The business was down, we were in a panic, we contacted Brian and he came out at 9PM on a Saturday night, within an hour and a half we were back up and running. Would definitely recommend and we will use them again.

Brian came to our home and determined that the computer was having problems due to the Windows 10 upgrade that Microsoft pushed. We agreed that he would build us a desktop with Windows 7. He took our laptop, built a custom desktop, provided all the MS Office software, transferred our files, brought them both back, set the new computer up and got my husband running on it all in two days. He provided two weeks of remote access support, if needed. All is good and my husband is happy with his computer. It was an interesting and simple solution to our problem. There's also a 3-yr warranty on the machine. Thanks, Brian!

This was the best computer repair and new purchase experience in my life. Fast and painless. Brian took care of everything. He was prompt to respond (I called him on Friday as my laptop was barely functional and painfully slow and he was in my home on Saturday) and did an excellent job not only repairing my old laptop, but also building a new desktop system for me to my exact specifications. He told me when I could expect the work to be complete and gave me a very fair estimate. Not only was he on the early side of completing his work, he was very professional, set everything up, made sure I understood and was comfortable with the set up. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Brian.

After speaking to Brian, he scheduled a time to meet me at my house. He stopped by, asked a few questions and took the laptop back to his shop. The computer was ready within hours. It has been about a month and the laptop is still working great.

Everything was fantastic. Like I said above I have used them before & have always enjoyed their work. Very professional. They get things done in a timely manner & are very informative. They will take the time to explain things to you that will help you, which is great for me because I am not very tech savy. I would definitely use them again & again & I would totally recommend them to my friends or family! Their pricing I believe is fair ,especially for the great Jobe they do.

I used him just once. I don't think he was quite as good as the guy I normally use. He just used a quick fix and put in a new router whereas my guy looks for problems in the way things are connected. He was more expensive than my guy. He said to me at the end that I was 10 minutes over the hour and then he charges for the full hour but that since it was the first time, he wouldn't charge me for the full hour. I thought that was pushing it and I don't think it was fair.

Brian contacted me at 2:00 and said he would be there at 2:40 - this level of communication is also very appreciated. He did arrive on time. He started my computer and this time it booted properly. He stated that the power outage I experienced the night before may have caused some problems with the motherboard that worked themselves out. He check my computer for proper operation and to ensure that I had the proper software to protect from viruses and malware. Excellent responsiveness and I recommend this provider and will use him again.

Brian was very professional. He tried to fix my son's computer but ultimately the hard drive was bad. he ended up replacing the unit with once of his refurbished. The price was much cheaper then buying a new one and my son only needs it for homework. his machine also came with a 1 year warranty.

I called Brian based on his great reviews on Angie's List and he certainly did not disappoint. My hard drive failed and needless to say I did not have the computer backed up. This could have been catastrophic for me due to the fact my business is run from this computer and I have extremely important information on it. Brian came and picked up my computer and had a diagnose that evening. He confirmed the hard drive was bad but felt he could retrieve 99% of my data and it would be a day or two before work was completed. Not only did Brian repair and return my computer earlier than anticipated but ALL my data was restored. Brian also cleaned up my computer and it is running better than ever and was also given excellent advise on how to back the computer up from an external drive. I cannot thank him enough and highly recommend Brian.

Computer was filled with "stuff" slowing it down and ultimately freezing every 5 minutes. Malware programs didn't resolve problem. Only solution was to start from scratch. After cleaning computer, all files, music, photos, videos were intact. Very satisfied. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about computers and gave me some tips along the way.

After sending Brian an email through Angies List I recieved a call back within about 15 minutes. I informed of when our new computer was scheduled to arrive and we set up an installation date. FedEx arrived sooner than expected, therefore I called Brian to let him know.The installation schedule was able to be adjusted and he came over sooner than originally scheduled. The new computer was set up and the old files were transfered over without any issues. All went quite smoothly. Brian was a pleasure to deal with. We would certainly use his services again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Brian, the owner of Insight, was very responsive to our request for service. He promptly came to our home, reviewed our needs, and took our computer to his business to complete the work. He remained on call while he worked on our computer, answering any further questions and requests we had. He called to ensure we would be home when he was finished to schedule a time to return our computer. He returned our computer, and stayed until the computer was set up again and operating. He also reviewed the variety of anti virus methods, and provided his professional opinion for selecting an appropriate program. He also returned to us the corrupted disc drive that he had replaced, so we could secure it. Brian was extremely courteous, and maintained a professional approach during the entire time we utilized his Insight computer services. We highly recommend him to others.

Brian responded immediately, coming to our location according to our schedule. Since the hard drive needed to be replaced, he took the laptop to his location, promising to return it the next day. He was actually finished the work later the same evening, but we opted to keep the appointment the following day. Who these days finishes EARLY??!? Amazing. I spoke with Brian on 2/23/15 told him i needed my computer fixed in a rush. Brian re arranged his schedule came to my house and took my computer. Brian was very meticulous in asking the right questions to ensure I have everything i needed. He called multiple times to double check he was able to recover everything. Brian also ensured I had the latest software on my computer and gave me a few programs I did not have. Brian was professional and was able to return my computer in less than 24 hours. I recommend him hands down!!! I am a very satisfied customer.

Continuing with above. This was a 24-hour turnaround with new refurbished computer with all my data (lots of stuff!) loaded in for me. When he brought it back, he loaded up two more programs for me, and I needed to purchase a wireless keyboard which I'm typing on at the moment. Very happy with Brian McK, his service, his honesty, clarity and professionalism. He's the smartest "computer-guy" I've met since here in FL the past 6 years.....

The performance of my computer has been great. Had some problems with data that didn't get reinstalled, but I have Carbonite backup and they were able to talk me through how to find missing programs and restore. Brian was very professional and thorough. He gave me a discount for Angie's list. Half of my fee was for a year of service calls prepaid. Hopefully I will be able to take advantage of this.

Brian gave us very professional and courteous service. He was here shortly after we called him. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a fair and decent quote. He went above and beyond our expectations for his repair work. He was able to completely fix our problems that even Best Buy's Geek Squad couldn't fix. He is highly recommended and we would definitely use him again if needed.

Overall, Brian is knowledgeable and provided same-day service. However, the price he charged for the router he sold me was more than twice the price for which the router is for sale on Amazon.com or Best Buy. I asked him the reason for the discrepancy, and he claimed it was because he paid more for the equipment to get a longer warranty. I think its more likely that he (being in a large house in a nice neighborhood) tried to make a couple hundred extra dollars by not being completely honest about the cost of the router. He tried to make it up to me by saying he would come back the next day and work for an hour at no additional cost. However, this was slightly less than honest as well, because he charged me for 2 hours of labor on the first day, even though he only spent one hour at my house. If you use him, DO get a price quote for any equipment up front and/or consider buying the hardware yourself and paying him to install it. Also, ask for a detailed hourly breakdown.
