. We would use her again in a heartbeat.

I first engaged Teri in 2006 when I decided to sell my condo in Massachusetts. (Teri is licensed in MA, RI and most recently in FL). We met when I responded to one of her property listing signs. It didn't take long for me to recognize that her knowledge and professional expertise were quite special. Teri discussed every aspect of the selling process with me, from listing to marketing to closing the deal. She kept me focused and grounded, so at all times I was confident that I was making educated decisions. Her negotiating skills with a potential buyer resulted in a very favorable offer, which I accepted. Total time on the market was about three months. During that time, Teri also served as a buyer's agent and assisted me with the purchase of my new home. Her understanding of my criteria, her insight and perseverance enabled me to make a timely offer on a house that had attracted much interest among buyers. Ultimately, she was instrumental in scheduling the closings on both properties for the same day to expedite my physical move from one to the other. In 2011, I enlisted Teri to sell the house she helped me buy five years earlier. Her efforts went above and beyond what one would reasonably expect from an agent. In the context of a depressed market, diminished property values, and three other houses on my street also for sale, my house was on the market for a total of 93 days. Teri's dedication to her clients' best interests is exceptional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in Palm Beach County.

I have used Ann Angotti for 15 years. She has helped our family to buy and sell, probably 8 homes between our whole families. She sold our home in one day and within 2 hours of being on the market. She priced it very accurately to sell. She gave good suggestions during the walk through to promote the sell and gave extremely personal service. She knows the whole neighborhood we live in. She still pays my son to put the American flag in every yard on 4th of July.
