I called Brian and he was available that same day. He took my computer and gave it a much-needed tune-up. It now runs very fast and has the programs I needed that I had trouble installing on my own. He was very professional, quick, reasonable, and friendly. I wish I had known about Brian before when I had a computer repair person who obviously did not know what he was doing. I will use Brian in the future and also recommend him to everyone.

When I had to set up my computer network I called insight computers and Brian said he would help me. He showed up early the next day and set everything up for me. Brian was very professional. I have called him for all of my computer problems since then and would never use any other service. Brian has even accessed my daughters laptop after she forgot her password and locked herself out of it.

We have used Brian for years, bought 3 computer from him, and always call him when there is a computer issues. He always takes care of the problem and is responsive and fair. We automatically call him with any computer issue and have always been happy with the results. The first laptop we purchased from him we still used 7 years later. When I needed a more up to date computer, I just called Brian and did not have to deal with the hassle of buying one. Don't hesitate to call him for any computer need.

Seemed fine at the time. Had to call comcast to fix problems. Future technician said parts were cheap and we were overcharged.

Brian was great. He explained the problem in an easily understandable way, offered up a solution, and fixed the problem in less than a few hours. I contacted him via email this morning with my request, he responded back to my email within almost minutes and from there scheduled a time to come over and look at the problem the same day in the afternoon. Once he was able to take a look at the problem he was able to resolve it quickly. Same day service at it's finest!

He uploaded goggle chrome which took about 30 minutes. It works fine with my new broadband internet connection. I was using windows internet explorer and could not connect to my new broadband connection.

Brian has been to our home 3 times now. The first time to clean up all the junk on our computers, and then transfered back the data we wanted to keep. Then my husband found out that Brian builds computers so had had him build one custom for his wants/needs. My husband is so happy with the way it turned out. The quality is amazing not to mention it looks really sharp too!! Also he gave him a 3 year warranty on it, which he really liked. Then he was back today to give us a top of the line modem. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. He answers all of our questions, and was on time with all his appointments. We couldn't be happier and we will definitely be recommending him to all our friends and family.

He came to my location to pick up and return the laptop. After diagnosing the problem, he saved as many files as possible, rebuilt the laptop, reloaded Windows Vista, basic software and anti-virus/malware software. He explained how to back my files on a schedule, responded to several questions I called about afterwards. I was pleased with his service.

Besides answering all questions to my satisfaction, Brian converted my computer to wireless so I could use it as I desired. He built me a new computer, installed it into my office and everything is working great. My first action on my new system was to come onto Angie's List and write a review for him. Very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future if ever I need computer advice or repair.

The owner of the company was very professional and knowledgeable. He can relate to all kinds of clients both experienced and non-experienced both men and women.

Once I realized my computer had "crashed" I knew I needed to have a computer technician look at it. I turned to Angies List for help and found Brian at Insight Computer Consultants. Brian was courteous and professional from start to finish. He came over to my house that evening and diagnosed the problem and left with my computer. It about three days he was back with my computer and a new hard drive. I had all my data backed up with Carbonite. So, once my computer was returned and backed up with my data, I was back to normal. Brian was available to me during and after the repairs to assist me with some "little things". Again, Brian was great to work with and very efficient with no drama. I would definitely call him again.

He was not pushing a sale on me for his custom computer, he gave me all the options available to me. I made the decision to have him build a custom machine (I blow up computers for some reason.. hoping this solution would be the end of that). He came the following day , installed a new machine, saved the data from the old machine. He could not have been more understanding of the urgency of the situation. Any questions I had following the installation, he answers and fixes if needed, in a timely manner. So far, I am so pleased. Is it much more $ than I would have spent at Best Buy? Yes. However, having a professional customize, be accessible for any questions and warranty the machine for 3 years for me, is worth it. I probably would be fighting on the phone with Dell weeks later without a computer, had Brian not come to the rescue!

Brian is awesome. He showed up immediately, diagnosed the problem & in less than 24 hours had updated, fixed & repaired my computer better than new!!! He was prompt, kept in communication during & after to make sure everything was done to my specifications & needs. I will defiantly recommend him and use his services again.

Brian is excellent. He answered the phone at 8:30 pm, came the next morning, diagnosed the issue, and had the computer back, scrubbed clean, the next day. He patiently answered my questions and calmed my concerns. I highly recommend Brian!

It was an excellent experience. He did everything he said he would do and did it quickly. He asked if there was anything else he could do and we did come up with a couple other things that I remembered. He was available at a very short notice.

I can't say enough good things about Insight Computers... I am a small business owner who has been bailed out over the years by Brian's expertise, and great customer service. He has worked for me on 4-5 occasions and everytime leaves me extremely satisfied. I love getting to deal directly with the owner, and with Insight Computers that is exactly how it gets to work. I highly reccomend them for any computer related problems you may have, or If you are looking for the custom built-to-order pc, that is where Insight really excells! I'll be using them again very soon!
