Pool is nicely cleaned every week. Mark does a very good job.

I am very happy with them. The guy's name is Mark Goodwin. My overall experience with them so far has been very good. He is good. I think he does a good job.

Mark Goodwin is a very professional poolman. He knows his business and was able to solve the persistant algae problem I have had over several months. When the timer failed he was willing to purchase and install the new unit. The price charged per month is a little high for me, but you pay for what you get and his services are well worth the price. He knows his business and was able to get our pool to crystal clear in short order and maintain it at high standard. He also gave me instructions on how to adjust all the valves to control the pool water and drains. I recommend him highly.

Pool goes green, this place is $30 more per month and pool is green. My day off and want to go into the pool with my son and can't use it. Wouldn't recommend.

We have used Mark/Pool Water Medic for about a year now. I cannot imagine working with anyone else! He's reliable and knowledgable... and thorough! We feel like Mark takes a lot of pride in his work and it really shows. Highly recommended!

Mark saved the day!! We had a leaking pool pump, Mark came out the same day called, took the pump apart and fixed the problem, saving us a considerable amount of money in a new pump/motor replacement. In our many years using different pool services, his technical ability is truly beyond compare. Also, he really does care to do an honest stellar job with concern for the customer's budget and not his own pocket. An honorable man is hard to find in Florida.

When we bought our home the pool wasn't in great shape, it was a bit dirty and the chemicals were not quite balanced. After researching online we found Pool Water Medic. Mark balanced the chemicals and keeps the pool clean and looking very nice every week. I've watched him work; he's on-time, thorough, experienced, and friendly. We're happy and recommend Pool Water Medic!

Mark is more than a pool medic, he's a Wizard! Great guy, great service, very reliable and always on-time every time. We had just purchased our new home and this was our first pool. The water was cloudy and there was always a dirt ring around the water line, but no matter what we did we couldn't get the chemicals balanced or keep the pool clean. We had a couple other pool companies come out and they said it would take a couple weeks to get everything balanced and they wanted $85 to $120 per month to service our pool. Then we found Mark. He came out on Wednesday and we were swimming in our crystal clear, and balanced pool on Saturday! We not only have a great pool wizard, we also have new friend. He loves to tell us, "This is my pool...I only let you swim in it.", and we love it.
