The crew showed up on time, did a great job, and were done in no time. They spot treated as needed. This was the second time I have used them, and I would use them again. Their equipment is so powerful it actually took out a rust spot that I was sure was not going to come out. Carpets look great, satisfied customer.

This is an addendum to my previous review of last week. I was told that if there was any problem with the original cleaning and I called within 10 days, someone would come back out.. That is exactly what happened. I decided to have my desk chair cleaned also. Normally there is a minimum charge but since someone had to come back out to retreat the recliner, the minimum was waived. I now have an almost new looking chair instead of spending 10 times the amount for a brand new one. A great deal all around.

The owners of the company. both of whom I spoke with, seemed very nice on the phone. I received a detailed breakdown of each service. The 2 employees who came to do the actual work were very professional and nice. They arrived at the beginning of the 1-1/2 hour window I was given. I showed them the areas that were to be done and was told in advance that certain stains might not come up. The carpeting hadn't been professionally cleaned in nearly 3 years. Since they (the stains) had been there for quite some time, I expected some residual staining. They worked hard for the entire 2 hours they were here. I was pleasantly surprised that most of the stains came out; some that remained wouldn't be noticeable unless you knew they were there before. The invoice they brought was for exactly the amount I was quoted.

The two employees (Chrissy and Eric) arrived on time..a little early actually and went right to work. They moved furniture and took special care to clean where our cats had had hair ball issues. We decided to have the area rugs in the living room cleaned also and they had no problems with that. The whole process took about 45 minutes. Very fast, efficient, and friendly. I will have them again when needed.

Team of two (Chrissy and Eric). Arrived a few minutes early. Explained what they were going to do and went to work. We have two cats that had left hair ball stains around and that was cleaned with no problem. The whole job was completed in 45 minutes and they were on their way. We will use them again. Just had the service done today and the carpets are damp but will be dry by this evening.

I was very pleased with the work they did. I guess ERA Showcase Property was too, because I got all of my deposit back when I moved out.

I called Steamboat due to having a sick cat in the house for several days. The vet took very good care of my cat and Steamboat took care of our carpet! I've used this company before and they've always sent two guys out. This Saturday was rainy and only one man (Eric) was doing the work, so he arrived about half an hour later than the window of time we were given and apologized for the delay. It took him a little longer to set up as we are in an upstairs condo and he had to go up and down a couple of times. He was very meticulous about the spot cleaning and was able to remove stains we did not expect, such as makeup in our teenage daughter's room and stains from the cat being sick. It cost a little more than the estimate we originally received, but this was due to extra spot cleaning and adding an extra room and area rug. Eric did an exceptional job, as the carpet was very clean and most of the excess moisture was taken up, so that everything was completely dry by the next day.

Showed up in the timeframe agreed to. I called on Friday and they performed the work on Saturday. I have used many carpet cleaning services in the past and Steamboat was head and shoulders above the rest. I was very impressed with the outcome of the job. The carpet was very dirty with many dirty footprints. It had not been cleaned in over five years. The serviceman was very friendly and efficient. When he finished the carpet looked like new. All the dirt was gone and it dried quickly I will use Steamboat every time I need a carpet cleaned. I recommend them over all the others.

The company called the day before as a courtesy call to let me know the crew would arrive between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. The next day, the truck arrived at noon. The team consisted of 2 people, with Holly being the point person. She was professional, explained what was to be done and asked if I needed to have any furniture moved. I showed her wanted I wanted moved, and it was taken care of. Plastic and/or Styrofoam pieces were placed under the furniture to protect the carpet. From start to finish it took approximately 40 minutes. The carpet that was cleaned was Berber, which does take a longer time to dry. It took a longer than the stated 4 - 6 hours but by the time I woke up the next morning, it was 100% dry and the carpet looked great! No muss, no fuss experience! Definitely will recommend and use again in the future :)
