The guys that came were prompt, courteous and efficient. The carpets looked great after they were done. This is the second time I have used Steamboat Carpet Cleaning. I used them in Sept 2012 on a friends house and was equally satisfied at that time also. Would definitely recommend this business.

Steamboat was quick to respond and gave me an estimate over the phone. They showed up early and went right to work. They were very professional and organized. They definitely went the extra mile and I was very pleased with the results.

It is beautiful. I had this couch cleaned once before with a chemical dry company and it was terrible. Steamboat did a fabulous job and it looks like brand new. I would highly recommend them.

They did an excellent job. The price was unbeatable. The rug was white again and I was very happy. Hewas on time and professional.

I wanted them to clean the carpets, drapery, and furniture. I have sense of smell at all, but my daughter is very allergic to cats so I wanted to have everything cleaned for her sake. I'm not sure if it actually did any good yet, but I've heard from other people that they detect no cat odor. The company was on time and courteous and I was pleased with their effort.

The carpets look great. They really help you move stuff. The team worked very efficiently together. I was so pleased afterward that I had them clean a couple of throw rugs. They gave a bottle of their spot cleaning remover. They arrived right on time. They are very nice people, and the carpets looked fantastic. There were two people working together.

They did a good job and cleaned up everything. Their estimate was pretty accurate.

Steamboat Carpet Cleaning cleaned several rooms of my house including the master bedroom. I prefer Steamboat over the other big companies because they are more personable and friendly.

Have used for years - did try another company once - saved a few dollars but quality not as good as Steamboat. On time, courteous, always a good experience.

They arrived as scheduled, were neat, courteous and did an excellent and thorough job of the steamcleaning. Overall, the price was very reasonable and lower priced than some of the competitors. They cleaned a freestanding 9 x 12 wool rug in the dinning room as well (it was not wall to wall). They said that they also do grout cleaning, furniture cleaning, and will steam clean AstroTurf (like we have on our front porch).

They were so nasty about this. They kept calling and calling. She screamed at us and called us thieves. They threatened to take us to court. The owner said we were trying to take advantage of the two kids that came out here to clean. It finally got so bad that I just asked my husband to pay them so they would leave us alone. When we said we would give them the money, they were at our door in 30 minutes!! I couldn't believe it. We hadn't even had a chance to write the check. My dad had a business for years and I like to give my business to family owned businesses, but I will never use them again and I would never recommend them to anybody. We learned a valuable lesson with them and that is to get your quote from them in writing. We felt very cornered by them in this.

Carpet cleaners came when promised and did a very good job. Things were put back in their places when finished. After cleaning they raked carpet and left a bottle of carpet cleaner for any spots that may occur in the future.
