Description of Work: My 5 year-old MacBook Air froze up and I feared the worst suspecting the hard drive had crashed. Prior to calling Brian I took the unit to two authorized Mac repair shops in Jupiter and both incorrectly diagnosed the problem. Brian determined it was a software issue and that my hard drive was working properly. Brian quickly corrected the issue and now my computer is now running as good as new. I'm most appreciative. RL

Description of Work: a complete tune up of our computers and secured our network. Found issue with comcast wiring, called and scheduled tech to re run cables. We have had comcast out 4 times to try and remedy. We even paid for the comcast tech to trouble shoot system. Needless to say they just replace modem...This guy knows his trade!!!!

Description of Work: I had opened my computer to a company that I thought was Microsoft but the company (OmniTech) was a company working out of India. Files were downloaded to my computer and the OmniTech techs had open access to my computer. Brian from Insight deleted all files on my machine and reinstalled only those that I use. He upgraded my machine to Windows 7, cleaned my computer and was available for anymore help that I needed. He called back to make sure everything was running well.

Faced with the choice repairing a slow machine or buying a new Mac,Insight offered to build me a new computer to fit my requirements and apply the charges to the purchase.I accepted and now am thrilled with the increased speed and ease of operation afforded by my custom created computer.Many Thanks to Insight

Description of Work: I trade stocks, so when something goes wrong with my PC, I need help fast. Today was my first experience with Brian McKennon, and I know it won't be my last. I had an issue with am equity program this a.m., called and spoke with him directly (i.e. not a machine), and he promised to get to me today, which he did. He diagnosed & fixed my problem, his price was reasonable and I feel very lucky to have found his name in Angie's List this a.m.. I will definitely use him in the future for all my computer needs.
