Description of Work: Replace existing crept with new. Minor hiccup in that the wrong carpet ws delivered. But they rectified it and were great. Charlie Kelly, the salesman, was terrific. Stayed on top of the project the entire way.

Description of Work: They tiled my entire 1 bedroom condo, the work was performed while I was out of town. I had my sister check in with the installers and when I got back into town I was extremely happy with the work that was performed.

Description of Work: I need to have carpet installed quickly. I noticed on the website that you can purchase today, install tomorrow. Just what I needed. When I went in to select I was informed that this is not accurate. How disappointing that a business is falsely advertising. With at said it was Hallie that made me decide to still work with them. She was quick to show me what my options were due to my time limit. She was helpful and well informed. Hallie is truly the reason I decide to still work with the company. The crew that installed was professional and on time. Early in fact. Overall the experience was good. I just think they need to update the website.

Description of Work: Moved furniture and installed new carpet and pad in two bedrooms,living room , dining room, hall and closets. Installers were very good. Cleaned up everything after job. Hauled old carpet and pad away. Excellent work.

Description of Work: Installed new carpet on stairs, upstairs hall and landing. Everything went well except I did not like there scheduling process - instead of calling the evening before installation they require you to be home from 8 to 10 so they can call and let you know when they will come that day. This unnecessarily requires you to be home when they may not be coming until the afternoon. I can't understand why they can't tell you the night before as most companies do.

Description of Work: Everything was done by the provider from in store consultation, to in home measurements, to installation and cleanup. Their offers and pricing were very competitive in the end. Paul was great to work with and very workable! They installed around 1200 sq ft of quality carpet and padding - the installers did a great job on seaming, etc.

Description of Work: We added a 12'x20' sunroom to our house. They measured and installed the tile in this room. As I recall everything was done on time and install itself went well. Will use Capital again later this year when we replace the carpet in the rest of the house. UPDATE:(6/21/12) CC&T installed 133 sq. yards of carpet in our home yesterday. The purchase of the carpet was made very easy by Marc at the Boynton store. I think we paid a fair price for good quality carpet. They allowed us to pick the install date. Came on time and Juan and his crew were absolutely outstanding. Really, no reason to buy anywhere else.
