I am so grateful to Teri for all her help. I had a home to sell and also needed to purchase a new home out-of-state. I was so lucky that Teri has multiple real estate licenses and she could help me with BOTH!! Everything went smoothly which was such a surprise since selling and buying can most times be problematic. Teri kept me in the loop every step of the way. With her guidance and expertise, everything worked out according to plan. I even got more then I initially expected when selling my home and was able to negotiate my new home for a lower price then I had budgeted. The next time I sell and buy, I know who will be representing me. Teri did a tremendous job keeping everything moving along for 2 very successful closings. We recently relocated to Florida from Connecticut, and didn't have any experience with buying property or what to look for with respect to building construction or neighborhoods. Teri listened to our "wish list" and quickly arranged for my husband to tour numerous properties while I skyped in for the viewings. She supported us every step of the way, through multiple offers, inspections and guided us in finding the right home just for us! Listed home for sale. Teri was the only Agent who I talked to that inspected the home and pointed out items that needed to be fixed prior to listing. She did her homework and was able to fully discuss a listing price. She was very responsive any time i contacted her. Home sold in 2 days.

It went exceptionally well. Teri was very detail oriented in marketing my home which led to a fairly quick sell of the property. She also went beyond the call by being available to aid in anything else that I may have needed done in the home - in my absence - since I had recently re-located out of town. Because of the buyer's loan company, the closing was delayed several times. The delays could have made the process much more stressful, but each time, Teri was quick to put things in perspective and explain our options clearly. In the end, we took Teri's advice and stuck with the original buyer. We ended up selling the house for slightly more than the asking price. The extra money will now help my Mom get settled in her new home up here in New England. Many thanks to Teri for all her help.

Thank goodness for finding Teri! She was with us through the entire process of locating a home, financing it and closing and getting us moved in. Teri was professional, extremely knowledge of the entire area we were interested in...SHE LISTENED!!! After locating our new home, she helped us find the right people to finance our mortgage, walked us through the process--what information and documentation we would need and where to find it. This was our first home and she made the entire process as pleasant and efficient as it could be...truly don't know what we would have done without her. She has saved us money, found us people and products and we did all this while we were in another state. It was not an easy task...we had a very specific time frame in which to get this done. We feel we received the very best of a consummate professional and a genuinely wonderful human being! We consider Teri a friend. When we bought our first house we were newly married with only 1 dog and no children. We now have 3 children and 2 dogs and needed to move to a bigger house. After speaking to a couple of local real estate agents we found online, we hadn’t had any luck. Many we left messages for never even called us back. She followed up with a written list and checked in with us to make sure we were on task. When we were ready, she came back over and we decided on a price for our home. She immediately had the photos complete and on every website you could imagine. We had multiple showing appointments in just the first few days and 2 very good offers. With Teri’s guidance we ended up accepting an offer just slightly over our asking price. Teri is very honest and did a great job managing our expectations. We immediately needed to start looking for a home to buy. Teri knew what we liked and showed us just a few homes before we found the perfect one. She really took the time to listen to what was important to us and all the homes we looked at were what we had described to her. We are a family of 4 that moved our 2 young children from Ohio to Florida. With such a big move, Teri did a great job at making it easy by educating us on the different processes, insurance requirements, hurricanes, owning a pool, etc. The seller of the property had many different requirements that did not make the process smooth. Teri worked diligently with the seller knowing that we were very interested in the home which took a lot of the stress off of us. Not only was she very prompt with appointments and easy to get a hold of but she also was just fun to work with and always willing to go the extra mile. I appreciated everything Teri did so much that I have referred her to my mom who is thinking of retiring here in a few years. Teri offered to show her around to get an idea of the area, knowing that she isn't ready to purchase anything soon.

I have worked with Teri in the past when she sold my home in 2012. I relocated out of state for a couple years and moved back this year. I immediately reached out to Teri and of course, she picked up the phone and knew who I was. I didn’t have to explain our history of 4 years ago. I told her what I was looking for and explained that I had a short timeline to find my home. She directed me to a great lender and I had my preapproval in hand within 24 hours. She explained to me in detail how the market had rebounded and houses were going quickly. She couldn’t have been more right. It seemed no matter how quickly we scheduled our appointment to see a property it went under contract before we could get in the door. To speed things up, Teri scheduled an entire day to tour homes. We looked at 12 homes and out of those 12, two were perfect. She submitted my offer for my first choice within an hour of our seeing the home and insisted on the seller responding that same evening. She was determined to get my offer accepted. Not only did my offer get accepted, we got it for less than asking price which is almost unheard of right now! She knows the market well and always provides very candid advice. With the help of the lender she recommended we were ready to close in only 2 ½ weeks. The closing went very smoothly and I was able to move in just 3 weeks from when I began my home search. Purchasing a home is no small feat these days and Teri is a true professional who will work hard for you so that you make a well informed decision. Teri is the only Realtor I would ever consider working with or referring to my friends and family.

Teri is very professional and worked diligently to show us properties that met our specifications. She is well versed in real estate and the local market as well as dealing with relocation as we recently moved from Ohio. There are many differences between buying property in Ohio vs Florida. I was desperate for someone to help me sell my mother's condo. She needed money to live on and this was her only option. We live in Illinois and knew there would be no way we could do this project from so far away without help. As we were planning our trip to Florida to get the condo ready to sell, I gave Teri a call after seeing her reviews. I explained our situation and let her know the poor condition of the condo being that it had sent empty for years with no upgrades. Knowing how the real estate agents work in Illinois, I fully expected her to hang up and block my number. However, as we talked she immediately put me at ease and I knew she was the perfect one for the job. She set up a meeting with us at the condo right away and I could feel the tension just melt away as she asked us questions and assured my mom that she was doing the right thing and that she could get us a fair offer. Since we were only planning on staying a few days, Teri was able to get our contract ready that same day, and had people lined up to do various projects to get the condo ready to put it on the market. We left Florida the next day knowing that we had nothing to worry about. Within a few days she messaged me that we had an offer and after a little negotiating my mother got what we considered an excellent offer for her place. The place sold in a week and we closed in September.
